I think a steady push all depends on the brand you're put on. Punk had the same problem when he was drafted to Raw. I have no doubt Michael Hayes will push for Swagger to be called over to Smackdown and then he'll get the push he deserves. Take a look at what Hayes did with Dolph Ziggler, who was primarily a joke on Raw.

People expect everything to happen overnight, give him time. He'll be fine. yep and when they do like Sheamus they bitch about it. There's no pleasing WF. truer words could NOT have been spoken by both parties. seriously...Swagger has only been on TV for 15 months. He's been the ECW champion for a short time and maybe at the moment they are working out a good storyline for him. I'm so tired of the "wrestling newz" sites constantly reporting that this guy is getting de-pushed or this guy is in the doghouse because they aren't on TV every single week getting main event title shots. Can we, for once, just let things work out? Maybe the writers are going to try out this Sheamus thing and if it works, they'll run with him for awhile...if not, move on to someone else like Swag, MVP, McIntyre...whoever. It's pretty obvious the WWE is concerned with their "young" talent but people need to have a little PATIENCE

I think he has the potential to be the next angle, he is great heel and then one day fans will be able to get behind with a face turn years down the road. I want to see him go all the way.
