A short video showing all of the logos of FCW's history airs, ending with the current Fight Club Wrestling logo. An image of Fallout Commissioner Dusty Rhodes flashes on the screen. A brand new video package debuted, higlighting the stars of FCW's Fallout brand to the sounds of Cobra Starship's "Smile for the Paparazzi." The camera pans the slightly redesigned Fight Club Complex in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Joey Styles and Tazz welcome everyone to the show.
Shane McMahon walks out on the stage with what appears to be a title belt inside a case.
Shane: "Ladies and gentlemen, we have a packed card tonight -- including a No. 1 Contender's match for the FCW World Championship! -- so I will not take long in announcing this. Inside this bag is something that has been requested for months."
Shane opens the bag and takes out a belt very similar to the FCW Hardcore Heavyweight title only on a white strap and featuring purple colouring.
Shane: "Ladies and gentlemen, the FCW Women's World Championship! We will crown the first champion in a battle royal at FCW's End of Days pay-per-view! Thank you very much."
Shane leaves to the back as quickly as he entered before we begin our first match.

Tag Team Match
The Prototype & Paul Burchill vs. Shawn Daivari & Elijah Burke
Prototype and Burchill are in the ring as we return live, and Prototype is glaring at his partner. Daivari and Burke make their way to the ring next to a decent reaction. This was a typical tag team match, nothing spectacular but not boring either. Prototype took control of Burke and the two of them began battling on the outside, leaving Burchill and Daivari in the ring alone. Burchill controlled Daivari for the majority of the time, but Daivari countered a Burchill move and planted him with a stiff DDT. He then climbed to the top rope and nailed Burchill with the Magic Carpet Ride for the pinfall victory... again! (8:22)
Winners: Elijah Burke & Shawn Daivari
After the match, Prototype got in the ring with Burchill and stared him down. They began sparring with each other and Prototype grabbed ahold of Burchill, who then countered his attack and planted him to the mat with C-4. Burchill stood over his now former-partner as Fallout Commissioner Dusty Rhodes made his way out on the stage. Rhodes announced that at End of Days, we will see Burchill vs. Prototype in a KOTR Qualifying Match!

Once again, the ladies created the finale of the match as Daizee Haze planted In the last of three matches, the ladies weren't involved aside from a cat-fight on the outside, but Shelly and Candice played an active role as Homicide and Colt Cabana faced off.
