Kofi winning is very very different from what many people would think of. Not sure about it, but can't say much right now - will just have to wait and see what comes of it. Will be reading.

I told him he was using your layout and he just said Duaner nobody cares about him. First he steals my Kofi theme, then your layout, then he swears at you. I think he needs to be banned. ;D Anyway Hammers, good choice on Kofi winning the Rumble its something a bit different. I want him to stay on Raw but not sure who I want him to face, Sheamus probably isn't the right man. I hope you push Sheamus as a monster and make his title reign mean something compared to WWE who dont give a crap about him.

Good luck with this, Chris. I like the different choice of Rumble winner, but I think this may be too quick of a push for Kingston, even though I definitely see him as a Main Eventer now. I look forward to see what you have in store.

1st February 2010
The first thing that appears on the screen following the WWE logo is a video package highlighting last nights Royal Rumble Pay-Per-View. Sheamus is seen retaining the WWE Championship against Randy Orton by disqualification because of interference from Ted DiBiase causing a brawl to begin with Ted and Randy. The next clip shows Rey Mysterio nearly beating The Undertaker for the World Heavyweight Championship only to be the victim of the deadly Last Ride. The final clip shows highlights of 30 men battling it out in the Royal Rumble with the winner being able to get the Championship match at Wrestlemania 26. Shawn Michaels and Kofi Kingston were the final two men and in the end, Kofi ducked under the Sweet Chin Music and threw Shawn over the top rope. Michaels’ managed to hang on but Kofi quickly followed up with the Trouble in Paradise, kicking HBK in the side of the head knocking him of the apron and eliminating him from the match. The video ends with Kofi celebrating on the turnbuckle as pyro erupt all around him.
No opening video for Raw this week or pyro display as Justin Roberts is standing in the middle of the ring and immediately announces the winner of the 2010 Royal Rumble… Kofi Kingston! “Kingston” by Sean Kingston hit’s the PA System as Kofi appears through the curtain hyped up as always. Kofi gets a nice reaction from the crowd and as he makes his way down too the ring. Once inside, Kofi is given the microphone and he talks about how a mere two years ago he showed up on ECW as a brash, young rookie and now he’s going to the Grandest Stage of them all to face the WWE or World Heavyweight Champion in the main event of Wrestlemania. Kofi continues talking for a few moments about how this is a dream come true but is soon interrupted by the theme music of the current WWE Champion, Sheamus. Sheamus makes his way down to the ring still the WWE Champion and once inside the ring he raises the belt in to the air in front of Kofi, clearly playing the mind games. Sheamus has his own microphone and congratulates Kofi Kingston on winning the Royal Rumble last night but claims he only won because Sheamus didn’t have to be in it. Sheamus tells Kofi that if he decides to stick around on Raw and challenge him for the WWE Championship, he’ll only be agreeing to his own defeat and returning back to the bottom of the card. Kofi grins and tells Sheamus that he respects him, saying that Sheamus broke the barrier in rookies not being able to win the championship buts then says that before Sheamus can even think about Kofi Kingston and Wrestlemania, he has to think about Elimination Chamber because there’s going to be five men in that chamber with Sheamus. Sheamus simply grins and says he’ll defend his championship belt every week between now and Wrestlemania if he must and still be strong enough to beat Kofi or anyone else at the grandest stage of them all. Sheamus is suddenly interrupted by the Guest Host this week, Star Trek legend, William Shatner. Shatner gets a nice pop and tells Sheamus that he shouldn’t make claims that he might not be able to keep to. Shatner then tells Sheamus that if he thinks he can defend the championship every week then he should do it, he can’t make a match every week because he won’t be here but can make one for tonight! Shatner announces that tonight, for the WWE Championship we will see Sheamus defend the WWE Championship against this man. “A new day” hit’s the PA System as Ted DiBiase charges too the ring and once inside he tackles Sheamus down to the canvas. DiBiase begins to throw wild punches at the WWE Champion but Sheamus some how manages to roll out of the ring. Unfortunately for him, Kofi was waiting and he rolled Sheamus back inside. Sheamus stood up and seemingly forgot DiBiase was there to look at Kofi, Ted came from behind and connected with the Dream Street. DiBiase leaned over and grabbed the WWE Championship before raising it in the air as Kofi looked on from the entrance ramp.
