Yeh...but Jakks actually has to book the wrestlers to do face scans...and with the tough schedule that probably isnt easy... On the other hand, my 5 year old cousin just finished drawing a brand new Mattel Edge head... Mattel's are real scan as well. Plus the WWE schedule is much tougher than TNA. I don't even see your point. The Mattel Edge sculpt is great. With the correctly painted hair like the one from the Edge/Cena two pack has, it blows away anything the Jakks TNA line has... Arent you the same person that whines everytime someone goes into the Mattel section and has the slightest negative thing to say about them?

You know whats amazing? I have collected Jakks WWF/WWE religiously for over a decade. I used to get so stoked when new Jakks protos hit... and then finding them in stores... oh man that was a great feeling! Now, I've jumped over to Mattel and have been working on their product, and I'm being spoiled in a way that Jakks never did for me. I mean, almost all of my figures have unique molds and awesome detail/paint deco. The attires are accurate and the scale is amazing! I must admit, after watching the above videos for Jakks TNA protos, I feel a little sorry for you hardcore Jakks loyalists. The only unique things about these figures are the heads! Many of them aren't even close to accurate, yet you're still super excited for them? I get it, I mean I collected Jakks too, so I know the feeling... but still. Come on guys. A lot of us arent "Jakks loyalists" as many Mattel fans would like to think. Im not a big fan of the Mattel figures but the main reason why I refuse to switch over is the fact that Ive spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars on my Jakks line. As long as its RA/RI body mold, Ill buy it Oh listen, don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that you're all Jakks loyalists, I was referring to the few who are undoubtedly out there. I used to exclusively buy Jakks WWF/WWE. I know from experience. And you don't have to tell me about the thousands of dollars spent on Jakks RA/DA style figures... I have one of the largest collections on this forum. (Not at all bragging, just making my point.) I am one of the people who decided to try and make the switch to Mattel and I've seen that the grass is greener. I'm just trying to let you guys know about it. You shouldn't have to continue buying an inferior product when something better comes along just because you're already invested in it. Part of what makes a collection great is variety, and variety, as well as quality, is what you'd be adding if you tried out the Mattel product. Will I buy a few scattered Jakks TNA figs? Probably... I've already got my eyes on the Stinger. Will I collect the line? Absolutely not. Not with a better product on the peg just next to it. I'm not saying they're perfect, but IMO Mattels are a hell of a lot better than Jakks Pacific.

Here's a question, if they can't write 'SUICIDE' on the figure, then what the hell are they going to put on the package? " " or maybe "MASKED MAN," "GUY," "WRESTLER." Same question for Homicide...

I don't see why they can't put Suicide on the package...these will not be distributed in the same numbers or in as many locations as Jakks WWE were and they are not products based on a program that is TV-PG. (And I am not knocking TV-PG here in any way) If you actually venture out of the wrestling aisle at TRU, you will that they sell figures from Mezco and NECA that make the word "Suicide" seem very tame.

An example of the name thing would be like calling Billy Gunn "Billy Gunn" instead of "Mr. Ass"
But yeah I didn't even think about what they would write on the box...lol.

looks like jakks is already dropping the ball on the tna figures bad enough they gotta be in deluxe form hopefully the classic nwa line will be ruthless but i have my doubts but doesnt everybody who is complaining about mattels prices that the deluxe figures are more expensive so you know jakks is gonna cost with these deluxe figures
