Episode #3.6
A highlight video of Elimination Night plays on the video screen. Fight Club TV's opening video, to the sound of "Lights Out" by Sugarcult plays, and then the camera pans the Fight Club Complex as Joey Styles and Tazz welcome everyone to the show.
Eric Bischoff and Project 5 make their way to the ring to kick off the show. Bischoff grabs the micorphone, being interrupted by the loud boos of the fans within the Complex.
Bischoff: "I've been asked to come out here and -- once again -- explain myself. While I don't believe I should have to explain myself again, I will anyways. You see, I, Eric Bischoff, was a huge part in making Fight Club a reality. I spoke with ESPN officials, I got our first television deal, and what happened? I was kicked to the curb! I was treated like any other member of this company and released without much explanation. A few months later, I knew I had to do something, so I started this Project, codenamed 5... My original plan was to compete with Fight Club, but my hatred ran much deeper and I knew I would have to destroy Fight Club. And that's where these men came in. I began my recruiting. I got the men who I trusted most to help me with this plan, but recently it seems we have had someone fall within the ranks."
Bischoff looks over to Dreamer, staring him down.
Bischoff: "Tommy, last Friday night, you walked away from your partner, Tyson Tomko. Now, we will regain the Tag Team Champions, but unless you can offer up a good reason why, you won't be involved in the match."
Dreamer stares at Bischoff. Tomko grabs the microphone from Bischoff and gets in Tommy's face.
Tomko: "Tommy! What were you before you had me? You were nothing in Fight Club. They gave you a title to defend on the Internet. They wouldn't even let you on the main show, and I brought you a championship, and this is how you repay me? You won't even say anything to my face."
Tomko forces the microphone at Dreamer and turns away. Dreamer rips off his bandana, and then turns Tomko around. He then lays a hugh right hand on his former partner. They begin exchanging blows, but Dreamer gets the upper hand. He sets Tomko up for the DDT, but Raven his Dreamer with the World Championship. Giant Bernard runs over and helps Tomko beat down Dreamer. Colt Cabana, Candice Michelle, and Team CHIKARA run to the ring, attacking Project 5. Eric Bischoff watches on as they continue to battle as we go into break.

Backstage, Coach catches up with Team CHIKARA, Colt Cabana, and Candice just as they leave that brawl. Mike Quackenbush grabs the microphone and challenges Raven to a title match next week, after proving he could take it to him in the brawl out in the ring. As CHIKARA leaves, Tommy Dreamer walks by, and Colt Cabana stops him. He says that he thinks he and Dreamer feel the same way about Project 5 and he wants to help them. He wants the two of them to team up and challenge Tyson Tomko and Giant Bernard at Last Chance! Dreamer says he will think about it and walks away.

Tag Team Match
The Gladiators w/Fierce vs. Gran Akuma & Hallowicked
The Hardy Boys join Tazz and Joey for commentary on this match. Batista and Haas immediately begin taking it to their opponents Although it would be Batista and Haas winning the match, it would not be as a result of their dominance early in the match. It would be the result of Paul Heyman debuting alongside his new tag team, Samoa Joe and Jay Lethal. They took Batista and Haas out of the ring and destroyed Akuma and Hallowicked. Haas, Batista and Fierce entered the ring. Haas got locked in the Rear Naked Choke by Joe while Lethal gave Batista a sick step-up enziguri, knocking him out. Joe and Lethal then grab Fierce, causing Matt Hardy to get up, saying he won't let them hurt a woman. Jeff tries to stop him, saying it is none of their business. Matt still gets in the ring. He tosses Lethal out of the ring. Joe throws Fierce to the mat. Matt went for a clothesline, but Joe locked him in the Choke! Before Jeff could get in the ring, referees come and try to break up the choke. All the while, Heyman yells that he hopes Jeff knows this was a message. (9:43)
Backstage, Coach catches up with Shelton Benjamin, asking if he has accepted C.M. Punk's challenge. Benjamin affirms that he has, saying "Of course, I accept. I'll beat his ass just like anyone elses and prove why I am the Gold Standard of Fight Club." Coach shakes his head as Benjamin walks away. Coach then confirms that Raven has accepted Mike Quackenbush's challenge for a Fight Club Heavyeight Championship match next week!
~ Commercial Break ~
Joey and Tazz show a recap video of a match that took place before the show went on the air, as Jay Roclass defeated Matt Sydal in much the same fashion he did Spanky at Elimination Night, planting him to the mat with the Roclass Intent for the pinfall victory. Meanwhile, Beth Givens and Lizzy Valentine had a catfight on the outside!
Hardcore Heavyweight Championship | Pure Wrestling Rules
JBL defends vs.Hurricane #3
JBL basically destroys the third Hurricane, hitting him with a Clothesline from Hell straight off the bat, and then powering him down with every move in his arsenal, before finishing him off with another Clothesline from Hell for the pinfall victory. (4;12)
Terry Funk is shown on the screen, live from his home. He tells JBL that he regrets not being able to make it to the show tonight, but he will be there next week, and he will be looking for the Hardcore Champ. In the meantime, he can warm up tonight. Sabu attacks JBL from behind, but JBL quickly evades an attack, sending Sabu over the top rope. He then grabs the Hardcore belt and runs away, leaving through the crowd. As he gets to an exit, he runs in to Cactus Jack! He turns around and Sabu is behind him. JBL takes off through a row of the crowd with Sabu and Cactus in hot pursuit as we fade to a commercial.

Main Event | U.S. Heavyweight Championship Match
Shelton Benjamin defends vs. C.M. Punk
Throughout the first several moments of the match, it seemed neither man could land a successful blow, or at less successive blows as every move seemed to have a counter with Punk seeing what Benjamin had coming to him before, and Benjamin having a reversal for Punk's counter! The feeling-out period finally ended as Shelton took control of the match following a stiff kick to the back of Punk's head. Punk would overcome, though, and eventually have Benjamin set up for the Go To Sleep, but he was able to snake out of it. That didn't alleviate Punk's advantage, as he quickly hopped on Benjamin against and was able to lock him in the Anaconda Vice. Benjamin would get to the ropes, and after a commercial break in which he spent most of the time recuperating outside the ring, Benjamin would take control of the match. The two men battled it out for several more minutes. Benjamin appeared to have the match won as he climbed to the top rope, but it would be C.M. Punk who surprised him, knocking him off the ropes and then climbing up himself and hitting Shelton with the Pepsi Plunge! He then rolled the champion over and pinned him for the three count and the win. (20:33)
Punk grabbed the microphone as he celebrated with his championship. "Raven! I'm not holdin on to this belt too long because I am cashing it in for a World Heavyweight Championship match at Last Chance, and I will finally get my revenge!"
Styles and Tazz thank everyone for watching, pumping up the announcement by C.M. Punk as the show comes to a close.
