The reason i didn't vote for randy is bc he doesn't have a real feud going thus he doesn't get as much direct heat as what edge generates

Edge is way better than Orton heel-wise. Orton is way to bad ass with his current character, and people are starting to actually like him. Edge gets more heat than Orton ever has, and plays the part perfectly. Everyone is just riding Orton because of his recent popularity. I love Orton and everything he's doing now, but he's not the best HEEL. He's likeable, he's cool, and people are getting a high off of him. You should hate the heel.

Well Edge and Orton have been playing great heels for years , when on the other hand I haven't seen Matt play as a heel for a couple of years and he hasn't done that much thus far as a heel. Whem Matt did play a heel back in 2002 I though he played in very well , I'm a big fan of V1. For as the biggest heel in WWE "today" I would have to say Orton , sticking it to the boss , that's some Austin crap!

I think at this stage that the WWE is in, Orton is the best heel. Edge was a great heel but that was last year. Orton is just on top of his game right now so he's the best heel IMO.

His battles with The Undertaker let him really shine of how much of a Heel he can be.
