January 10th 2010
New Beginnings opens up, as the ring announcer welcomes the new Midway Championship Wrestling owner. The fans stand up in anticipation as he walks through the curtain. Cheers and boos roar through the arena. The crowd is in shock as he steps into the ring. He grabs a microphone and tells the crowd this isn’t a mirage it’s really him. He says he has taken over this company, he is the boss. He then says that ever since the wrestling world crumbled his been watching these promotions like NCW, WCWA, and GWP who all deliver the same crap over and over. He says it was crap like this that ruined wrestling in the first place. Currently no promotion has been able to stop with the same old B.S and then he saw MCW and he must say he saw potential. MCW is on the rise and is the future of this business. But it was missing one key thing and that’s him, Eric Bischoff. MCW needed him to grab it by the balls and shove it to the top of the ladder and that’s exactly what his going to do. Tonight is just a New Beginning and the start of a journey to the top. He welcomes everyone to a night that will make history before welcoming out the first two participants of the World Title Tournament!
1 – Single Match – MCW World Title Tournament) Kofi Kingston vs. The Miz This was a good back and forth match, very fast paced and quick. Miz had a brief spell of domination after shoving his thumb into Kofi’s eye. Miz beat down on Kingston for a bit before shouting abuse at the crowd. This allowed Kofi to catch his breath and fight back. Kofi went for the Trouble in Paradise but Miz ducked. Kofi backed up into the corner as Miz tried to hit his clothesline in the corner. Kofi quickly moved as Miz went face first into the turnbuckle. Miz backed out of the corner dazed as Kofi grabbed him and quickly delivered the S.O.S, 1…2…3! Winners: Kofi Kingston by pinfall with the S.O.S
2 - Single Match – MCW World Title Tournament) Sheamus vs. Bryan Danielson This was a decent match. Both men did a good job. Danielson tried to out wrestle Sheamus but Sheamus used his strength to try and over power The American Dragon. Danielson would fight back later on and take down Sheamus. Danielson climbed onto the turnbuckle and attempted a Diving Headbutt but Sheamus moved at the last second. Sheamus continued beating down Danielson before setting him up for a Crucifix Powerbomb. Danielson fought out of it and locked in the Cattle Mutilation. Sheamus is in a lot of pain as he struggles to break free. Unfortunately for Danielson they are two near to the ropes as Sheamus reaches out with his leg and hooks the bottom rope. Danielson is forced to break the hold as he gets to his feet. Danielson has a few words with the referee which allows Sheamus to get back to his feet. As Danielson turns around he met with a big Bicycle Kick to the face by Sheamus, 1…2…3! Winner: Sheamus by pinfall with the Bicycle Kick
William Regal comes out to the ring for his tournament match. He grabs a microphone and says how with his good friend Eric Bischoff now taking over MCW there is no stopping him from sitting on his throne as the King of Midway Championship Wrestling. He says that tonight Finlay will suffer his wrath and tomorrow night the rest of MCW will be forced to bow at his feet while he becomes the new MCW World Heavyweight Champion!
3 - Single Match – MCW World Title Tournament) William Regal vs. Finlay This was a really good wrestling match. Both guys went at it hard with stiff strikes and a lot of suplexes. It was very back and forth with both men having a lot of offense. After a while Regal had to resort to his dirty tactics in order to put Finlay off. However Finlay wasn’t going to let Regal get away with it as he fought back against the Englishman. Finlay is in full control as Regal rolls under the ropes to flee the ring. Once outside Regal takes out some brass knuckles from his trunks and puts them on his hand. Regal rolls into the ring and attempts to punch Finlay out but Finlay ducks it and lifts Regal up onto his shoulders. Finlay then delivers the Celtic Cross, 1…2…3! Winner: Finlay by pinfall with the Celtic Cross
Maryse comes out to the ring and grabs a microphone. She talks about in 2 weeks time it will be the Queen of the Ring. 10 Women will be in a tournament to crown the first MCW Womens Champion. She says how she is not only the sexiest women in the promotion but she is also the toughest and she will go all the way through the tournament to become the champion. Maryse then says in French “Je suis le plus sexy du champion womens sexy et future!”
