The Bond storylines are always 'rubbish', but I don't care. It's all about the kickass action. Can't wait to see it.

I've just seen it. The story is quite poor but as has been said that's normal for Bond films, but it does a good job of tying up storylines from casino Royale. However there are No gadgets at all & as said above he doesn't even use the iconic "Bond, James Bond" line. Has been mentioned by others but quite obvious the Daniel craig version is heavilly influence by the Bourne series, much more grittier & violent.
However it's still a very exciting film with some quality scenes, well worth going to see but as a big Bond fan I just felt it was missing something.

"Bond storylines are always 'rubbish"
Dr No (suspenceful & gritty) FRWL (best script ever ?......this could actually have happened IRL) GF (his gold will increase $$$$$$$$ since Fort Knox' reserve gets radio active) TB (a plane crashed outside of Spain around same time......terrorist could've taken the bombs , not impossible) OHMSS (Virus Omega is similar to the 1995 Tokyo nervegas.....it's just more potent recipe)

Haven't seen it, but I heard it is one of the best bonds yet.

I'd say it's top 10, but not top 5.

I'll be watching this sometime today. Arrrr matey. I'm so tempted to watch it, but I am just gonna wait. My friends and I are all pretty pumped for it. How is the quality though?
