if John Morrison or Christian won the Rumble I would cry in my pants.
But I see Y2J taking it. Which is also great. Jericho is one of my favorites an is probably the most well rounded superstar WWE has.

My heart wants Christian or Shawn Michaels to win the Rumble. Either main-eventing Wrestlemania in a world title match would be spectacular.

I would say Edge if he's okay to return. I would like to see Morrison, Punk, Jericho, or even Mysterio win it again. I think any of them could be or has been main eventers at WM.

Some Predictions
Kurt angle - Just out of no where With no hype or anything he returns in 30th and Olympic Slams Everyone out of the Ring to Win Now that would be awesome
Edge - Comes Back From Injury Only 2 men in the ring One of the men is Eliminated and then the other one turns round and is speared and thrown out of the ring
Cm Punk - Doesnt really matter what number he comes in at he'll just survive through it all to eliminate someone like undertaker
John Morrison - Finally Pushing Him Up To The Main Event He Eliminates John Cena to win the Title
Ted Dibiase - Only weeks after splitting from legacy He Dominates the rumble matchup leading to an Orton Vs Dibiase Main event at Wrestlemania
Dolph Ziggler - See Morrison
Most Likely to Win : John Cena i Hate him but Wwe will make it happen if he isnt already champion at that point

Hopefully NOT Edge or anybody who can main event Wrestlemania without winning this concept that WAS supposed to build up new people. With that said, I'd like to see Jack Swagger or MVP win. Imagine that.. Swagger is still waaay to green.. And MVP will end up in Money In The Bank at Wrestlemania.. Watch.. And as far as I can recall.. For the past 10 years anyways.. Returning main eventers that enter the Royal Rumble and main eventers in general usually win.. 2000- The Rock 2001- Steve Austin 2002- Triple H 2003- Brock Lesnar 2004- Chris Benoit 2005- Batista 2006- Rey Mysterio (which was the only true surprise this decade)2007- The Undertaker 2008- John Cena2009- Randy Orton Soooo.. If Edge comes back.. Bet your sweet ass he will likely win.. You can always keep your fingers crossed tho.. That was a massive surprise, no one predicted that. |

I think with Edges' injury he won't be back until after the Rumble...
I'd like to see Punk win it. I'd also like to see finally a new sleeper guy like Christian or Jericho
Honestly I think that we'll get a typical Rumble finish with either HHH, Batista, Orton or Cena winning

I think Edge will win it. However, I'm not sure if this could work, because there will most likely be a Jericho/Edge feud when Edge returns.

Edge is a likely candidate if healed in time.
Jericho to be WWE or World Heavyweight Champ by the time Mania 26 rolls around with Edge to take the strap from him to close the show.
Dibiase is also likely to win it, providing they can build him up good between November to March as they are supposed to be splitting Orton & Legacy at Survivor Series, so, this would be like the whole Triple H / Batista scenario back in 2005.
I just hope they don't make it look blatantly obvious that Edge or Dibiase is gonna win though, I'd like to be suprised by the winner for a change rather than telling how a guy is looking on RAW or Smack Down a few weeks before pretty much telling you he's gonna win it.
Those are the 2 highest choices I reckon they have in mind anyways.
As for others with possible potential.....
M.V.P, Christian (The fact they have denied him Main Eventing so long is criminal!), C.M. Punk or John Morrison.
Everybody else that we think are ready right now, probably arnt really ready for at least another year or two, the likes of Kofi (although, would need to sort out his Promo work for Main Eventing) & Swagger, just arnt ready yet, even though I think it would freshen up the Main Event scene to have those two involved now.
I always thought Shelton Benjamin & Carlito would be in the Main Event sooner rather than later, but again, Benjamin is lacking in Promo skills just like Kofi, if not for that, I reckon we would have already seen Shelton as WWE or World Heavyweight Champion by now. As for Carlito, it's more to do with motivation for him I reckon, if he starts busting his ass again, goes back to wearing the Shorts instead of the long Pleathers, he could be that Heel World Champion that you just absolutely Hate & want to see get his ass kicked week in, week out until the eventual Face over throws him.
Miz & Chris Masters have "it", but, again, it would be too soon if either of those won the 2010 Rumble.
