I would delete John Cena. I know, I know. It sounds like I'm a typical Message Board dude, but hear me out.
His charisma and personality are great, but he hurts the WWE in many ways from a TV viewing standpoint. What is RAW every week?
Guest Host comes out with the Bellas JeriShow interupts aformentioned Guest Host DX plug merchindise 2 1/2 minute Mid-card Match. Guest Host backstage makes Match with John Cena and/or DX and JeriShow. Chavo loses a Match because Hornswoggle is hilarious and thwarts his plans. Interview Michael Cole and King plug a Match/WWE ventures Diva Tag Match. Guest Host talks with Santino and Chavo and the Bellas watch 5 1/2 minute Mid-Card Match/Squash Match Cena/DX beat opponent(s) in about 11 minutes End show.
EVERY PPV is Cena getting beat down for 20 minutes, only to defy the odds and win, and proceed to celebrate as if he hasn't even wrestled. Cena being gone would just be a nice change and give WWE a chance to refresh RAW, since his OMG comebacks and TV-PG promos are shoved down our throats week-in and week-out.

Andre couldn't pull off superplexes and dropkicks my friend. He was great but, but Show has him beat as far a being an agile giant. I aslo don't believe that Yoko dominated an entire era of anything. Even though he was fat, he had a low center of gravity so balance wouldn't really be an issue for him. Show is a legitimate giant. And giants aren't supposed to get around the way he can. I guess you need to brush up on your wrestling history cuz Andre used to come off the ropes and did drop kicks all the time. Yoko main-evented consecutive Wrestlemania's and bridged the gap between Hulkamania and the New Generation. Show's main evented WMs too you know. He's been put into place as the ultimate road block to nearly every major babyface since the late 90's.

If it's just straight up delete from existence I'd go with Triple H - I would love to see how the whole scene would change without him.
If deleting means just firing someone, I would go with Festus - I don't really see any value in him anymore.

Cena is a major problem with the staleness. I know am being told to pay $45.00 every 3 weeks to watch Cena get beat up for 20 minutes and see him prevail with the "Attitude Adjustment". PPV's haven't ever been this expensive in an economy like this, and they want me to pay $45.00 to see a TV-PG show do the same thing with a different weapon every month.

You forgot the 10 minute Orton interview where he makes a bunch of faces discusses how whomever he is feuding with has no idea what he is capable of. CM Punk. I am tired of hearing about how he is better than everyone because he is doesn't take cough medicine (dammit!) and is the choice of a new generation. (Sidebar: for all you youts, choice of a new generation was Pepsi's slogan back in like 1988.)

I bet if you ask anyone in WWE who the better giant is - Andre or Big Show...Big Show would take it. No matter how you look at it, Big Show is WAY better than Andre.

Zack Ryder. There'd be no more "wooing", no more "bro", no more crappy day-dream sequences, no more annoying radio theme - but more importantly... no more WF Ryder, fad.

Zack Ryder... so there'd be no more "wooing", no more "bro", no more awful day-dream sequences - and no more annoying radio theme. And no more exaggerated WFigs man-crush. What a shame indeed.
