Episode #4.1 | May 2, 2008
A short video showing all of the logos of FCW's history airs, ending with the current Fight Club Wrestling logo. An image of Fallout Commissioner Dusty Rhodes flashes on the screen. A brand new video package debuted, higlighting the stars of FCW's Fallout brand to the sounds of Cobra Starship's "Smile for the Paparazzi." The camera pans the slightly redesigned Fight Club Complex in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Joey Styles and Tazz welcome everyone to the show.
Jericho makes his way to the ring to kick off the show, grabbing a microphone from Michael Buffer.
Jericho: "Welcome to the Season of Jericho! You see, now that C.M. Punk is no longer on Fallout clogging up the airwaves, we have plenty of time to showcase my talents to the millions and millions of Jerichoholics worldwide. And what better way to do that then for me to become the next FCW World Heavyweight Champion! And the first ever man to hold the championship twice, might I add. I am the most deserving--"
Jericho is cut off as The Big Show makes his way to the ring.
Big Show: "Excuse me? EXCUSE ME? Were you about to say that you were the most deserving man for a World title shot? I don't think so, buddy. Maybe you forgot what I said at the Season 3 Finale. I will be the next FCW World Heavyweight Champion, and no one, NO ONE, will tell me otherwise."
Jericho: "You know, it's funny... You talk and yet, I just can't stop thinking about the corny music you've been coming to the ring for for the past 10 years."
Before Big Show can react, Jeff Hardy makes his way to the ring.
Hardy: "You wanna talk about poor memories? Let me remind both of you that I defeated Raven one-two-three in this very ring two months ago and I still haven't received MY shot at the title."
Jericho: "Well, Jeff, I think there's a reason for that..."
Hardy: "And what, exactly would that be, Chris?"
Jericho and Hardy get nose to nose.
Big Show: "Hey pint-sized..."
Big Show walks towards the two men when the lights go out in the arena. They return and Sabu is standing in the corner of the ring pointing to the sky. He stands up straight and looks at them, making an image of a belt around his waist with his hands. Before anything else can happen, the commisioner, Dusty Rhodes, makes his way to the ring, taking Big Show's microphone.
Dusty: "You know, you are all right. You all have a good claim to the No. 1 Contendership of the FCW World Heavyweight Championship. That's why, tonight, we are goin to determine a No. 1 Contender when the four of you face off in this very ring! One fall to the finish, winner takes all and receives a title shot at the supershow in four weeks."
Dusty makes his way to the back, settling the argument in a matter of moments as we fade to a commercial.

Backstage, Shane Helms is getting his gear on as the Age of the Fall enters his locker room.
Jacobs: "Well, if it isn't the self-proclaimed greatest Cruiserweight Champion of all-time."
Helms: "Can I help you, Jimmy?"
Jacobs: "No, I don't think so. After watching you against Shelton at the season finale, I don't think you could help me or anybody else. Including yourself."
Helms gets in Jacobs' face, which causes Tyler Black to move in and get in "The Show"'s face.
Black: "Hey, why don't you back the **** up?!"
The other members of the locker room come and break up the two men up before anything else happens. Black says he will see Helms in the ring later tonight.
Singles Match | Debut
"The Ripper" Paul Burchill w/Christy Hemme vs. Darin Corbin
Corbin makes his way to the ring to a decent reaction from the crowd, but Burchill receives a huge pop, especially when fans see the lovely Christy alongside him. Corbin continued his career as a punching bag, as Burchill threw him from one side of the ring to the other, powering him down with several stiff shots and impressive moves. Burchill finally finished him off with the C-4 before gaining the pinfall victory. (2:34)
Winner: Paul Burchill
Dusty Rhodes enters his dressing room backstage and the members of La Familia have helped themself to the room.
Dusty: "Excuse me, just what in the hell are you doin in my locker room?"
Rodriguez: "Pardon, Commissioner Rhodes, but my name is Osama Alejandro Rodriguez -- you can call me Mr. Rodriguez -- and this is ma familia, Shelly Martinez, Carlito Colon, Jr., Hotstuff Hernandez, et Homicide. And you see, we noticed that you drafted us and yet you have no Tag team Championship on your roster. This, we are very disappoint."
Dusty: "Well, you see Osama Obama, I did draft your group knowing full well that I had no Tag Team Championship on my roster, but I see a lot of potential in these three men outside of the tag team ranks. Nonetheless, let me assure you that I am working hard to try and allow for my superstars to receive Tag Team title shots. In the meantime, you might want to start earning that shot, because you have a match, and it's next."
Rodriguez: "Thank you, Commissioner. That is all we need to know."
La Familia leaves, with Shelly following behind last and stopping in front of Dusty. She rubs his cheek.
Shelly: "Oh, Commissioner, if you get us that title shot, you will make me very happy. And when I'm happy, EVERYONE is happy."