4 - Single Match – MCW World Title Tournament) Jack Swagger vs. MVP This was a good match. It was mostly one sided as Jack Swagger controlled MVP with his strength. Swagger kept MVP in a lot of holds to keep him down on the mat. Every time MVP got some momentum to fight back; Swagger would deliver some powerful suplexes to keep take him back down. MVP seemed down and out on the mat in the corner as Swagger ran at him. Swagger jumped over MVP and then up onto the second rope before trying to slam down on MVP. However MVP quickly rolls out of the way at the last second. Both men get to their feet as Swagger runs at MVP only to be pulled down and kneed in the face knocking him to the mat. MVP then runs into the ropes and back towards Swagger doing a few little theatrics on the way before ending it with the Ballin taunt and dropping his elbow into Swagger’s chest. Swagger gets back to his feet as MVP grabs him and goes for the Playmaker. Swagger however fights out of it and takes MVP down. Swagger then grabs MVP and lifts him up and delivers a Gutwrench Powerbomb, 1…2…3! Winner: Jack Swagger by pinfall with the Gutwrench Powerbomb
5 – Tag Team Turmoil – MCW Tag Team Championships) Legacy vs. The Hart Dynasty vs. The Briscoe Brothers vs. Lethal Consequences This was a really good match. All four teams gave a great effort. All four teams got a lot of offense and each had a time in control as they dominated the other three teams. Natalya was at ringside with The Hart Dynasty and The Briscoe Brothers at one point decided to go after her but Smith and Kidd were able to stop them before they could hurt her. The first elimination came as Mark Briscoe accidently knocked Jay Briscoe out of the ring. This led to Creed hitting Mark with his CreeDDT and Lethal delivering a Diving Elbow Drop off the turnbuckle, 1…2…3. Briscoe Brothers are Eliminated! Jay Briscoe got back in the ring upset about losing. Jay quickly kicks Creed in the face to knock him through the ropes. He then kicks Lethal in the midsection and delivers the Jay-Driller before leaving the ring. Cody Rhodes slides into the ring and quickly covers Lethal, 1…2…3. Lethal Consequences are Eliminated! Then it was down to two. Legacy and Hart Dynasty battled back and forth in a real good little match up. However in the end Lacey Von Erich came down to the ring and shoved Natalya into the ring steps. Lacey began stomping on Natalya which got Tyson Kidd to leave the ring and check on her. Smith was momentarily distracted by this while he had DiBiase on his shoulders for a Running Powerslam. DiBiase was able to fight back and get released from the hold. DiBiase landed on his feet behind Smith where he quickly grabbed him and delivered the Dream Street. Tyson Kidd tried to break the hold but Cody Rhodes was able to hit a dropkick to knock him back through the ropes to the outside, 1…2…3! Winner: Legacy by pinfall after the Dream Street. Hart Dynasty are last eliminated
After the match Legacy stands tall in the ring holding the MCW Tag Team Titles. Natalya gets into the ring and tries to attack Lacey Von Erich but DiBiase and Rhodes stands in her way. As they argue with Natalya, Lacey quickly grabs one of the tag titles and quickly steps forward and smashes it over Natalya’s skull while she isn’t paying attention. Legacy then continue their celebration with Lacey all around the ring while the ring announcer thanks everyone for coming to the show and hypes New Beginnings Night 2 where a World and Young Blood Champion will be crowned!

