I work at a pizza joint with a bunch of friends for $10.50/hour. We play catch using steel tongs and a ball of dough. Are you hiring at the moment?

I work at a grocery store bagging groceries, pushing carts, and taking complaints.. Aswell as answering the phone, listening (and sometimes not hearing) people complain over that. Giving refunds to people who buy stuff they didn't want in the first place. Other than that, i sometimes sit there and watch people as they shop. I feel for you. Supermarket jobs suck- I did it for two years. This past year I worked as a camp counseler which was fun and frustrating at the same time. I'm in college so I'm not expecting a top-notch job or anything. But I'll maybe try an internship or something else for this summer, not sure yet.

I also work in Manhattan but, as a laborer for a construction/interiors company. The pay is damn good. I have a love hate relationship with my job right now. I'm a computer tech and I love doing computer work. I hate it as they seem to rarely have any work for me to do lately. So I sit at work and do nothing. It ticks me off. Your saying that like it's a bad thing.

i used to work with a friend at a drive thru convience store, we got there at 2:30 and just had a blasty blast, we played monster pong, threw muffins around, invited friends over, just goofed off and had a great time. he quit a few days ago and i havent worked there in quite some months but it was such a great job. the management was **** though, so strict. good times.

i work in an automotive shop moving car batteries and tires all day. and sometimes helping with oil changes and tire rotations, and every now and again going on parts runs. it sucks for the most part, but, when im working in the tire or battery warehouse i bring my ipod and a portable speaker in to listen while i throw heavy crap around.
throwing tires is also very fun, so my jobs not bad unless im having a lazy day, then it sucks.
