As someone who was at every OVW(I didn't miss one) for three years. I could go on for hours. The biggest one is Dinsmore though. Johnny Jeter as well. He went from being the most bad ass heel ever, to a cheeryleader.

Santino should have been given a shoot fighter gimmick like Taz when he was in ECW.

It would've been cool to have a new Russian stable- Boris Alexiev, Uncle Vladimir Kozlov & Nephew Aleksandr Kozlov

I'm serious Paul Heyman booked Jeter into being the most bad ass heel ever. Had the world title, and was feuding with pretty much the whole roster, fans, announcers, the camera guy(who happens to be TimAsh on here, aka one of the biggest douche' bags I've ever met). Most specifically he was trying to avoid getting in the ring with Matt Cappotelli(I have no idea how to spell that.) Not only that but an accidental stiff chair shot from Jeter probably save Matt's life. Without receiving the concussion from it, he probably never would have gotten a cat scan, and Matt probably wouldn't have known he had a tumor.

I have it on tape. But Henry was teaming up with Jeter. The best moment from when he turned heel was when people started asking him why, and he would just kick the crap out of them. This lead to the single most straight laced conservative announcer ever to launch into a string of profanities that would make Sandman go "I'm beat", and the owner coming out and challenging Jeter to a fight. Heyman booked it so that Jeter went from one of the most beloved faces into the top heel, in ONE night.

I am hella shocked at Santino being all badass and Kozlovy..
He should show his skills and he would be perfect on the mic and in the ring.
As for disappointments go, Eugene is a big one..
Wasn't he like an 8x ovw champ but he became a intellectually- disabled person that only won the tag title..
What a waste and it sucks for him.
No one has talked about the ladies so I would have to say that serena who is like a 2/3 time ovw women's champ and hasn't debuted yet.
Katie Lea is awesome and I love her but the wwe hasn't let her do anything substantial and she has a lot of talent.
She was in a ladder match with beth for heaven's sake and won yet she is still without a belt or even a feud..
Well I could go on with more but I would have to do some research so I will stop for now..

This is what happens when you apply to the wrestling company that emphasizes on Entertainment. It's character over athleticism. Gimmicks over skill. I know, right? Wrestling isn't supposed to entertain anyone. It should just be two guys in plain tights rolling around on the ground or something. I hate how they it all up with storylines and characters and all that. I'm glad there are still companies like ROH who know what wrestling is all about. Maybe one day WWE will work out what fans want to see. Until that day, they're just gonna have to wish they were making as much money and entertaining - uh, I mean... Uh... Whatever wrestling is supposed to do to - as many fans as ROH.

I can tell that from your Nigel McGuinness avatar and Takeshi Morishima signature.

The biggest OVW disappointment was, by far, Rob Conway. For years, I remember hearing that him and Dinsmore were awesome. Then they came to WWE and Eugene was alright, but Conway just sucked all the time.

Entertainment and in-ring performance. Definitely two mutually exclusive terms for a wrestler! If I was a wrestler, I'd work damn hard on making sure my in-ring performance didn't entertain anyone, I know that much.