Nice to see other AU promotions sticking around. I will be honest and say you got one of my favorite rosters out of everyone, so it should be cool to see what you do with it. Good first segment announcing Bischoff as the leader of MCW. Glad Kofi went over in the opening match, he could be a good world champ at the cult level you are working at. Second match sounded pretty good, no surprise Sheamus went over, another solid choice for world champ. I'll be honest and say I would've rather seen Regal go over in the next match, and I hope that Finlay doesn't win the tourney. Good way to put over the woman's tourney with the Maryse promo, don't really care for women's wrestling though personally. Awesome to see Swagger go over MVP in the next match, kind of hoping for a Kofi/Swagger final, but I see you going in the complete opposite direction. Glad Legacy won in the main event, and the aftermath with Lacey/Natalya was another good way to build for the women's tourney. Great first show man.

January 11th 2010
MCW New Beginnings Night 2 starts up with the MCW Tag Team Champions Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase standing in the ring with Lacey Von Erich. DiBiase gets on the microphone and says that last night they fought through three other teams to become the Tag Team Champions. They say how this is only the beginning for Legacy and in just 2 weeks time Lacey Von Erich will go through all 9 women to become the MCW Womens Champion. Legacy says they are here to dominate MCW on their rise to the top. Suddenly The Hart Dynasty come running down to the ring as Legacy quickly flee. Natalya grabs a microphone and says that without their whore Lacey they would never have won the titles. She says that her boys are not finished with Legacy and they will get the Tag Team Titles. Until then Natalya says she is going to have fun with Lacey in two weeks at the Queen of the Ring!
Single Match – MCW World Title Tournament Kofi Kingston vs. Sheamus This was a good match. Sheamus used his power to keep Kofi grounded. However don’t count Kofi out as he fought his hardest to take down The Celtic Warrior. Sheamus attempted to end it early with a Bicycle Kick but Kofi was able to duck it. Kofi took the fight to Sheamus and was able to get some momentum back. However Kofi climbed to the top rope where Sheamus was quick enough to toss him off to the outside. The referee began counting Kofi out when suddenly from behind Sheamus is grabbed by Bryan Danielson and hit with a Dragon Suplex. Sheamus tried to get to his feet but Danielson ran forward and delivered a Big Boot to his face. Danielson fled the ring as Kofi rolled back in and the referee turned around. Kofi attempted the Trouble in Paradise but Sheamus dodged it. Sheamus grabbed Kofi quickly and went for a Crucifix Powerbomb but was distracted by Danielson. Kofi got loose and quickly rolled Sheamus up, 1…2…3! Kofi Kingston def. Sheamus by pinfall with a rollup
After the match Sheamus couldn’t believe he lost. He then got out of the ring and ran after Danielson all the way to the back. In the ring Kofi was given a microphone where he said that two are down and now his off to the final where he will become the MCW World Champion, Boom Boom Boom!
Single Match – MCW World Title Tournament Jack Swagger vs. Finlay This was a decent match although Finlay seemed a bit out of it, possibly hurt. Swagger seemed to be in control for the majority of the match with Finlay only fighting back nearer the end. Finlay at one point tried to use his shillelagh but Swagger was able to deliver a spear and take Finlay down as the shillelagh flew from his hand to the outside. Finlay tried to fight back without it but was unsuccessful as Swagger delivered his Gutwrench Powerbomb, 1…2…3! Jack Swagger def. Finlay by pinfall after a Gutwrench Powerbomb 15-Man Battle Royal – MCW Young Blood Championship Sheamus vs. Bryan Danielson vs. The Miz vs. Drew McIntyre vs. Chris Harris vs. Jay Lethal vs. Consequences Creed vs. Ted DiBiase vs. Cody Rhodes vs. David Smith vs. Tyson Kidd vs. Jay Briscoe vs. Mark Briscoe vs. Paul Burchill vs. William Regal- Chris Harris is eliminated first after Jay Lethal delivers a Hurricarana over the ropes. Lethal hangs onto the ropes and stands on the apron.
- Consequences Creed goes next after Sheamus lifts him up and throws him at Lethal. Lethal ducks down as Creed lands hard on the floor.
