I honestly can barely keep up with the wrestling on weekly, let alone watch extra stuff.
If there was no wrestling on TV I'd consider it.

I joined up about a week ago now & I'm loving it. I contacted support and made a suggestion of adding a chapter selection button - so you can choose specific matches from events. I also asked if it'll be regularly updated.
They said they'd pass on my suggestion and confirmed that the newest TNA Home Video releases will be put up on Video Vault before they're even available in stores. They also confirmed that 2002 - 2004 weekly PPV's will be added over time.

It's freaking stupid to put the home video releases up on there before they're in stores. You're basically say there's no need to buy the DVD and killing your DVD sales imo.

I'm thinking about getting myself an acount. I thought it was just an online store where you could buy DVDs that they would then sent to you through the post.
Can someone tell me how quickly PPVs are put up, like ow many minutes, days, weeks, months a PPV will take to be put on the site after it has been on live? And can you skip to a certain match you'd like to see again?

For those that would like to see what it would be like to watch an entire program on the site, you can now watch History of TNA: Year 1 for free. I think it is a limited thing though, but a nice way to check it out none the less (and see how well your connection would work streaming other programs on the site)

Does TNA Video Vault have a contact number?
They're ignoring my emails so I need to speak with them, I'm pretty sure what they've done is illegal here, or at least entitles me to a refund:
Account set up in May 2009. Emailed TNA Video Vault support, they told me that it would not auto-renew after 1 year. Card A was used to buy the one year subsciption ($49.99) Card B was used to buy a live stream of Destination X in March 2010 Card B was then charged in May 2010 for another year subscription!?
A) That isn't even the card I used to buy the subscription in the first place B) I was told by their own support team that it doesn't auto-renew!