Following a commercial break and a reply of what just took place in the ring, Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler talk about what’s coming up in the show as graphics appear on the screen. As just announced by guest host, William Shatner. Sheamus will be defending the WWE Championship against Ted DiBiase as well as four Elimination Chamber qualifying match as Triple H will face The Miz, Shawn Michaels will face Jack Swagger, John Cena will face Carlito and Randy Orton will face Montel Vontavious Porter. Also tonight, Bret “The Hitman” Hart returns to Monday Night Raw to confront Mr. McMahon after being attacked on January 4th 2010.
1 - Singles Match) Jack Swagger vs. Shawn Michaels The in ring action kicked off in a big way for Monday Night Raw as the man who came so close to becoming a 3-time Royal Rumble winner last night, Shawn Michaels battled the “All American-American” Jack Swagger in an Elimination Chamber qualifying match. Despite losing last night, Michaels seemed to still be in high spirits and before the match even started, got on the microphone and talked about how his new plan is to win the WWE Championship at Elimination Chamber and challenge The Undertaker to a Title vs. Title match. Swagger then made his entrance and the match was under way. Michaels and Swagger went back n forth for a lot of the match with Swagger managing to keep momentum for several minutes in the middle of the match. Eventually, the match was coming to an end as Shawn Michaels began to tune up the band for Sweet Chin Music. Michaels’ connected with the kick, knocking Swagger down to the canvas but Michaels fell down as well as Swagger had been working on that leg. Michaels began to drag himself over to Swagger but as he got nearer, Hornswoggle appeared from under the ring and climbed to the top rope where he hit the Tadpole Splash. The referee saw and had no choice but to disqualify Shawn Michaels. Winner: Jack Swagger by Disqualification
Following the bell, Shawn Michaels gets up and looks outraged at what Hornswoggle just done. Hornswoggle doesn’t realize that he just cost Shawn the match and Shawn looks in raged. Triple H slides in to the ring to try and calm the situation but Jack Swagger comes from behind and pushes Triple H in to Shawn Michaels. Michaels must have believed that Triple H pushed him intentionally and retaliated by hitting Sweet Chin Music on his Unified Tag Team Champion partner. The crowd look on stunned as Michaels stands over Triple H before leaving as Hornswoggle checks on Triple H.
The cameras turn to the back where The Miz and Big Show are standing together talking about tonight’s triple threat match against Triple H. They laugh about Shawn Michaels super kicking his friend Triple H just minutes prior and that it’ll be so easy to win tonight. Miz begins to start talking ideas on how Show can help Miz win tonight but Show tells Miz that he’ll be winning tonight. The two start to argue but Miz says let the best man and shakes Big Show’s hand telling him that next week, all that matters is that they’ll be the new Unified Tag Team Champions.
2 - Diva’s Tag Team Match) Gail Kim & Kelly Kelly vs. Katie Lea & Maryse While the diva’s were making their way to the ring a graphic appeared on the screen showing that at Elimination Chamber, the vacant Diva’s Championship will be on the line as Gail Kim faced Maryse in the finals of the Diva’s Championship tournament. The match was your average diva’s match, short and both teams got in equal amount of offence. The finish eventually arrived with Katie Lea getting the victory following a Tilt-a-whirl backbreaker on Kelly Kelly and Gail Kim was unable to make the save because of Maryse hanging on to her leg. Katie Lea and Maryse celebrated after the match as Gail Kim checked on her partner. Winner: Katie Lea & Maryse by Pinfall
The cameras turn to the back where Shawn Michaels is talking on the phone. He can be heard saying “Thank you Mr. Long” and hangs up as Josh Matthews walks up to him and asks him why he attacked Triple H out in the ring. Shawn says he was attacked by Triple H and only retaliated in Self Defence. Shawn then walked off camera as the screen fades away.
The cameras turn to the parking lot where Guest Host, William Shatner is waiting for something. Suddenly, a Limo pulls up and William opens the door. Vince McMahon steps from the limo and the two men shake hands. Vince then walks off as the scene fades to black.
