The ever-present FCW logo montage plays to start the show. Dusty Rhodes' picture flashes across the screen to a decent reaction. Eric Bischoff's image flashes to boos. FCW President Shane McMahon's image appears to a huge pop. A mash-up of the FCW Fallout and Club Hardcore opening videos plays, before we return to inside the arena where pyros and fireworks are blasting off of the stage as the camera pans the sold out FCW Complex in Minneapolis. Joey Styles, Tazz, and Mick Foley welcome everyone to the show.
Backstage, Jonathon Coachman is standing outside Shane McMahon's dressing room. Eric Bischoff walks out.
Coach: "Eric, there's been meetings inside this room all night with you, Mr. McMahon, and Dusty Rhodes. Can you tell us what it's all about?"
Eric: "Well, Coach, there's been discussion about announcers, championships, television time, and even a few roster trades. We're pretty confident that anything that comes out of this meeting will be for the benefit of fans of both my show, Club Hardcore, and hopefully to a lesser extent, Fallout."
Coach: "You heard it here, first. Roster moves may be on the way later tonight. I'll be here all night."
Singles Match
Matt Hardy vs. Rob Van Dam
Matt Hardy makes his way to the ring to heat, followed by RVD who gets a huge pop. Eric Bischoff makes his way to the ring, carrying a briefcase. He sets it down on the announce table, letting it be known that the winner of this match will receive what's inside: a contract for a Club Hardcore title shot! Matt Hardy displayed a more stiff, angry style than we had seen from him previously, obviously playing up his heel performance. RVD used the high-flying, hard-hitting style we were used to from him. Both men battled back and forth, as evident in the final moments. Matt hardy was in control, setting RVD up for the Side Effect, but Van Dam blocked it and hit Hardy with an arm drag. As Hardy returned to his feet, he was met with the Van Daminator. RVD climbed to the top rope, nailed Hardy with the Five Star Frog Splash. He hooked the leg for the pinfall victory! Post-match, RVD celebrated with the briefcase while Hardy slowly got to his feet, obviously distraught. (14:23)
Winner & New No. 1 Contender for Hardcore Championship: Rob Van Dam
Backstage, Jimmy Jacobs tells Tyler Black and Allison Wonderland to stay in the back, as he wants to prove he can beat Shane Helms on his own. Moments later, Helms tells Aries that he won't be needing any back-up as of now, but to be on guard in case it's a trap.
FCW Cruiserweight Championship
Jimmy Jacobs defends vs. "The Show" Shane Helms
In another fiercely contest match-up, we saw two men give it their all: one to defend his championship and the other to take it away. Both men saw their side of the advantage, but neither was able to capitalize it throughout the match. They spilled to the outside, showing just how much this rivalry has grown over the past month. Upon returning to the ring, Jacobs took control of the match. He grabbed Helms and started to set him up for the Contra Code, but Helms threw him up on his shoulders and nailed him with a TKO! Jacobs bounced off the mat and Helms rolled him over for a surprisingly quick pinfall victory! Post-match, Helms celebrated with the championship, while Jacobs slowly pulled himself up, glaring at Helms, screaming about how he was screwed, and appearing to be crying! (11:54)
Winner & New FCW Cruiserweight Champion: Shane Helms
Backstage, Coach is still standing outside Shane McMahon's dressing room. Dusty Rhodes leaves the room, and Coach catches him.
Dusty: "It's been nice doing business with you, Mr. Bischoff. I'm sure we can do this again sometime."
Coach: 'Dusty, Dusty. Is a trade done? Can you give us any details?"
Dusty: "Well, let's just say the tag team scene will be changing, and Fallout will be getting some real talent in exchange.
