I would go with Ice Tea and Water. I wouldn't drink Gatorade, because it is really bad for your teeth. It's acidity level is higher than Coca Cola. But you can drink Gatorade if you want.

I only drink water with an occasional milk or apple juice. It has served me well.

I'm addicted to Strawberry-Kiwi Propel fitness water. It's tasty and not horrible for you.

unsweetened teas, natural teas (the kind that are a little more pricey than Lipton), natural juices (like Pom), milk,
just take a walk down the natural foods aisle or go to a natural food store. They have some tastey things in that aisle. Rice Cakes nom nom nom
Oh and Gatorade, yeah the whole purpose of Gatorade is to replenish what your body lost sugar, salt, and otherwise. It is not recommended as an everyday drink. You are only supposed to drink it if you are working out or sick and losing fluid. Hence why it's being labeled as a rehydrator.

V8 Splash is my favorite. I know there's quite a bit of sodium in it, not sure on the sugar.

I drink Vitamin Water and tea (hot and iced). I can't drink soda or sugared juice anymore. Upsets my stomach.
