It really bugs me when you go on the "they're actors!" route. Does it really matter? We can think he's boring, in his current role if we want to. I'll answer this one for him, with your own words. You complaining about me complaining isn't going to stop me complaining, so just stick a sock in it and move on. Don't read it, if you don't like it. JSYN fail.

Actually yes. I want his old self back. Believe it or not, but I think I want him as a babyface. I'd love another Christian/Jericho feud, but he's just dull just now. I don't think WWE know what to do with him. Well to be fair this could almost be said about anyone in the WWE at the moment.

You can think what ever you want guy, I'm not trying to change your mind. I'm just saying it's a fact that he does and says what they tell him, as do ALL the wrestlers. So if you think Chris Jericho is boring lately, blame who's writing the scripts, not Chris. I know, but if you want to get technical about it, you could also blame Jericho the character and not Jericho the man. And to HugoOne, that is a different story. I am not complaining about him, I am just saying that there is two sides to every coin.

It's not Chris Jericho's fault when he's boring. He's an actor acting out a script. Blame creative. With the scripts that have leaked, he pretty much says his promo's WORD FOR WORD as they are scripted,....so obviously all the internet praise of him being such a genius on the mic is a little un-deserved as we've come to find out he actually rarely ad libs. I could be wrong, but I also think some wrestlers have input, or can at least pitch ideas into what is put into their script. Then th script is published and handed to them for them to memorize.

While I do miss the Ayatollah of Rock N' Rolla- I honestly think all of the greatest characters evolve over time. Jericho as a heel has evolved in recent years, and is right now at the pinnacle of his overall impact on the product. He was rarely the focal point of the company as a face- and as a goofy, bitter heel he got little respect. This 'serious' character that looks down upon everyone, is bigger, suit-clad and has a complex vocabulary, both merits more respect and accomplishes more than any of his previous monikers.
He's not boring, he just plays the 'make you hate me' heel to such a perfect point, he's even getting the internet community in on the kick.

Yeah and Jericho did request the feud with Mysterio so I'm sure he has SOME input into what is going on. And to say Jericho is stale now is as ridiculous as saying Zack Ryder is going to be the next Austin because of his stupid "Woo Woo Woo". His gimmick has been the best thing the WWE has produced in the last year (sorry, not Ryder!!). So what if he uses the same word to describe people, just because of that you're going to not like his character? He delivers his promos solidly and performs at a high level. He gets the reactions from the fans that he wants (the jeers) and knows how to put someone over. Hell, he's the reason Morrison is now a face!!

Yes, Jericho is Godly...yes, Ryder is currently held on a pedestal by many of us, but that doesn't mean you have to involve him in every single post. We can love them all, can't we?

I kind of like the thing he has going on recently. Plus as of last Friday I love Jericho even more.

Lol, you guys DO realize, that I was being sarcastic, in that Zack Ryder thread, right? Shhh, don't crush my dreams... (About 75% of the over-exaggerations we make on our Ryder love are jokes as well...but some people cannot see through to that. I could tell with your post though...The 'I'll eat my hat' gave it away. )

I was just on an anti-Ryder high responding to these posts because of that other post. If you can love them all, I can involve Ryder in every single post (like this one!)
