oh thats nice of you, it looks like he did it to perfection hope it fetches quite a lot I would call it nice. I mean he made it so it's only decent. It's his work and his idea. Im just marketing it for him in hopes that he makes me one too . It surely gets my stamp of approval. yeah it seems fair i would have thought he would make you one anyway i wish i had that one

I didn't even know you were still making them. I still have your's. I just need to repair the chain on it and it will be up and running at 100% again.

I'm just tired of giving ebay 12% of my money. I usually sell them privately now... but hey, if there's a market for them - I just may start it up again. I could make ringskirts too, but that would be copying you... and your idea... and call it my own idea and my own work... which is not cool. No offense, but I was the first one to make these custom caskets - ever... both Undertaker and Yokozuna style. Thanks...

In fact i claim that i didnt' even make it.

I don't have a problem with people making them using their own design... the problem that I have is that your dad used my casket for measurements, which takes minutes - compared to my HOURS of trial and error getting the angles and dimensions just right. I do want to thank you for your PM saying that it wasn't a personal attack, and I never took it as a personal attack and admitting that he used my casket as his pattern for measurements and angles. It's just not cool to use someone else's exact design and measurements to profit off of it. If this were trademarked, it would be copyright infringement. That's all I'm saying. Good luck on your auction.

It's just not cool to use someone else's exact design and measurements to profit off of it. If this were trademarked, it would be copyright infringement. That's all I'm saying. Good luck on your auction. So let me get this straight. You arent upset that your casket was used for the dimensions but you were upset that you were not sited with credit? If thats the case and i am hearing you right i can gladlty post credit to you. To be honest i didnt knwo who the orriginateor was. I knew i had seen your stuff before but to konw a name to give credit to i just didnt know who you were. As far as getting the angles right there realy is a simple soltuion. use a protractor to measure the angels of the BCA casket and just adjust the lengts of the sides to fit RA figs. I know that has ntohing to do with yoru arguemtn but im must syaing there are simple solutions. I apreciate your frustariottn and your hard work in making a great item i realy do. But the botom line is that that the design isnt somthing that you own. Just like i dont own the idea of making ring skirts. I mean jakks went and did it after i did, heck so did some Austrailian guy named Roosta. I mean ralph and i both have simmilar products to as far as kilts and some shirts go. And i was doing shirts long before he came along. Then there was of course the now forgoton Karisno doing simmilar stuff as well. It's a craft man. Yes you were the inspiration for the orignal idea but if you want to analzie it the two producs have there differences. Thank you for your wishes and your great design. I just hope that you understand that there was no ill will ment.

Jesus it's a toy...get a life Who cares who MADE IT FIRST, it's an awesome custom casket, but just because you make something does'nt mean your 100% godly and nobody can re-produce their own version of it. I mean look at these ripoff toys that are out in places like Dollar General....dont you think that whoever made them just completely copied Jakks....uhh yea they did Dude, I get your point but come on he does'nt have to credit you for making the exact same thing. I'm Just sayin'

I'm Just sayin' I wasn't asking for credit it was Nap sending me an e-mail stating his dad used my exact angles and measurements that I spent countless hours on to just have it traced or use a protracter. End of this story.