The FCW Experience
Joey Styles and Tazz run down the matches from the FCW experience, a short highlight segment telling the fans the results of the pre-show matches that had to be cut from the broadcast due to time constraints. In the first bout, The Prototype made his second appearance in an FCW ring, crushing Daivari in a quick match with the Death Valley Driver. In the second match, the Hooliganz faced off against Roderick Strong and Matt Sydal. Sydal and Strong worked well together, outmatching a team that has more experience in an FCW ring together to earn themselves a win after the Roderick's Edge to Spanky.
Tag Team Match
Team CHIKARA w/Daizee Haze vs. La Familia w/Hotstuff Hernandez, Mr. Rodriguez, & Shelly
The crowd, especially the CHIKARA Army seated at ringside, popped big for Team CHIKARA, who have grown to receive a large fanbase in FCW. La Familia made their way to the ring next to a mixed reaction. This match was a bit more competitive than the opening bout, as both teams faired quite well against one another. Carlito Colon and Homicide used a stiff style while Quack and Jig used a mix of speed and technicality to match them. The other members of La Familia were surprisingly quiet on the outside, not offering any help to their teammates. Nonetheless, they would not need it as Homicide attacked Jigsaw on the outside, but he quickly moved and Homicide accidentally nailed Daizee! Quack ran around to check on their new valet, while Homicide through Jigsaw into the ring. Carlito hit Jig with the Backstabber, which Homicide followed up with a Cop Killa. Homicide pinned Jigsaw while Carlito knocked Quack off the ring apron to save the win. (8:19)
Winners: La Familia
Backstage, Coach enters Raven's locker room. He is seated high atop a ladder, leaning against the wall, mumbling something that sounds almost like prayer.
Coach: "Umm... Raven, you are somewhat seperated from your stable of Project 5, I was just wondering... Uhh... Could I get a word or comment about your feelings ... tonight?"
Raven: "My feelings are as follows: I have never, and will never NEED the help of others to retain my title. I have beaten or can beat any of the four men vying for my championship. I truly do not care who wins, because at the Supershow, they will wish they had not."

As we return, Elijah Burke is in the ring awaiting his opponent for a U.S. Championship match, Shelton Benjamin. However, when no one comes out, he starts to grab a microphone. Just then, Eric Bischoff, Commissioner of Club Hardcore, appears on the big screen.
Bischoff: "Eli, Eli, Eli... It's too bad you had to find out like this. You see, when I drafted Shelton Benjamin, U.S. Champion, to Club Hardcore, that means he will compete EXCLUSIVELY on Club Hardcore. So, as of today, it looks like you won't be getting a title shot any time soon. Again, I apoligize, but, as the Commissioner, I feel it is my perogative to look to the best interests of my show. Thanks."
Bischoff fades off the screen, and Burke looks disgusted in the ring.
Burke: "Well, fine, be that way... but if the U.S. Champ ain't coming to me. Then, it looks like I'm going to him. I'll see you next week."
Burke drops the microphone and heads towards the back.
Backstage, Austin Aries approaches Shane Helms as he walks towards the ring.
Aries: "Hey man... I know we've had some differences in opinion ... I think that's why Revolution broke up, but I'd love to be in your corner tonight against those bungholes from Age of the Fall."
Helms: "Well, thanks, I appreciate that. And you know, once a partner, always a partner. Let's do this thing."
The Age of the Fall make their way to the ring to some serious heat. Jimmy Jacobs joins Tazz on commentary -- that's right, he stole Joey's headset in order to join the table. Joey then tried to put on the guest set, but Jacobs slapped it out of his hand, saying that people didn't want to hear him speak.