- Paul Burchill is 3rd after he and Regal agree to team up, Burchill is quickly thrown over by Regal.
- William Regal focuses too much on Burchill allowing Danielson to come up behind and toss him over the ropes.
- Drew McIntyre is standing on the apron after just avoiding being thrown out. Tyson Kidd comes over and quickly dropkicks McIntyre off the apron.
- Mark Briscoe goes next as Legacy team up and double clotheslines him over the ropes.
- Jay Briscoe tries to help but Legacy ducks a clothesline and both men lift Jay up and over the ropes.
- Legacy begins taunting to the crowd as Jay Lethal comes over and tosses Rhodes over the ropes.
- Jay Lethal turns around right into a clothesline from Sheamus over the ropes.
- David Hart Smith is the 10th man eliminated after a bit of struggling between Sheamus and Smith on the ropes, Sheamus is able to land on the apron and drag Smith over the ropes.
- The Miz tosses Kidd over the ropes but he lands on the apron, Miz tries to knock him off but Kidd pulls down the ropes forcing Miz to fly over the ropes to the outside.
- Tyson Kidd gets back into the ring but is met by Sheamus who lifts Kidd up for a Crucifix Powerbomb, Sheamus tosses Kidd over the top rope and onto David Smith outside.
- DiBiase and Danielson both attempt to toss the other over the ropes. Danielson goes over but lands on the apron. Danielson then grabs DiBiase and suplexes him up and over the ropes.
- Danielson is too slow to get back into the ring however as Sheamus runs over and delivers a Bicycle Kick to knock Danielson off the apron for the win!
[/i] [/li][/ul] Sheamus wins after eliminating Bryan Danielson to become the New MCW Young Blood ChampionSingle Match – MCW World Championship Kofi Kingston vs. Jack SwaggerThis was a really good match. Both men went at it hard, back and forth. Neither man would give up. Swagger tried to keep Kofi grounded but he was too fast for him as Kofi used his speed to attack Swagger. Kofi seemed out of it after he springboarded off the ropes right into a Big Boot from Swagger. Kofi got hit right in the nose and looked to have broken it as blood began pouring out. The referee attempted to check on him but Kofi refused as he tried fighting back through the pain. However the nose obviously got to him as Swagger was able to now take control and beat down on Kofi. Swagger has Kofi set up in the corner as he runs towards the turnbuckle to deliver his splash. However Kofi dodges it at the last second. Kofi fights back as he quickly delivers the S.O.S, 1…2…Kick Out. Swagger isn’t done yet as he breaks out of the cover and comes right back to fight. However Kofi begins to get some momentum as he takes Swagger down. He then runs into the ropes and back towards Swagger where he goes the Boom Drop but Swagger rolls out of the way. Swagger comes back with another kick to the face which looks to knock Kofi out cold. Swagger is all my smiles now as he feels the match is over. He lifts Kofi up and goes for the Gutwrench Powerbomb. Kofi isn’t finished as he slips off Swaggers shoulders and quickly delivers the Trouble in Paradise, 1…2…3!Kofi Kingston def. Jack Swagger by pinfall with the Trouble in Paradise to become the New MCW World Heavyweight ChampionAfter the match, Kofi Kingston celebrates with his new World Title. Suddenly the celebration cuts off as Eric Bischoff comes out to the ring. Bischoff congratulates Kofi in becoming champion. He says Kofi has potential to be a great champion but unfortunately for him it’s not his time. He says all Kofi does is jump around this ring like a circus. He says he will not have someone like him representing his company. He says that he has found someone who has the look and determination of a champion. He says that Kofi can hold onto the belt for now but soon he is going to come for it and he will be taking it away from him. Kofi stands up to Bischoff who quickly tells him to turn around. Kofi turns around and is hit hard with a huge Lariat. Kofi goes down hard as the guy stands above him. Eric grabs a microphone and tells Kofi to welcome the next MCW World Champion, Desmond Wolfe! Nice show once again man, I didn't mention that I really like the font and the layout. Can't wait to see where you go with the Legacy/HD feud, although I really hope Lacey doesn't win the Woman's Title. Wow, I'm quite surprised you went with Kofi over Sheamus, pleasantly surprised. A Danielson/Sheamus feud should be interesting. Wow, I'm liking the finals. Really glad you had Swagger beat Finlay. Not sure about Sheamus being in the battle royal at all, but he should make a good Young Blood Champion. Awesome that Kofi won the MCW Championship, the match sounded great. Ohhh, Bischoff at the end with Wolfe was very well done. I was thinking about signing Wolfe to WCWA, but I won't now. Great show man, keep it up.

