They have for at least 2 years now. It had huge news coverage because they have no idea what they're doing and were selling games like Halo 3 well before you were supposed to be able to get them.

I also could have picked up a copy of Star Trek, but what's the ing point of buying movies with good graphics and not getting the Blu Ray version? The only thing that could possibly make this game better would be online. However, how ingenius this game is will never stop amazing me. Taking the classic 2D form, and allowing jump in/jump out multiplayer. I suppose more then 4 characters would have been nice.

That 2-1 level was friggin' hard...we died like 20 times lol I'm glad I'm not the only one that thought 2-1 was hard. I couldn't even keep track of the deaths it was getting so ridiculous. I couldn't time the sand right, And it's really embarrassing when the Super Guide comes up because it's like "DAMN IT! I KNOW I CAN DO THIS! I DON'T NEED LUIGI TO HOLD MY HAND!!"

I've got more 1-ups than....a yak in heat. Quick note: the music in this game is MUCH better than the DS take.

Ok I am just going to say it from a single player pov I can not be the only one who is really disappointed can I? Don't get me wrong the game is good but I would not say it was great this like NSMB on the DS I feel took a step back in terms of 2D Mario games. Yes I know they are re imaginings (is that spelled right or is it even a word?) of Super Mario Bros but I can not help but compare them both to Super Mario World and both games are a huge step back from that.
I really really hope that Nintendo has a New Super Mario World planned at some point. I was really looking forward to NSMB on Wii and being honest as a long time loyal Nintendo fan since 1989 when I got my first one at Xmas I feel Nintendo no longer make games for me. Mario Zelda Donkey Kong games I loved as a kid and all the way onto my N64 and to a extent gamecube have had there Wii games dumbed down.
I know my opinion wont be popular but I feel whenever Nintendo make one of there flagship games especially on this generation people just say there great when if you really think about it there good and nothing more. Like I said NSMB Wii is a good game but at the same time its disappointing.

I'm real impressed with Nintendo. Maybe people aren't seeing things the way I do.

To anyone with the game, can you use the classic control or do you have to use the wii remote? Yeah, mine does as well
