Before the Show I woke up the guys early and surprisingly everyone got up quickly, they all looked pretty hyped up for the show. I told the guys to train as normal as I greeted newcomer Tom Felix who seemed nice. I told him that I can’t guarantee that I’ll train him full time but if he impresses me I might bring him into the group, he went off and trained with Shaun who he seemed to get on well with. I then met Brent Albright who warmed up and took the trainees into the ring to show a few more moves (mostly powerhouse moves) Brent went off to get ready for the show, so I told the students to do the same.
'Confusion' Show FUSE started off as normal with our theme tune ‘Flux’ by Bloc Party played in the arena. The music then turned to the Rocky theme as Shaun Tiger made his way out he slided in the ring while the crowd looked pretty dead. Twisted Assassin made his silent walk out with his head down, the crowd were still pretty much dead. Daniel Sinn then came out and all the usual fans (about 60%) started booing then the others joined in and Sinn took them all in and seemed pumped for the match.
Match 1: Shaun Tiger vs. Twisted Assassin vs. Daniel Sinn Assassin showed his brawling style here and looked pretty good and so did Sinn who took a lot of tips from Albright. Sinn even caught Shaun coming off the top in a cross body and slammed him down to the mat in a pumphandle slam. Assassin hit one of the sickest big boots I have ever seen in the corner on Shaun who possibly is the best seller here. The crowd got behind all competitors and espically behind Tiger who seemed like an underdog (new gimmick?) but Sinn put him away with The Original Sin (Tiger Driver 91) Winner: Daniel Sinn
After this Evan Pagano walked out and slided in with a mic he said how he should be working in places like Madison Square Garden not this s*** hole! He was stopped by the friendly giant Petey the Pirate who put a stop to this display with a clothesline much to the delight of the crowd.
Match 2: Evan Pagano vs. Petey The Pirate Pagano tried to beat the giant but failed everytime as Petey just shoved him off. Pagano got mad and went to the outside to get a chair but Petey pulled out his sword! The circled the ring before Petey dodged the chairshot and got behind him then hit him with a full nelson. Just as Petey was going for his finisher Pagano rolled him up for a 3 count. Winner: Evan Pagano
The newcomer Tom Felix walked out rapping about how he was going to be the best in FUSE. Then out came ‘Sex Appeal’ Amy Adams ready for the intergender match.
Match 3: Amy Adams vs. Tom Felix This was a pretty quick squash, Amy beat Felix up for a bit before Felix came out of nowhere with a dropsault and a elbow drop but after missing a top rope splash Amy carried on with the beating and hit the DDT for the win. Winner: Amy Adams
As Amy was celebrating the hooded man once again jumped over the guardrail and rolled into the ring shouting at Amy once more. Security ran in and held the men back but Amy grabbed a mic and told them to leave him go. “Mike?” She said “Is that you?” The man pulled back his hood to reveal bleached blonde hair. “Its Bockwinkel!” Amy looked stunned as the blonde haired man was taken out by security.
The new team of the Adrenaline Boyz came out, Nick Jacobs, Steven Kagemann & Super Extreme. They ran around the ring looking crazy as they get the crowd pumped before the heels come. Then out came Just Another Gangsta Team, Bruddah Stille and Devon Moore they were followed by a suited Matthew Spade who took of his suit and folded it up.
Match 4: Adrenaline Boyz vs. Matthew Spade & Just Another Gangsta Team It was all going good to start with Jacobs and Spade exchanging holds and putting on a good match then Bruddah came in and started to beat on Jacobs but Jacobs wrestled on and hit an enzuigiri. Then he tagged to Extreme who tried to highfly and ended up nearly knocking himself and others out with his bad spots, Kagemann was then tagged in and did the same. The ending came when both Kagemann and Extreme climbed the ropes and went for their finishers, a 630 Splash and a 360 Shooting Star Press they both blotched the hell outta it and nearly broke their necks and put their opponents in danger, Jacobs saved the match with a Burnout 2.0 (Helms Buster) Winners: Adrenaline Boyz
Intermission then followed as Amy Adams came out to sign autographs and take photos in the ring. As intermission ended it was time for the 4-way to go and wrestle a match at FIP. Henry Edwards came out to a nice heel pop, Jacob Ryler was way over with the fans, Bret Thomas had a small pop and even a “Lets go Thomas” Chant and Drew Parkland came out swearing (again) but was met by a suicide dive by Jacob Ryler to start of the contest.