Hart Dynasty vs Legacy feud ftw. Kofi beating Sheamus is good, via rollup makes it more realistic. Swagger beating Finlay is good to. No! The Miz didn't win. Ah, Sheamus... at least he eliminated the guy who cost him his match earlier to win. And Kingston becoming the MCW World Champ is great. Could of seen Swagger winning it, but Kofi is even better. Boom Boom Boom.
Good show.

mcw new beginnings night one and two were good. interesting seeing kofi becoming the first mcw world heavyweight champion. i liked the tournament set up. i'm glad a face ended up winning it, also glad to see you have a challenger already lined up for kofi. wolfe/kofi should be fun, but i don't see kofi dropping the belt just yet as he just won it. in only two shows, you've built up the sheamus/danielson feud very well. i liked danielson screwing sheamus out of the world title, it made kofi the underdog and yet still made sheamus look good. i didn't really care for sheamus winning the battle royal, but it adds to his feud with armdrag i guess. legacy winning the tag titles was good too. i like hype for the queen of the ring tournament as well. great booking all around, jason.

- Thank god Kofi Kingston beat Sheamus. The same said for Swagger over Finlay. I’d like to see younger talent elevated and showcased. - YUCK. Not a fan of Sheamus winning the battle royal. - Kofi winning the heavyweight title is okay, but I do think it would have been better to have Kofi chase after Swagger for the belt.

Single Match – MCW Womens Title Tournament Mickie James vs. Awesome Kong Queen of the Ring starts up straight away with some in-ring action. This was a good match. Awesome Kong was the dominant one in the match. She used her power to throw Mickie around. Mickie tried fighting back but Kong over powered her. That was until Kong went up onto the turnbuckle. Unfortunately she took too long to climb as Mickie got back up and pulled Kong off the turnbuckle and down hard onto the mat. Mickie James began to take control over Kong. Kong kept trying to fight back but Mickie was too quick. Mickie James went for the Mickie-DT but Awesome Kong just tossed Mickie James across the ring. Kong then ran at Mickie who quickly moved out of the way as Kong went face first into the turnbuckle. Mickie grabbed Kong again and this time was able to deliver the Mickie-DT, 1…2…3! Mickie James def. Awesome Kong by pinfall with the Mickie-DT
Mickie James cuts a quick promo where she thanks the fans for their support and promises them that tomorrow night she will walk out the MCW Womens Champion!
Single Match – MCW Womens Title Tournament Angelina Love vs. Alissa Flash This was a decent match but kind of short. It was very back and forth with both women getting a lot of offense. Angelina has Velvet Sky at ringside with her and uses her a few times to help get back into the match. Flash begins to recover against Angelina and almost gets the win with a rollup which causes Velvet Sky to get onto the apron. Flash quickly runs over and knocks Velvet off the apron. As she turns around though Angelina quickly grabs her and delivers her Lights Out finisher(Lifting Reverse STO), 1…2…3! Angelina Love def. Flash by pinfall with the Lights Out Single Match – MCW Womens Title Tournament Lacey Von Erich vs. Natalya This was not much of a match. Natalya dominated the whole thing. Lacey put in a few slaps but other than that she got beat down. Natalya locked in the Sharpshooter and Lacey was forced to tap out! Natalya def. Lacey by submission with the Sharpshooter
The Hart Dynasty come out to the ring as Natalya kicks Lacey out of the ring. Smith and Kidd lift Natalya up onto their shoulders while she shouts that she is going to be the next MCW Womens Champion!
