So it seems Damian may join the Teen Titans This might get me to read Teen Titans.

that would be a good move for him. damian has been handled with expertise, he's a great character.

Damian isn't even a teen, hahaha.
I'd be interested in reading about him on the Titans, but most writers butcher Damian's characterization so I probably won't bother.
Speaking of Damian, I would be ecstatic if Morrison announces a new bat-title, and it's about Damian in the 666 future.

I never got to read 666 because I came in after that but having a comic with Damian as the main character and it being set in that future would be really awesome.

You have to read 666. 700 also has a 666 segment, if you haven't read that. It's amazing.

Yeah I need to read that and I kinda feel like I should read up on Batman R.I.P. as well which I should have done awhile back and not have waited this long.

Couple weeks behind...but B&R 13 was pretty awesome. Just a brilliantly written scene between the Joker and Damien. I love the tension building as Grayson and Gordon race back, and bam...surprise! Didn't see that return coming.

So I thought I'd ask you guys first before looking up this on sites that probably don't know as much.
If I want to read the whole thing with Bruce going back in time and the whole R.I.P. thing what do I have to read? Is there anything before 666? Are there any tie-ins not related to the main Batman book?
I already read Battle For the Cowl and I know I have to read Final Crisis but that's about it.

Get these trades
Batman and Son (666 is in here) The Black Glove R.I.P Final Crisis (this is where Bruce is zapped into the past)
They all lead into each other, in that order.
Also, 701 and 702 take place between the end of R.I.P and Final Crisis.
I highly suggest reading all of this. Morrison's epic has so much more impact when you know the whole story.

Ok awesome, I'll look into those. I know I'm missing a lot of references in these Batman comics recently because I didn't read any R.I.P. and only got into the series at 687 or 688 and now its pretty much biting me in the ass because the story right now is so good but I know it would be soooo much better if I understood some key points they were talking about.
Anyways thanks a lot. <3

Oh ****, I really can't wait to hear what this is about.
Also Yanick Paquette doing the art is nice, I enjoyed his art in the 3rd issue of ROBW so I'm glad he is doing more Batman.

Question to anyone who has Batman Odyssey. How is the overall story? At first i didn't want to get it because of some horrendous reviews, but now i'm not sure. i've seen other reviews where the reviewer said they liked it because it was throwback. It's the most mixed reception i've seen. Is it worth buying?

Thanks Joe for the interview, I really can't wait to see how this book is going to turn out and this interview has set my hopes high. Also it is really hard to believe that it will be Morrison's final Bat-book, I almost can't imagine Batman without him.
Also ocecon, don't waste your time with Odyssey, the only redeeming thing about it is Adams art, the story is a pile of ****.

So Return 4 was a pretty great issue, I do have to say I actually had to read it twice because the first time I kinda hated it but the second time I liked it a lot more. I wasn't too sure about Hex being in this issue but that turned out to be pretty cool, I liked how Morrison keeps building this mystery around the box and I hope when they finally do show what is it in that it isn't a disappointment and also the ending was crazy and I can't wait till 5. I can't say I was a huge fan of the art in this book though, it was really good at some points but other than a few points I wasn't too big of a fan of it.

The art really hurt the issue. Jeanty is simply not the caliber of artist this title is worth.
However, the story, as usual, was great. Awesome that Hurt and Bruce came face to face in the past.
