Big mistake, if true.
They're unconfirmed reports, and I hope it's not true, but I get the feeling it is.
Big, idiotic mistake, Chelsea. Should never have let José leave (if he walked), or ffs, sack him?! Pathetic.
No doubt we'll get that Avram Grant in charge now. Great. There goes success down the pan.
Best manager we've ever had. Great character, brilliant manager.
I'm pissed off now. FFS.

Idiots in charge of this club, I'm afraid. He was sacked. The best manager around - sacked. Wins us 2 league titles, the FA Cup, 2 Carling Cups and the Community Shield and is sacked? Absolute joke.
This is a disgrace.
There's nobody good enough to replace him. The backroom staff will go & players, and fans alike, will be unhappy.
Pathetic, Chelsea.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha... freaking love it!! Sacked without ever losing a home game lol. Hope Chelsea just fall apart now. I've always thought that Mourinho and Terry seem pretty close, and it's apparently Terry that got the messages from Mourinho saying he's been sacked... hope JT leaves now as well in protest and Chelsea just crumble away! Going down, going down going down!! No idea who they will get in to replace him. Capello maybe?

Either Ramos or Hiddink, depending on who you believe, will be the next manager.
I expect Avram Grant :-| will be in charge for the game against Man Utd on Sunday.
Gutted, absolutely gutted.

Gotta disagree with you guys. I reckon your better off with out him, you played crap football and wasted over 250 million. He also made up, the most stupid crap ive ever heard. Only 25,000 fans turned up for your game, the other day. Hell it should be sell out even if you against Kidderminster Harriers. If i was you guys id pray Drogba is bk asap. If hes not who gonna score Sheva haha.

Maurinho to Spurs?
As much as i hate Maurinho i think it will be good for the premiership if he manages another English club.
If he moves to Spurs it will mean he hasn't got to move his family either.
In any case it's a big mistake by Chelsea and one that will probably cost them any chance of winning the league this season.

Big news! I doubt it was mutual they say that but it usually isnt the case. Theyve hardly had an indifferent season. a loss and a couple of draws aint the end of the world! Theyll struggle to do better than him, and i would imagine they will be no better with this Grant guy...but as im a man utd fan i am ever so slightly happy inside!

Absolutley gutted. What's going on with the board at Chelsea is destroying the Club. Pushing Grant to be in charge of Chelsea is ridiculous, just because Abramovich is close friends with him.
Fair enough, he wants to treat it like a business, but this has taken it too far. We were a unit with Jose, and he's without a doubt the best manager I have ever, ever seen. Abramovich needs to sort his priorities out. How can anybody replace what Jose Mourinho has given the Club, in terms of Trophies, a Squad Bond and a new Attitude to us.
Even still, we have never lost at home in over 3 Years in the League, 3 Champions League Semi Finals, 2 Premiership Titles, the FA Cup, 2 Community Shields etc. Unbelievable.
So now we have to go to Old Trafford Sunday, with no Jose Mourinho, no Drogba, Lampard, and a Squad that is undercheiving.
All Hail Mourinho, Jose Mourninho...

Kinda shocked by it actually, hes done wonders at the club and then they let him go? Could see a few big names leave because of this, perhaps this could mean Mr Lampard goes to spain as been rumoured for ages.

you know its not dissimilar to something that happened at Portmouth. I think Mandric brought in a Director of Football, it all went down hill after that, Harry Redknap got fired and the Director of Football took over for a bit. Yet it was that successful Harrys bak in charge!

Apparently Deschamps is favourite to take over. Avram Grant has taken charge. He's not just caretaker.