Single Match – MCW Womens Title Tournament Beth Phoenix vs. Hamada This was a good match. It was very back and forth with neither diva ever taking clear control of the other until the end. Beth used her power while Hamada seemed to rely more on speed. After a while Hamada was able to take control and beat down Beth. She climbed onto the turnbuckle and attempted a Moonsault but Beth rolled out of the way. Before Hamada could recover Beth quickly grabbed her and delivered the Glam Slam, 1…2…3! Beth Phoenix def. Hamada by pinfall with the Glam Slam
Lacey Von Erich is seen backstage, really upset over her loss. Drew McIntyre comes over and comforts her. McIntyre tells her not to worry and that with his help, she can come back from the loss. Lacey cheers up a bit and the two hug!
Single Match – MCW Womens Title Tournament Tara vs. Velvet Sky This was a decent match. It was quite back and forth for most of the match until Angelina Love came down and helped Velvet. She kept hitting Tara while Velvet would distract the referee. Velvet however got over confident allowing Tara to get her breath back while she was yelling at the crowd. Tara fought back against Velvet and was able to take her down. Angelina jumped onto the apron to help as she yelled at Tara. Velvet tried to come up from behind Tara but she saw it coming and moved. Velvet ran right into Angelina knocking her off the apron. Tara quickly grabs Velvet and delivers the Widows Peak, 1…2…3! Tara def. Velvet by pinfall with the Widows Peak
Single Match – MCW Womens Title Tournament Madison Rayne vs. Maryse This was a decent match. It was back and forth to start off with until Maryse used a few dirty tactics to take control. Maryse then dominated Rayne for a while. Rayne would fight back eventually and beat down on Maryse for a while. Rayne waited as Maryse got to her feet so she could deliver a Running Big Boot. Suddenly Velvet Sky ran down to the ring and distracted the referee. Angelina Love jumped out through the crowd and slid into the ring. Love quickly smacked Rayne over the back of the head with a big pink baton they call their Ugly Stick. Maryse got back to her feet and lifted Rayne to her feet before planting her with the French Kiss, 1…2…3! Maryse def. Madison Rayne by pinfall with the French Kiss
After the match Maryse stands tall over Madison Rayne along with Velvet Sky and Angelina Love. They then put a brown bag over her head and begin beating her down with their pink ugly stick. Maryse gets on the microphone and says “Nous sommes beaux et tous les autres est vilain. Maintenant le Beau monde gagnera le Championnat de la Femme!”