FCW Tag Team Championship
New Age Punishment w/Paul Heyman vs. The Gladiators
The Gladiators, though originally heels, make their way to the ring to a rather large ovation, although missing Fierce who asked for her release earlier this week. New Age Punishment makes their way to the ring next to a mixed reaction. The match started out equally matched, as both teams have one powerful star and one quicker, more technical partner. Suddenly, security makes their way to the ring, summoning Charlie Hass to the back. He leaves, telling Batista that he is sorry. As Lethal and Joe beat down Batista, Randy Orton starts making his way to the ring. He hopes on the ring apron, looking for a tag. After a brief delay, Batista is about to get the hot tag, when Orton drops off the apron! Batista stares down at him. Orton says "I know why she quit, Dave. You aren't fooling anyone." Batista shakes his head, ignorant to what Orton is saying. As Batista goes on with the match, Orton continues to yell about it. Finally, he says "if you don't listen to me, I'll tell everyone." Batista stops and stares him down. This allows Samoa Joe to leap on his back, locking on the Kakima Clutch and pulling him to the mat. Batista quickly starts tapping out, so Joe releases the hold and he and Lethal smugly leave to the back. Orton stands over Batista in the ring as we go to the back. (14:12)
Winners & Still FCW World Tag Team Champions: New Age Punishment
Backstage, the Hooliganz (w/Shawn Michaels) and La Familia's Hernandez and Carlito (w/Osama Rodriguez) stand on one side of the dressing room, with Shane McMahon, Dusty Rhodes, and Eric Bischoff in the center, followed by Hurricane #3, Colt Cabana (w/Candice), and now Charlie Haas on the other side.
Shane: "Gentlemen, it may be best if we do this symbolically."
Bischoff and Rhodes switch places, so Rhodes is now with the singles stars and Bischoff is with the tag teams.
Shane: "Meet your new Commissioners."
There appears to be some anger amongst La Familia, Colt Cabana, and Charlie Haas, while the Hooliganz are happy to be with the tag teams and Hurricane #3 with the Cruiserweights. Osama begins to curse out Dusty Rhodes for breaking up La Familia, but security escorts them out.
Singles Match
"The Professional" Roderick Strong vs. "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles
Roderick Strong makes his way to the ring to a chorus of boos. AJ Styles makes his way to the ring next to a huge pop. AJ offers his hand for a shake, but Strong slaps him across the face. These two men obviously received the right to do whatever they wanted with this match, and they took full advantage of it, battling in and around the ring, showing off their entire arsenals. Styles finally took control of the match in the closing moments, setting Strong up for the Styles Clash, but then he looked up the ramp to see Shannon Moore climbing up the on the ring apron. Moore and Styles stared each other down. Styles walked towards him, and he dropped off the ring apron. Styles then turned around and Strong grabbed him, hitting him with Roderick's Edge for the surprising pinfall victory. Ever the professional, Strong walked to the back without celebrating. Moore climbed into the ring and started attacking Styles. Referees finally pulled him off, helping Styles to his feet and then having to hold him back as Shannon Moore left to the back. (18:04)
Winner: Roderick Strong
Coach quickly catches up to Shannon Moore as he leaves to the back.
Coach: "Shannon, Shannon! Why did you attack A.J. Styles?"
Shannon: "Coach, maybe you haven't paid enough attention to my career. You see, A.J. and I have some unfinished business. I never got my match with him; you see, I am sick of being called a Pretty Boy. When I was the Prince of Punk, I was called a poser... an 'emo.' Well, I am sick of those stereotypes. From now on, I am out there for myself to prove to everyone that I am more than just the Pretty Boy, Shannon Moore. 2. B. M. E."
