Ok we've all seen these hideous creations in TRW's sig. They look repulsive. Bacon cheeseburger on a glazed Krispy Kreme donut bun. While some shudder & others rejoice at the sight of these gems, they evoke stong opinions for each side. Initially I too was repulsed, but now I'm adding something to the mix that is sure to put the gastronomic community on its ear. I present for your consideration, the Mc Griddle factor. That's right folks. That beloved breakfast sandwich was the pre-cursor to Luther. Bacon, egg, & cheese(or sausage egg n cheese) on a maple syrup pancake bun. Not too far off huh? Well the floor is now open for discussion so seize the opportunity to be heard on this controversial subject.

Luther Burger > McGriddle.
McGriddle's taste horrible. The Luther Burger atleast has the burger on it to mask some of the other "flavors".

The only issue I have with he McGriddle is that it's too small. Yeah, I said it.

I think the luther burger looks delicious, and the mcgridle tastes very good, like someone else said, my only problem is that its not big enough.

McGriddles are actually good...but those things in TRWs sig look gross.
I wouldn't say this discussion evokes such strong opinions.
I think you're all overreacting and acting like 15 year old female intellectually- disabled chimps...

Whoever came up 'The Luther Burger' is clearly a fan of Jim Gaffigan...so I'd try it.

Leave my burger alone! According to legend, the burger was named for and was a favorite (and possibly invention) of the late singer-songwriter and record producer Luther Vandross.[1] This origin is mentioned an episode of animated series The Boondocks, "The Itis". In this episode the character Granddad creates an entire restaurant based off the burger and other soul food.[2] You mean my burger.