Single Match – MCW Womens Title Tournament Mickie James vs. Angelina Love This was an ok match but much too short. Mickie James was in control for most of it. Angelina had a bit of offense later on but it proved to be too much. Angelina tried to get Velvet to help out but the referee was having none of it as he began yelling at them. Mickie quickly ran up from behind and rolled Angelina up, 1…2…3! Mickie James def. Angelina Love by pinfall with a rollup
Single Match – MCW Womens Title Tournament Natalya vs. Beth Phoenix This was a good match. Both women used their strength on each other which made for a very even match. They tried a little test of strength to see who was stronger which Beth Phoenix ended up winning. Natalya had the upper hand as she took Beth down. Natalya attempted to lock in the Sharpshooter when Lacey Von Erich came running down with Drew McIntyre. Lacey went to jump on the apron when Natalya came running over to grab her. Lacey quickly backed off to avoid her. Beth got back to her feet and grabbed Natalya and delivered the Glam Slam, 1…2…3! Beth Phoenix def. Natalya by pinfall with the Glam Slam
After the match Lacey gets back into the ring and begins beating down on Natalya. Drew McIntyre is directing Lacey with what to do until The Hart Dynasty run down to the ring to help. Drew and Lacey flee the ring quickly. The Hart Dynasty check on Natalya and tell Drew to get in the ring. Suddenly from behind Legacy come running into the ring and attack Hart Dynasty with the Tag Team Titles. Drew and Lacey get back into the ring as the four of them stand tall over the Harts. Drew is seen hugging and getting close to Lacey during this whole thing! Single Match – MCW Womens Title Tournament Tara vs. Maryse This match was decent. Tara was mainly in control beating down Maryse. Maryse tried sticking her thumb in Tara’s eye to take control of the match but it didn’t last long. Finally Maryse got the help of Velvet Sky and Angelina Love who once again distracted the referee and attacked Tara. Maryse quickly came back and delivered the French Kiss, 1…2…3! Maryse def. Tara by pinfall after the French Kiss
Awesome Kong & Hamada def. Flash & Rayne by pinfall after an Implant Buster from Kong
Maryse comes out to the ring for the next match with Angelina Love and Velvet Sky. Maryse gets on the microphone and says The Beautiful People are now just a three count away from holding the MCW Womens Championship. She says Mickie will regret beating Angelina earlier and now The Beautiful People are out here to. Maryse is suddenly interrupted by Eric Bischoff. Eric says he loves the Beautiful People so far however he has had a few complaints and unfortunately he is going to have to ban Angelina Love and Velvet Sky from ringside for the Womens Title match. He wishes Maryse luck and says he is rooting for her while The Beautiful People do not look happy!
Single Match – MCW Womens Title Mickie James vs. Beth Phoenix vs. Maryse This was a really good match. All three did well. Maryse kept leaving the ring to avoid fighting Beth and Mickie which made it a single match for half of it. Later in the match Mickie James went outside and tossed Maryse back into the ring. Beth Phoenix ran over and quickly slammed Mickie into the ring steps. Beth got back into the ring but was caught off guard as Maryse quickly grabbed her and delivered the French Kiss, 1…2…Kick Out. Beth was not done yet as she tossed Maryse off of her. Beth went on the attack for a bit until Mickie James came running in and tossed Beth out of the ring. Mickie then traded shots with Maryse until finally delivering the Mickie-DT, 1…2…3! Mickie James def. Beth Phoenix & Maryse by pinfall with the Mickie-DT on Maryse
After the match Mickie James celebrated with her newly won title belt!

MCW have announced that starting Tuesday February 2nd they will be holding their new weekly show MCW Exile.
Apparently Eric Bischoff and the rest of MCW were not happy with how Queen of the Ring turned out. Although the women will still be around quite a bit they will most likely never hold another all woman's event.
Kofi Kingston was the winner of the MCW World Title a couple of weeks ago. It was between him and Swagger the whole time and apparently Bischoff wanted to see a bit more of Swagger before giving him the title. He also thinks he needs a manager to be his mouthpiece as the lisp just won't work for him if he was to become champion.
Lacey Von Erich will be staying away from the ring except in times when someone needs a quick easy win. Lacey will be managing Legacy as well as starting a relationship with Drew McIntyre.

overall, i liked the outcome of the qotr tournament. in my mind, i could have seen the mickie/kong match from night one higher on the card. hell it could have even been the main event. i like maryse as apart of the beautiful people stable. she fits in with the group really well lol. the lacey/mcintyre relationship is interesting. i can see a hart dynasty vs. legacy, mcintyre, and lacey tag match or something down the line. maybe bring in teddy hart to even up the odds for the harts? anywho, i liked mickie winning the title. glad you established a women's champion... now back to the real wrestling hahaha. i'm excited for the fallout of the women's and world title tournament on the debut episode of exile. keep up the good work.