Match 5: Henry Edwards vs. Jacob Ryler vs. Bret Thomas vs. Drew Parkland A really awesome match Edwards supplied the brawling, Ryler took to the skies and Thomas chain wrestled all of them into knots while Drew… stayed on the outside still shouting at the fans (Is he playing his character or not) Parkland eventually got into the fight and formed a alliance with Edwards but was soon broken up as Edwards dumped him to the outside. Jacob Ryler hit a amazing Shooting Star Press onto everyone on the outside. Edwards was able to hit H.E. Driver (Double underhook brainbuster) for the win and will be going to FIP. Winner: Henry Edwards
For the main event former opponents James Powers and Brent Albight came out together to massive cheers. Then followed Revolution X, Chris Hammers, Safu & Jordan Devine.
Main Event: James Powers & Brent Albright vs. Revolution X Hammers looked to be part of the match with Devine but when the time came for Devine to tag out Safu jumped up and took the tag while Hammers went down. From there Powers was isolated from his partner and couldn’t make the tag. After a modified angle slam Powers made the tag to Albright who clears house and even scoop slammed Safu but Hammers tagged Devine and jumped in the ring to hit Last Minute Orders (sit out spinebuster) to win the match in the unofficial way. Winners: Revolution X

A Trip of a Lifetime I woke up the students extra early today and told them to be in the main area in 5 mins. Once I got down there everyone was complaining saying about how it was their day off but I told them to shut up and let me speak. I reminded them that Henry Edwards has won a opportune to go to FIP to wrestle a match, Parkland looked bitter that he didn’t get the win and Pagano complained that he wasn’t even in the match. They’re faces lit up when I told them that we would all be going to FIP to watch the action, everyone was happy as I told them to get ready as the bus will be here in 20 mins.
After getting everyone in the bus I sat down next to Edwards and helped him to run though a few spots he had planned for the night. I had told the guys to pick some music so we ended up with some Iron Madien, Linkin Park and… Spice Girls? (Who the hell picked that?) New guys Mike Bockwinkel and Tom Felix (yes, I decided to accept him) seemed to have a great time on their first day, Mike mostly hanged round with Nick Jacobs and Amy Adams who he knew before while Felix was rapping which basically everyone listened to (he’s pretty good) Bruddah Stile seemed to be jealous of Felix’s skills so he told Devon Moore to “Give me a beat Mo Fo” and started a horrible rap.
Once we got to the arena we were met by Roderick Strong who said hi and I followed him to backstage to meet some of the guys who all said they missed me (ahhhh) The students however were given a quick tour of what goes into a promotion and then taken to the ring were the student put on a few quick matches which drew a little crowd from the audience of the locker room. Pagano and Powers impressed a lot of the guys there and Strong even said that they have “Something Special.” Edwards had a quick run down of his match and met his opponent who was some local guy. As the show started we all took our seats, must have looked weird the whole bunch of us sitting down. Then Edwards came out, the guys went crazy for him and started up a “Lets go Edwards” chant, which carried on throughout the match, even some of the fans joined in!
FIP Dark Match: Henry Edwards vs. Johnny Stiff Edwards looked good, real good! He controlled most of this match and beat down the jobber. Edwards mostly stuck to submissions always locking Johnny in holds and then straight into strong power moves. After seeing years of dark matches this one has to be near the top epically seeing moves that Shelley, Albright and I taught him. His trademark powerslam came crushing down on Johnny like a hammer. Edwards then nailed the H.E. Driver (Double underhook brainbuster) for the win. Winner: Henry Edwards
For the rest of the show there were a few references to me. The announcer kindly plugged FUSE for us. The students could not stop talking about the show afterwards, Kagemann and Extreme were talking about Necro’s crazy bout, Hammers, Spade and Powers were non stop talking about Tyler Black’s performance and Ryler couldn’t stop laughing at Nigel Mcguinness blotch. Overall it was a good day and was enjoyed by all, hopefully the guys have learned something from today

Weekly Round Up The day after I took the guys to FIP I gave them a day off. Some took that to their advantage and hit the gym (Spade, Hammers, Devine, Edwards and Powers) while others just wasted it by sleeping (Safu), drinking (Parkland) and… eating fried chicken? (Petey) Everything was going fine until Amy came over to me and explained that as much as she loved wrestling she couldn’t take it. We had a long chat over it and Amy has now left FUSE but will be at all our shows continuing her storyline with Mike Bockwinkel. The rest of the day went of fine and ended with a rather drunk Jacob Ryler doing his comedy routine Bret Thomas and Shaun Tiger thankfully stopped him however when he was going to do an impression of a elephant… with his pants down.