FCW U.S Heavyweight Championship
Shelton Benjamin defends vs. Elijah Burke w/Daivari
Elijah Burke makes his way to the ring first with Daivari not far behind, receiving a warm reception from the crowd. The U.S. Champion makes his way to the ring after, getting a mixed reaction mainly due to his cocky attitude. While this was certainly a technical bout, it took a different turn than expected as the two men battled around the ring and into the crowd. Shelton and Elijah sparred with several stiff shots in the crowd, and Shelton took control before stealing a fan's chair. He attempted to hit Burke with it, but Daivari snuck up behind him and stole it from him. Benjamin retaliated by dropkicking the chair back into Daivari's face! As they returned to the ring, Burke got in a few shots, but Benjamin continued to dominate. He finally finished Burke off by planting him to the mat with the T-Bone Brainbuster. Shelton then hooked the leg for the pinfall victory. (14:22)
Winner & Still FCW U.S. Heavyweight Champion: Shelton Benjamin

2 out of 3 Falls Tables Match
"Fighting Irish" Fit Finlay vs. "The Saviour" Jericho
The Belfast Brawler, Fit Finlay, makes his way to the ring first to heel heat, followed by his longtime rival Jericho, who gets a big pop. Both men battle throuhgout the ringside area, as they set up tables scattered around the entire area. Finlay begins setting up a pyramid of three tables as Jericho leans up a table against the crowd barrier. It would end up being a mistake by Jericho, as he turned around to be met with a huge spear by Finlay through the table for the first fall. Finlay brought a table into the ring and set it up in the corner. Jericho slowly returned to his feet and he and Finlay battled around the table, each man trying their best to make good on the second fall. Jericho would tie it up, though, planting Finlay with the Flashback, crashing his rival face-first through the table. Jericho dragged Finlay across the ring over near the pyramid Finlay assembled on the outside. The two men battled again, each attempting to put their opponent through the mass of tables. As they got to the ring apron, Jericho blocked a suplex attempt by Finlay and then nailed him with the Code Breaker! Finlay bounced and landed on the lower tables, knocking the top one down. Jericho then leaped to his feet, springboarded off the ropes and nailed Finlay with the Lionsault! Both men crashed through the tables as Jericho picked up the victory in a somewhat rushed, but exciting yet spotty match. (12:04)
Winner: Jericho
A video highlighting the feud between JBL and Terry Funk airs, set to the sounds of Club Hardcore' theme, Sugarcult's "Lights Out" and "Dead Living."

FCW Hardcore Heavyweight Championship | Texas Bullrope Match
JBL defends vs. "Hardcore Icon" Terry Funk
Terry Funk made his way to the ring, insisting that officials leave on of the tables out. He then proceeded to drop a barbed wire board down on it. He then grabbed a wrapped 2x4 from underneath the ring. JBL made his way to the ring, insisting that Funk drop the 2x4 before they fought. He finally did, and JBL quickly took advantage, going to town on his rival. JBL played the heel well, not allowing much offense from his opponent. This match was surprisingly fast considering its main event status, but it got the job done as a hardcore battle between two fierce rivals. Funk finally got to use his set-up on the outside, hitting JBL with a huge back body drop, making him crash through the board and the table! Funk pulled the champ back into the ring and planted him with a piledriver onto the barbwire 2x4. He then hooked the leg and pinned JBL for the three count and the win! The referee pulled Funk out of the bullrope and then handed him the title, as he left to the back, a bloody mess, celebrating his victory. (10:47)
Winner & New FCW Hardcore Heavyweight Champion: Terry Funk
A video highlighting the feud between Jeff Hardy and Raven, set to the sounds of Fallout's theme, "Smile for the Paparazzi" by Cobra Starship.
FCW World Heavyweight Championship
Raven defends vs. Jeff Hardy
Jeff Hardy made his way to the ring first to a huge pop, followed by Raven, who receives a lot of heat. The last two matches were obviously cut short to give more time to the main event, which was a long match but not drawn out or dull. Both men got the feel for each other for the first few minutes, then finally went at it, providing an extremely entertaining, back-and-forth bout. Both men got in their signature shots, but neither was able to put the other away despite several near-falls and false finishes. Jeff Hardy finally planted Raven to the mat with the Twist of Fate as we neared the 20-minute mark. He climbed to the top rope, albeit slowly, and then taunted to set up his Swanton Bomb. He leaped off the top rope, but Raven moved! Raven then took control of the match, hitting Jeff with the bulldog. He then placed him on the top rope, setting up a superplex, but Jeff fought him off and then knocked him off the top rope. Jeff was atop the turnbuckles again, and this time, would make best of his oppurtunity. He nailed Raven with the Swanton Bomb and then hooked the leg for the pinfall victory! We have a NEW FCW World Heavyweight Champion. (21:03)
Winner & New FCW World Heavyweight Champion: Jeff Hardy
The fourth man to ever hold the FCW World Championship left to the back, celebrating his victory as Raven lie motionless in the ring. When Hardy got to the back, Raven slowly pulled himself to his feet. The crowd started chanting "Thank you, Raven!" as he saluted them and left to the back, receiving a standing ovation. Raven performed his crucifix taunt atop the stage as he made what we now have learned will be his final FCW appearance. Joey Styles and Tazz thank everyone for watching the show as we fade to black.
