I loved the show when I was younger. It's still great. The animation is so smooth and it was honestly built for both adults and kids. It had many mature overtones going on. I attempted watching The Batman animated series a little while ago...and man is that bad. The animation blows and not smooth at all, it's too jumpy and The Joker sounds and looks black (which I guess makes sense since the actor who voices him is black), but still it's too different and I don't like it.

Loved the series, by far one of the best shows ever. And the toys that someone posted, wow that brings me back. After looking at those pictures im pissed that I don't have those figures anymore. I had so many Batmans, all the villains, Robin everyone. Even hat the batmobile and the batcave, fun times as a kid.

yes, seriously awesome show. batman mask of the phantasm is my favorite "episode" (albeit an extended one) one of my favorite shows EVER anyone know where I can watch it online? Not to download but if there's a site like hulu.com that shows batman TAS its on dvd. buy it... I loved the show when I was younger. It's still great. It's not an extended episode its a full length theatrical release. It was released in theaters. So it would not be an extended episode. And secondly not everyone has 40 dollars to shell out for a dvd season and he would like to watch it online or maybe he doesnt want a whole season and just wants to catch an episode here and there the economy is f'ed right now and not everyone can go and buy 40 dollar dvds you eye rolling smug bastard. I do not know a place you can see it but maybe someone else can help you buddy.

So I didn't get the series pack for Xmas, but I did get money, so I went and picked it up this morning Good god this set amazing. And if you want to watch it, I'd say buy it. If you can't afford it, you can't buy it...which means you can't watch it. Since when did this become such radical thinking?

If you want to watch it and you can legally watch it on-line for nothing, why buy it? If I can go to hulu.com and legally watch every episode of the Office (for instance) free, why should I buy the DVD's unless I really want all the extras?

I have a beautiful box set to add to my DVD collection with an original artwork booklet and every episode that I can put on my 50" HD tv with great sound while I sit on my comfortable couch. Why watch it online when I can afford to do this?

I used to watch the show back when it was on, but I was never into it as much as I was with Spider-Man: TAS. I wish I would've seen more of this show. I need to either buy the DVDs or borrow them from my cousin. He owns ever box set (I think).