3 - Singles Match) Montel Vontavious Porter vs. Randy Orton In the second qualifying match of the night for the WWE Championship Elimination Chamber, the two men who failed in capturing championships at last nights Royal Rumble did battle. Randy Orton got the advantage early on and was able to seemingly keep control of the match for the first several minutes. Montel began to mount a comeback and even hit the big knee smash that he does before calling for the Playmaker. Randy managed to counter the move in to his own finishing move, the RKO and the match was all but over. Randy hooked the leg and got the three count as a graphic appeared on the screen showing Jack Swagger and Randy Orton now in the Elimination Chamber match. Winner: Randy Orton by Pinfall
Following a commercial break, the cameras turn to the back where the guest host of the evening, William Shatner is standing, talking with the Royal Rumble winner, Kofi Kingston. Kofi and Will are talking till Randy Orton who had just won his match minutes prior walks in to the room. Randy asks Kofi if he saw what just happened in the ring and tells him that he hopes for his sake he goes to Smackdown and challenges for the World Heavyweight Championship otherwise he’ll be facing him at Wrestlemania and as usual, lose. Kingston just smiles and tells Randy that he’s already kicked his ass all over the arena and to do it at Wrestlemania will be a real treat, but if he doesn’t even think Randy is going to be WWE Champion by Wrestlemania. Kingston gets in to Randy’s face and tells him that tonight there will be a new WWE Champion in Ted DiBiase.
4 - Singles Match) Carlito vs. John Cena Before the match even got under way, Carlito attacked John Cena during his entrance in an attempt to get an early advantage. This somewhat worked as Carlito threw Cena in to the steel steps on the outside of the ring before rolling him inside and going for the early pinfall attempt. Cena easily kicked out but was too hurt to get back up and Carlito maintained his momentum by locking in a chin lock and keeping Cena grounded. The match eventually turned back in forth but several minutes in it seemed clear that the end was near as Cena counted a clothesline in to the modified backdrop he does, continuing the momentum with two running shoulder tackles and then the five knuckle shuffle. Cena stalked Carlito as he got to his feet and lifted him in the air for the Attitude Adjustment but Carlito managed to slide down Cena’s back. Carlito jumped in to the air and attempted the backstabber only for Cena to hold on to the ropes causing Carlito to fall back. Cena turned around and quickly locked in the STF leaving Carlito no choice but to tap out. Winner: John Cena by Pinfall
The cameras turn to the back where William Shatner is talking with The Bella Twins and Eve Torres who seem to be the pimped out ho’s for the guest hosts. Suddenly, Santino walks in to the room dressed in an original Star Trek uniform and yells “Beam me up Scotty” Shatner laughs and tells Santino he could be an actor to which Santino responds by saying he is an actor and promotes the new Sit Com he will be staring in along side Beth Phoenix and Vladimir Kozlov.
The cameras turn to another area where Triple H and Hornswoggle are making their way to the curtain for the upcoming match. Triple H can be seen holding his jaw still hurting from the kick delivered by Shawn Michaels earlier in the night. Hornswoggle still looks upset and Triple H pets him on the head to cheer him up.
5 - Triple Threat Match) The Big Show vs. The Miz vs. Triple H Triple H tried to get the early advantage by going straight for Miz, throwing him out of the ring and then turning his attention to Big Show. Triple H threw several punches but Show was too much for Hunter and he was thrown across the ring in to the corner. Big Show kept Hunter trapped in the corner and began delivering sledgehammer like punches to the ribcage, knocking the wind out of “the game” As the match continued, Big Show continued to dominate Triple H and even Miz got back in to the ring allowing the double team to begin. Triple H was kept down for several minutes until he managed to counter Big Show irish whipping The Miz in to the corner by elevating Miz over the ropes, sending him crashing to the outside of the ring. Big Show then charged at Triple H only for Hunter to drop kick Big Show’s knee, sending him face first in to the top turnbuckle. Miz slid back in to the ring and charged at Triple H only to receive a Double A like spine buster. Big Show stumbled towards Triple H but Hunter connected with the drop toe hold sending Show head first in to Miz’s groin. Miz sold the clearly would be painful Headbutt to the groin as Triple H connected with the Baseball slide, kicking Big Show out of the ring. Miz got up to his feet but was quickly knocked down with the Pedigree. Triple H hooked the leg and got the three count to advance to the Elimination Chamber. Winner: Triple H by Pinfall.
The cameras turn to the commentator’s table as they talk about who has qualified for the WWE Championship Elimination Chamber match. A graphic appears on screen showing Jack Swagger, Randy Orton, John Cena, Triple H and WWE Champion, Sheamus. They say that next week, we will find out the final entrant in the Elimination Chamber while tonight we find out if Ted DiBiase will replace Sheamus in the match and become WWE Champion in the process.