The next day during in-ring training I caught Jordan Devine playing with his phone I told him to hand it over but insisted on keeping it. Later on in the lesson he walked out. I quickly hopped along trying to find out were he was going and he was outside next to a fine young girl, they were shouting at each other (allot like our storyline) I told Devine to get back inside which he did after some auguring then I talked to the girl, who seemed to be Devine’s girlfriend. Devine seems to have left his home, family and friends in a instant to join FUSE without telling anyone what he was doing. I then let Devine talk to her and told him to go home to see his family who are obviously worried.
On another day we worked on gimmicks with the guys and Matthew Spade came over to me asking about his gimmick, he wants to change it mainly because he isn’t getting over with it but we’ll just have to wait and see what the future holds for Matt. Safu was practising his finisher a Samoa Drop and attempted to pick up Devon Moore, which he did but dropped him on his head causing his uncle Bruddah Stille to leap up and smack Safu, which caused one big man battle that was very hard to break up. The trio known as the Adrenaline Boys were starting to develop as a team especially Super Extreme and Steven Kagemann they seem to have been working well since our last talk. Nick Jacobs is also doing well being one of the more experienced members of the group.
New boy Tom Felix was just rapping about some random stuff on Thursday and he mentioned something about Twisted Assassin, which got the silent man angry. Assassin walked over to him face to face then looked at the trash can next to him before dumping Felix in the trash, which caused a lot of laughs from the group as Assassin went back to his chair. Pagano also asked in front of the group about titles, he wanted to know when they were going to be used and I told the group that I already have a FUSE World Title made up in my office. The student’s eyes lighted up as I told them about the belt. “So when are we going to see it?” asked Edwards “Just wait guys, just wait.” I responded.
'Firelighter' Card Elimination Four-Way Henry Edwards vs. Drew Parkland vs. Safu vs. James Powers Four of the top men in FUSE face off to prove they are No.1
‘Mr. Wrestling’ comes to FUSE Bret Thomas vs. Kevin Steen One half of the ROH Tag Team Champions Kevin Steen comes to FUSE with one request, to face Bret Thomas
One on One Jordan Devine vs. Jacob Ryler If it was up to Ryler he would be facing off against Hammers, instead he’ll have to prove himself against Devine
Bockwinkel’s Debut Shaun Tiger vs. Mike Bockwinkel Bockwinkel surprised FUSE fans last week as Amy’s stalker but can he wrestle?
Triple Threat Petey The Pirate vs. Nick Jacobs vs. Daniel Sinn Three top guys all face off to decide who’s the better man
Pagano’s Quest Continues Evan Pagano vs. Tom Felix Pagano wants to show he is the best in FUSE but he first must beat Rapper Tom Felix
Rival Teams Face-Off Just another Gangsta Team vs. Adrenaline Boyz The rival teams face off to prove they are the No.1 tag team

Blog from Bret Thomas' Facebook Ok so I just got done weight training with Jake, Evan, and Henry. Speaking of Edwards a few nights ago Aries took us all to the FIP show to cheer on Henry. He looked very very good out there and I think he will go far in this business. HOLY CRAP!!! Shelley just let me know my opponent for the next FUSE show. Kevin Steen actually requested to have his match be against me!! Wow I'm such a friggin mark. I'm going to have to really avoid my bad habit of collegiate mat wrestling and focus more on chain wrestling the hell out him. Aries and Shelley both tell me that I'm probably one of the best up-and-coming technicians out of this group. To hear that from some of the best in the indy circuit really says something about you. Well a few of us guys are planning on a poker night so I'll get back to you guys soon.

Poker Night Late last night in Evan Pagano's room the students held a little poker game with many of the guys playing. Only some such as Safu and Shawn Tiger did not play. I had told the guys not to stay up late as they have their show tomorrow. Parkland looked good on the cards and seemed to be earning alot of money that is until Bret Thomas caught him cheating which made all the guys jump him and take his money (and their's) back. As the guys slowly made their ways to bed there were some still playing they were Evan Pagano, Nick Jacobs, Jacob Ryler and Bret Thomas. Steven Kagemann tried to stay up but fell asleep. Ryler suggested a game of strip poker which the others accepted as they had had way too many drinks. The game came down to Ryler having his pants off, he went by the door were Bret tackled him and the others tied him outside only wearing his pants. Ryler had to stay out the whole night only in his pants and caught a glimpse of Safu walking around 3:00 he tried calling Safu but he didn't respond, is Safu sleep walking? As I got across the road I was about to open the first room door and saw Ryler handcuffed to the outside bansister only wearing his pant with a 'Feed me' sign. How the hell is he going to be in good shape for tonights match?