Singles Match
"The Show" Shane Helms w/Austin Aries vs. Tyler Black w/Jimmy Jacobs & Allison Wonderland
Shane Helms and Aries make their way to the ring to a good-sized pop from the crowd. Helms immediately goes after Black and this match is quickly underway as both men trade blows, battling back-and-forth for the first few minutes until Helms slingshots Black of the ring. He then climbs out on the ring apron himself, but instead of continuing his assult on Black, he leaps to the announce table and then attacks Jacobs! Black eventually got to his feet and ripped Helms away from his tag team partner. Jacobs stood up to get some revenge, but Aries flew out of nowhere and nailed him with a dropkick. Black and Helms returned to the ring to battle it out while Aries and Jacobs did the same on the outside. Black appears to have the edge in the ring, but from out of nowhere, Helms gets him with a roll-up for the pinfall victory! Meanwhile, on the outside, Aries slams Jacobs into the ring steps. The two former tag partners make their exit up the stage, leaving Tyler Black and Jacobs distraught. (10:11)
Winner: Shane Helms
In a split screen, the four men in tonight's main event are shown walking down the hallway toward the ring. Their match is coming up next.

No. 1 Contendership for the FCW World Heavyweight Championship
"The Saviour" Jericho vs. The Big Show vs. Jeff Hardy vs. Sabu
Big Show makes his way to the ring first to huge heat, followed by Sabu who gets a decent pop. Jeff Hardy makes his way to the ring to a big ovation, followed by Jericho gets about the same reaction. All four men battled it out in the ring to start the match, with no clear favorite in the chaos. Big Show began to overpower Jeff Hardy while Sabu and Jericho battled in and around the ring. The chaos never subsided as the match came to a close; in fact, it may have even grew larger. Jericho and Sabu battled on the ring apron, with Jericho hitting his adversary with a back suplex right on the side of the ring. Sabu rolled off the ring apron and under the ring. Meanwhile, Fit Finlay jumped the crowd barrier and grabbed Jericho from behind, powerbombing him through the announce table!! Finlay stood over Jericho shouting "I'm not done with you," while in the ring, The Big Show planted Jeff Hardy to the mat with a huge chokeslam. The referee chased Finlay away from Jericho, while Sabu climbed into the ring -- his arm wrapped in barbwire! He nailed Big Show in the face not once but twice, busting him open and knocking him over the ropes and out of the ring. He pulled off the barbwire (ouch) and then climbed up to the top rope. Sabu leaped off, attempting a leg drop on Hardy, who moved out of the way! Hardy and Sabu both got to their feet and Hardy planted Sabu with the Twist of Fate! He then rolled him over for the pinfall and the win! Hardy got to his feet and started his celebration! (22:43)
Winner & New No. 1 Contender: Jeff Hardy
Raven appeared, standing atop the stage in the rafters, staring down at his No. 1 Contender. Hardy noticed him and started signalling first that he defeated Raven, and then that he would be winning the championship. Big Show got up, a bloody mess, and climbed back into the ring. Jeff Hardy hopped off the turnbuckles and left to the back. Big Show stared down at Sabu. He then grabbed the "Homicidal, Suicidal, Genocidal, Death-defying Maniac" and hit him with a chokeslam directly onto the roll of barbwire! Big Show stood over him again as Jeff Hardy ran back to the ring, hopped up on the apron and nailed Big Show with a springboard dropkick! Big Show flipped out of the ring, and Jeff Hardy started celebrating again as his music hit while the show faded to a close.
