In my opinion, nobody is even close to Jericho. He has always stayed relevant no matter where he is on the card. That is something very few people can do today.

Shawn Michaels when he is active because you know for sure that his matches will be great if not classics. Jericho right now. The Jericho v Hbk matches last year were absolute gold.

Well, counting everyone on the current roster I'd say HBK. He's older, but can still outwork every wrestler. And I am being fully objective saying that, despite my markness. I would be willing to admit if someone had a better workrate than him, but the truth is he can still put on better matches with any variety of opponent than anyone else right now, fact.
If I am just talking about current roster members that aren't injured or on a leave of absence I'd definitely say Jericho.
