The arena is black as the show begins, and lights flash on as fireworks blast off, revealing a fully built stage comprised partially of the old Fight Club stage, except with a tron and a ramp. Joey Styles and JBL sit alongside the main stage on a smaller stage of their own, as Joey Styles welcomes everyone to the show. He says it is Fight Club revamped -- a new look but the same attitude.
Fight Club World Heavyweight Champion C.M. Punk makes his way to the ring. He was last seen stuck inside the Elimination Chamber as the arena burnt down, but as Joey Styles points out, he has been defending the championship worldwide in order to gain "World Heavyweight" status for Fight Club. In commemoration, he is wearing a brand new championship belt (as well as the fact that Raven and Project5 stole the old one). Speaking of which, C.M. Punk immediately grabs the microphone from Michael Buffer and demands that Raven face him tonight. He will even put the belt on the line if he has to, but he wants to exact some revenge on Raven, not only for himself, but for Fight Club as well.

Tag Team Match
The King's Men vs. Mike Quackenbush & Jigsaw
This was an evenly-matched bout, as the team of William Regal and Nigel McGuinness took on "The Human Puzzle" Jigsaw and Mike Quackenbush. Both teams are very techincally sound, and proved that with several very impressive flurries of mat techniques. However, like most tag team matches in Fight Club, it quickly erupted into a brawl with both teams battling it out at the same time. As the match concluded, Quack was locking William Regal in a variant sharpshooter, but the referee was distracted by a battle between Nigel and Jigsaw on the outside, which concluded with a sick powerbomb by Nigel, planting Jigsaw to the mat. Back in the ring, Fit Finlay made his Fight Club debut, smacking Quack in the face with a club and sliding out of the ring. Regal rolled over and pinned him, yelling to the ref to count the fall for the pinfall victory. (8:14)
After the match, Finlay, Regal, and McGuinness celebrated as officials checked on Jigsaw and Quack.

Cruiserweight Championship Match
Matt Sydal w/Lizzy Valentine vs. Ultimo Dragon
Ring announcer Michael Buffer explains that these two men were the finalists of a tournament to determine who would be the first Fight Club Cruiserweight Champion. These two battled it out in a fast-paced, exciting match with many high spots. As the match ended, Sydal had Dragon set up in the corner for Cyclorama, but Ultimo fought out of it. He pulled himself down to the mat and then with some elbows pulled Sydal down as well and planted him to the mat with an Asai DDT. Dragon rolled over and pinned Sydal for the three count. (7:46)
After the match, a Japanese man ran to the ring and started attacking Ultimo Dragon. Joey Styles was quick to realize, as the Japanese man tried to unmask Dragon, that this was the real Ultimo Dragon! The other man was an imposter! Still, that man was able to escape Dragon, hitting him with an STO and running off, mask half ripped off but still holding his newly won Cruiserweight Championship.

As we return, Jonathon Coachman is standing at ringside alongside "The Animal" Batista. Batista says he is the one true gladiator in Fight Club, and he will prove it starting tonight. He shows off his set-up, which involves a giant ladder going to the top of the stage. Batista says he will race anyone to the top of the ladder, and they can even have a 5-second head start. The hitch is that he doesn't have to beat them to the top... He has to throw them off before they reach the top, a'la NBC's American Gladiators -- which, Joey and JBL make jokes about being oblivious to. Nunzio meets the call, and it is quite possibly a poor decision, as he got about halfway up the ladder before Batista jumped up, grabbed him and basically chokeslammed him through a table below the ladder. He climbed the rest of the way up the ladder where a referee rose his hand in victory.
Backstage, Matt Hardy is interviewed by Coach. Asked his thoughts on the main event between Raven and C.M. Punk, he says it is Punk's night. Coach asks if he thinks Punk will get revenge tonight, but Matt says that this interview isn't about Punk. He says it is about him, and it is Matt Hardy's time to step up in this business. Fight Club Tag Team Champions Tyson Tomko and Tommy Dreamer of Project 5 walk by, and Tomko stares down Hardy. He laughs, "Your time, huh? We'll see about that." The champs walk by as Hardy glares at them.

Singles Match
Matt Hardy vs. Tyson Tomko w/Tommy Dreamer (of Project 5)
As far as hard-hitting matches go, this was the toughest of the night. Both men went at it, back and forth, proving that they really, truly dislike each other. Both men were out to prove themselves in the new era of Fight Club, and it showed as they both displayed their offensive arsenal throughout the match. As it finally appeared that Matt Hardy took control, knocking Tomko down to the mat and beginning to climb the turnbuckles, Tommy Dreamer finally made his presence known, as he knocked Hardy off the top rope to the ground below. This brought the crowd to their feet, as none other than Matt's brother Jeff Hardy hopped the crowd barrier and climbed up behind Dreamer. He flipped him off the ropes into the ring and climbed to the top rope himself, nailing Dreamer with the Swanton Bomb! Jeff did not have long to celebrate as Tomko returned to his feet and leveled Hardy with a vicious big boot to the face. He stood over Jeff just long enough for Matt to sneak back in behind him. He hit Tomko with a kick to the midsection and the Twist of Fate! He rolled him over and hooked the leg for the pinfall victory! (12:32)
Raven and C.M. Punk were shown walking backstage on a split screen. The main event is up next!

Before entrances, we are shown that during the break, Project 5's Tomko and Dreamer fought the Hardy Boys out through the crowd, so they should not be back to interfere in this match.
Fight Club World Heavyweight Championship Match
C.M. Punk defends vs. Raven (of Project 5)
This was another hard-fought battle, as once again, both men proved that they hated each other. Raven wants to tear down this company, and C.M. Punk wants to protect it. They fought in and out of the ring, battling throughout the ringside area, including on top of the commentator's table! Raven nailed Punk with an elbow drop, flipping him off the table and into JBL and Joey's laps. They continued their rumble around the ringside area, out into the crowd, and finally back into the ring. As the match returned to sanity, Raven pointed to the referee that Lacey, Raven's usual valet, and Candice Michelle had a catfight going on in the entranceway, prompting Joey Styles' patended "catfight!" call. The referee ran down to break up the fight, as Raven attempted a low kick on C.M. Punk, who caught his foot. He then picked him up on his shoulders and hit him with the Go 2 Sleep! Punk rolled Raven over and pinned him for the three count... the four count... the five count... but the referee was still on the outside. Suddenly, the "Gun For Hire" Brent Albright ran into the ring. He picked up C.M. Punk and hit him with an Exploder Brainbuster onto a steel chair! He then rolled Raven over on top of Punk. He ran away through the crowd to a chorus of boos. The referee finally returned to the ring and counted the fall for Raven - 1... 2... 3. We have a new Fight Club World Heavyweight Champion. (19:17)
Joey Styles and JBL, in disbelief over what has just happened, thank everyone for watching the show. They invite everyone to tune in again next time as we find out the aftermath of this historic night in Fight Club!
As the show fades, a line flashes across the screen: The savior returns to Fight Club...next week.
