TBH we have probably already done all the transfers we are going to do, except possibly Torres.

Wouldn't suprise me. They've been in talks about Torres for ages, and they have said they are no longer interested in Anelka anymore.
A shame Chelsea aren't going to Splash out anymore for this season, as I'd love to have seen David Villa at us next Season.

A shame Chelsea aren't going to Splash out anymore for this season, as I'd love to have seen David Villa at us next Season. They've never been in talks with him. They probably were interested in him in the past but it's all paper bollocks. I highly doubt they'd sign Torres after the season he's had and the price he'll cost. Also, do you think United were actually interested in Anelka? Another story used to sell papers.

I can not see Man Utd buying anyone else TBH, and with the 3 midfields, it is pretty clear we will be planning on playing a 4-5-1 formation orignally, bringing Saha/Ole/Smudge on somtimes to allow Rooney to wander. I would have loved to have got Eto, but I really can not see Barca allowing him to leave even if we were intrested.

I haven't really posted on here since, I think nearly the beginning of the season, but I'm a Derby fan and I have to say what Billy Davis has done for us has been nothing short of incredible, I'd argue better then Keane's done at Sunderland given he already had a semi prem team but it's not really about that. No one expected us to be up there and no one expected to win the play off's, a lot credit to West Brom, I went to the Wembley final and they were a very solid side and I expected them to do well next season, a few of their big names leaving might actually help bring them together as more of a team then individuals.
As for us next season, no idea what to expect, we have a lot of potential in the side with Barnes, Jones, Pearson, McEverly, Leacock and Bywater all looking like they could become very good players for us but we need to get in more players still and hope those players go from potential to quality. Go down or staying up it's going to be a fun relaxed season, just knowing we have a good board, good manager and money to keep the club safe again is good enough for now.

You will not believe the Match I just had. Last night me and my mate whos got 2 left feet, were watching the Euro 96 England Germany Penalty Shootout. My Mate has yet to score for us and we've played for them for a good 2 years. Anyway, he was craving the oppertunity of a penalty...
Today I scored probably the best two goals I've ever scored, and the Match was 3-3 at Half Time. We scored early on in the 2nd Half, and they scored with 5 mins to go, making it 4-4. I had played a blinder today, and all of a sudden we got given a Penalty in the last minute of the Match, the Captain told me to step up and take it and get the Hat Trick.
And out of nowhere, my mate comes along and convinced himself he was gonna take it, and he stepped up and blasted it straight at the keeper :X The Match ended 4-4.
He was the only one who didnt go down the pub after 2 haha.

My mate asked me yesterday who I thought we'd get. I said 'a mid table team, like Man. City.' Guess who we got.
I'm officially a psychic.

I know I should have faith, but I'm not sure we can pull it off this season. But you never know, Jol is still awesome, he knows what he's doing.
