What are the chances of DT coming to Long Island? They didn't announce any dates but they are from here so I think the chances are high.

Wow! When I saw them their setlist was Halo, Beautiful Mourning, Davidian, Clenching The Fists and Hallowed Be Thy Name. Hetfield was no where to be found. Well atleast until Metallica was on. How'd you get that sweet pic in your sig.

I used to listen to a ton of heavy metal, but now it probably only makes up about 5% of what I listen to. Now, I only listen to the old stuff like Megadeth and Iron Maiden, and some newer metal bands like Hatebreed and Converge. I find most metal really boring now.

The Machine Head version owns it tbh.

Here's a question for you all: Do you have any favourite albums that you listen to the entire way through without skipping tracks? I've been listening to complete albums recently, and here's a few of mine: * ENSLAVED - Isa * PANTERA - Far Beyond Driven, The Great Southern Trendkill * DAMAGED - Token Remedies Research * METALLICA - Master Of Puppets * MORTALITY - Structure * SEPULTURA - Aris * MORBID ANGEL - Domination * CANNIBAL CORPSE - Gallery Of Suicide ... Machine Head - Burn My Eyes/The More Things Change Sepultura - Arise/Beneath the Remains Pantera - Far Beyond Driven/The Great Southern Trendkill Slayer - Reign in Blood Lamb of God - Ashes of the Wake/Wrath Chimaira - Chimaira/Resurrection

I can't listen to something without listening through the whole album, unless I'm listening to the radio (RARELY) or watching music videos. I've always had this feeling that that was the way it was intended to be listened to...maybe i'm weird?

So I haven't made a post on this forum in a while, but with the mention of metal I had no choice but to add some input, being the huge metalhead that I am. So that being said, heres the stuff thats been playing on my ipod lately...if theres a band you haven't heard of, I highly suggest checking them out... Ramming Speed- Brainwreck Razormaze- demos and such (those 2 bands are outta Boston and are awesome. If you like thrash, listen to them and support Mbunghole metal) Toxic Holocaust- everything the dude's released Municipal Waste- Hazardous Mutation Metallica- Kill 'Em All, Ride The Lightning Evil Army-Evil Army Skeletonwitch- Beyond The Permafrost Misfits- Earth A.D.(not exactly metal, but it) Cannabis Corpse- Blunted At Birth, Tube of the Resinated(I swear, if this line of this post causes any kind of deletion, I'll lose faith in society completely) Pantera- Cowboys From Hell Early Man- Closing In Exodus- Bonded by Blood 3 Inches of Blood- Advance and Vanquish Theres a whole lot more, but thats pretty much the jist(gist? whatever) of it. If anyone can suggest me some stuff to check out based on that list, lemme know. I'm always looking for more thrash and metal in general to give a listen to.
