BCA Dr. Death has been my European champion for six years running. Maybe when I get my hands on his CS counterpart, I'll have him defend it.

My longest reigning world champion was Paul London.
My strangest champions...
Bane (from Batman) was World Champion.
Mega Man X and Zero were my Tag Champs, until X won the US Title and Zero turned on X and cost them the tag titles.

Hmmm.. lets see.. over the years I've had some I guess you could call strange champions. When I had the draft in my NWA fed, Hurricane actually won the Smack down World Championship. (He lost it a week later) I've had other's as well, Vince McMahon was the World Champion in my UWE fed. Amy Dumas was the NWA RAW Impact World Champion for 10 minutes until Shane McMahon came out restarting the match due to a what he thought was a unfair ending.

I assume we're only talking about WORLD Titles here, and not secondary titles. That said, in my six feds (feds within a fed I guess), the World Champions my brother and I have had are as follows:
NWA (Indy-ish fed of mine) Kenzo Suzuki to Mike Mizanin to Barry Windham to Iron Shiek to Barry Windham I think winning the belt did a good job of getting Kenzo over as an NWA main eventer, and propelled Miz to better things (including a stint in WCW and now in ECW). Windham is a good standby to keep the belt strong.. the switch to Shiek was as a surprise on a PPV for my brother (and for you guys after I get the TWO site up!)
AWA (Indy-ish fed of my brother's) Nick Bockwinkel to Shelton Benjamin Best I can figure.. he wants to get the most use out of Shelton (who's currently the one of the highest paid workers of anyone in any of the companies at 2 mil. For comparison... Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan are both contracted for 2 Mil... Scott Steiner is 400,000.. Vampiro is 360,000.. you get the drift)
ECW (Middle fed of my brother's) Sandman to WWF's Vince McMahon to Sandman to Shane Douglas to Cactus Jack Sandman was a great choice for his first champion.. he ran a WWF Invasion angle, so Vince winning it (and Sandman winning it back) made sense. Douglas was a dominant champion until his contract came up and I outbid my bro for him.. he had to hotshot the title to his new signee, Cactus Jack. Not a bad choice at all.
TNA (Middle fed of mine) Kurt Angle to AJ Styles to Christopher Daniels to Samoa Joe to CM Punk I promise, I'm not an ROH mark! I'm trying to keep TNA all about good wrestling, and I'm trying to keep the champion a strong worker. It's hard, because I've got Jeff Hardy, The Rock, Monty Brown, Christian Cage, Harley Race, and a LOT of others under contract there.. but so far every person that's held the TNA Title has been nothing short of amazing. Ron Killings is Punk's next challenger.. let's see how that goes..
WCW (Huge fed of mine) Sting to Hollywood Hogan to Rey Mysterio Jr. to Ric Flair to Bill Goldberg to Raven I like to keep things interesting. Sting was screwed out of the title by Hogan and the nWo.. Mysterio defied all odds at Starrcade to win the belt. Flair beat him, Goldberg beat Flair, and just last month at Bash at the Beach, Raven beat Goldberg with help from the Flock. July will see a multi man match with Raven defending...
WWE (Huge fed of my brother's) Triple H to John Cena to Triple H to Dusty Rhodes Wow.. my brother managed to make Dusty Rhodes winning the Royal Rumble and going on to win the title at Wrestlemania actually work, on a roster featuring HBK, Austin, Bret, Undertaker, and countless other superstars. Of course, putting Cody Rhodes in Evolution with Randy Orton, Batista, and Bob Orton Jr. didn't hurt.
So.. for what each belt is "worth"? I'd say Dusty Rhodes being the World Champion of a federation including Cena, HHH, HBK, Austin, Hart, Angle, Edge, Jericho, and Lesnar is pretty out there.
I also think my putting the TNA Belt on Christopher Daniels may have been a bit over the edge. It didn't do much for him, as he's still really just an upper midcard guy there. He's one of my favorites, and I was trying to get him over more.. just not sure if it helped that much. I had him hold that title at the same time as the X Division Title too. It's worth noting that I had Jesse Gordy win that title in January, and he's still got it now (and he's undefeated in TNA).

Chip Hazard from 'Small Soldiers' fame was one of the first World Champions ever in my fed, because when I started off with only a few figures I decided to use him aswell. He was like Finlay and Brock Lesnar rolled into one, and was the best force ever. He's actually my World Heavyweight Champion right now!
I've had Jim Ross as my World Heavyweight Champion before! It started off as an accident, but I liked it and he was a great heel character that anyone could beat, but he always delayed his matches and had a bit of a reign, but lost it on his first title defense.
And Dennis Rodman had an amazing reign, but he was a cheater with Rikishi and his goons always helping him retain.
Lara Croft from 'Tomb Raider' fame has been RBW Women's Champion, aswell.
I've given top belts to real wrestlers that are usually midcarders or jobbers even, like Billy Gunn and Jamie Noble, but that didn't seem weird because I was just pushing them based ont heir true talent, unlike WWE usually fails to do.
I've also had Aladdin in my fed, the Ghostbusters and Dipsy from the teletubies, not to mention many others, but these ones were never champions

Hardcore Holly was my WWE Champion at my friend's house, and he lost it to Cena as soon as he won it. And in my friend's fed, TNA , A Smurf beat Hornswoggle for the TNA Midget's Championship and defended it for a like a year or 2.

I had Fat Bastard from the Austin Powers fig series become the WWE champion beating Hulk Hogan and Rikishi in a triple threat fart in your face match. I also used a Marvel Legends Namor in a feud with Jeff Hardy. Namor was the WWE cruiserweight champion. Balthazar from the Scorpion King line has been both the Brass Knuckles champ and he was 1/2 of the WWE tag team champs with Kamala.

Hmm... Mr Kennedy was WWE Champion for like a month a couple years ago. Shelton just lost the World Title to Mark Henry. I dont know if those are considered outrageous or not?
