I could definitely see street clothes versions of them all given time, or maybe as a SDCC exclusive? Only one I question happening is Thuy Tran, but that’s contingent on her family’s feelings mainly. But if they ok’d her likeness for a swappable head I see no reason why they’d have trouble.
I don’t mind mixed waves so long as a monster/villain is included in all of them. I also agree with the aforementioned larger zords...and wouldn’t mind a high end MMPR common center either.
I also want the movie version of their costumes too!

Hasbro already tackled that question about Thuy and said that they’re absolutely going to do her. Instead of using real-scan tech they will need an artist to hand-sculpt it based on high-res promo photos but they said they will do her like he rest of the originals. I can see street-clothed figures being a Hascon exclusive (Hasbro’s big con every year showing off their new stuff). I think retail will stick to morphed figures unless the power ranger line starts selling like crazy. Only retail store that might stock street-clothed Rangers would be Gamestop.

Just found all of the helmet-less Rangers, villains and Tigerzord Funko Pops at GameStop and Hot Topic.

Just got my white figuarts unmasked white ranger and I'm disappointed. The facesculpt/printing looks like hot garbage. At a distance, it somewhat resembles Jason David Frank... up close it's pretty blurry/grainy and looks like he has raccoon eyes. I honestly think that for the money a better job could of been done. I haven't opened it because I'm now debating whether to keep it or not. The only thing I like are the extra hands. The rest of the figure is excellent as are all the power ranger figuarts, but man this throws it off :/

Bluefin Distribution has Red and Green on sale for $60 each, but I think I'll pass.

The upcoming Lightning Collection figures from Hasbro have unmasked heads with the original actor likeness and though we've only seen one so far (MMPR White Ranger/Tommy) it looks great, so personally I'm waiting for those. And really hope eventually we might get full teenager/street clothes versions of the original MMPR cast too.

I would of rather they not painted the head, but cast it in flesh and not use the printing technology. I think the nose is what throws the sculpt off as well. The Hasbro one looks cool, hopefully they add the black soles to his boots. I just can't bring myself to buy anymore rangers in a different scale... UNLESS... We get In Space etc

Anybody know when the Hasbro PR are gonna be released? I'm guessing we'll find out at Toy Fair in a month. Tommy looked pretty far along when they showed him off in August. So I wouldn't be shocked to see the whole first wave at TF pretty much ready to go with a confirmed shipping date. They got the line in May 2018. So 8 months or so in at this point. Q2 2019 seems pretty reasonable.

I’m not excited about the reported first lineup of figures but I know there are fans of all the different series so I guess it’s cool they’re doing a good mix.
I hope they plan on putting out Iconic villains as well. I really want Rita, Goldar and most of all Scorpina.

Any idea on release dates? I really hope they announce something at Toy Fair, I think May/June wouldn't be a stretch to expect these, or maybe even sooner considering Beast Morphers premieres in February.

Yeah, I want all the MMPR characters. And some of their villains but I don’t really care about the other Ranger Series, personally.

Most of all I'd like to see Hasbro do full teenager/street clothes versions of the original MMPR cast (Zack, Kimberly, Billy, Trini, Jason, Tommy). In addition to the morphed versions, obviously. Part of why I want these is because of my memories of playing the SNES Power Rangers video games, in which you play around half the levels unmorphed. Just look at these screenshots and think how awesome they would look in figure form:

Just found a full set of MMPR Legacy Megazord BAF sets including Green and White Rangers at GameStop. So looks like the Legacy restocks are shipping.

Zedd is already scheduled for Lighting Series 1, I really can't wait to see how he turns out. Hasbro will really slap Bandai in the face if they're able to finally put out a 6 inch Rita or Scorpina, they have to know that the fandom has wanted those for so long.

Bandai America is rereleasing a lot of their Legacy products again before losing the liscence to Hasbro. If anyone missed out on morpher, zords, or figures start checking GameStop now.
