...I must say it is one of the best figures I have ever bought. It is finally nice to look at Legacy and find that:
1) they are not the same size 2) they do not have the same skin tone 3) they do not use the exact same parts
I would argue that Heritage Orton is the prime jewel of Mattel. It is like they scanned his entire body and made a figure. Even the tattoos are far superior, especially the back tattoo. Mattel also nailed his headscan. You can swivel it at any angle and it looks like Randy Orton/a different Orton expression (cocky, focused, etc). Mattel also nailed his tights. Instead of being scrunched, sized down, and inaccurate; Mattel made them big and correct.
I am curious to see how the figure will look when they add his tattoo sleeves as the Elite 2 figure did not look very good.
If you can only get 1 figure to test out mattel...I highly suggest getting this.

This, along with Jericho, is one of my favorite figures ever. I also highly recommend this figure.

Thanks I too was holding out, but based on what I have seen from other elite's and from the protos I decided to cave. I'm an Orton fan so i don't mind owning 2 figures of him from different eras.

I got mine January 1st and I love this figure, It's definitely one of the best WM Heritage figures but Edge is my personal favorite mainly because that's my favorite attire he had but Orton is a close second along with Stone Cold

It looks great. I have been waiting to get Basic series 3 instead of buying two. Problem is the more pics I see the harder it is to wait.

It looks great. I have been waiting to get Basic series 3 instead of buying two. Problem is the more pics I see the harder it is to wait. i figured i could afford $10 to get me through several months. I was also sick of using my ad 37 fix up. It's more of a classic superstar figure than a current figure, I can just display it on a shelf when the one with sleeves comes out.

Its definitely a fantastic Orton. I passed for the simple reason i want a up to date Orton but the figure definitely did justice to WM24 orton. Jakks ortons were never going to be right, he has such a unique body type to others, he is more thinner and ripped.

I too think it's def. the best figure I've ever bought. It's so true that it looks as if they scanned his entire body. I want to get the elite Orton and just put the arms on this one.

I got it because WM24 is when Orton beat the 2 biggest jackasses in WWE and it was awesome! Plus it is a great figure lol.

There isn't a basic Orton out yet. Just the Heritage & the WalMart belt set figure.