“Kingston” by Sean Kingston plays across the PA System as Kofi Kingston makes his way down to the ringside area. Kofi sits down besides Jerry Lawler and Michael Cole as it appears he will be doing commentary for the main event match. Suddenly, “A new Day” hit’s the PA System as the main even is getting under way.
Main Event - Singles Match for the WWE Championship) Sheamus© vs. Ted DiBiase The crowd was surprisingly pumped for the main event match as DiBiase has been getting a face reaction since defending his father at last nights Royal Rumble. The match started off slow with Sheamus using his power and size advantage over DiBiase, grounding him and locking in a sleeper hold. The match eventually got back to a vertical base where DiBiase began to mount a comeback before being knocked back down to the canvas because of a flying forearm from the champion. Kofi Kingston put over both superstars on commentary and seemed to be really enjoying the match. Back inside the ring, DiBiase once again gained momentum and seemed to have everything going his way. After several near falls, the action was coming to an end and eventually, DiBiase attempted to hit the move he slammed Sheamus with at the beginning of the show, the Dream Street. The WWE Champion managed to counter the hold and pushed DiBiase in to the ropes. DiBiase charged towards Sheamus who attempted a clothesline. DiBiase ducked under the clothesline and continued his sprint, rebounding of the ropes only for the champ to jump in the air and connect with the Jumping Bicycle kick. DiBiase hit the canvas hard and Sheamus was able to hook the leg and get the three count. Winner: Sheamus by Pinfall
Following the bell, Randy Orton ran down to the ring and stalked Ted DiBiase who was slowly getting to his feet as Sheamus watched on the outside of the ring. DiBiase must have known Randy was waiting for him as he quickly turned around and tackled Orton down to the canvas. Sheamus slid back in to the ring but before he could do anything, Kofi Kingston climbed to the top rope and delivered a diving cross body, knocking the champion down to the canvas. Suddenly, Cody Rhodes slid in to the ring and seemed confused. He suddenly pulled Randy Orton and Ted DiBiase apart and there was a moments silence. It was a moments tension between Randy and Cody but Cody suddenly turned around and punched his partner, Ted in the face. Randy and Cody attacked Ted as Sheamus kept Kofi busy in the corner. Suddenly, Kofi slid out off the ring and grabbed a chair, bringing it back in the ring with him and chasing the heels away. Sheamus, Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes stood on the outside of the ring as Kofi Kingston checked on Ted DiBiase.
Following a commercial break, the new Bret “The Hitman” Hart theme played across the PA System as Bret Hart made his way down to the ring to a nice pop from the crowd. Once inside, Bret waited for a minute for the crowd to quiet down before talking about how on January 4th he put the past behind him and shook hands with Shawn Michaels, the man he once claimed to destroy the wrestling business. Bret says it turns out not even Triple H was save from The Heart Break Kid. Bret moves his attention to being kicked in the “gut” by Vince McMahon. Bret says he is calling Vince out right now too find out his exact reasoning. Vince makes his way down to the ring and the owner of World Wrestling Entertainment plays the heel by telling Bret that what he said 12 years ago after Survivor Series was always the truth, Bret screwed Bret. Vince then claims that he did the right thing kicking Bret in the gut as it’s the first impression the new generation of fans will always have of Bret Hart and it’s the right impression to have. Bret and Vince banter back n forth for several minutes until Vince finally touches a nerve telling Bret Hart that while he can’t remove Bret’s father from being inducted from the Hall of Fame this year, he sure as hell doesn’t deserve to be inducted. Bret loses it and begins to throw punches at his former boss. After only several moments, Batista from Smackdown slides in to the ring and grabs Bret Hart. Because Batista couldn’t actually do much to Bret the following scene looked awkward as Batista just threw punches at Bret in the corner as Bret slowly fell down to the canvas. Suddenly, the crowd popped big time as John Cena ran to the ring to make the save. Cena and Batista began brawling in the ring until Batista threw Cena out of the ring and then followed. Batista grabbed John on the outside of the ring and threw him over the announce table as the Raw logo appeared and Raw goes off the air.

- Not really sure about the opening promo having Ted DiBiase be put into place of it. Thought it was a bad time to announce the main event, kinda ruins Kofi's Rumble celebration. Nonetheless, looks to be a good match. - Swagger over Michaels is pretty good I guess. Love the Sweet Chin Music on Hunter. May have been a little bit early though, could see him do it to Hornswoggle. - Maryse and Katie Lea is an odd pairing, but glad they won. - Orton over MVP is good. - Not much sure about the Kofi/Orton confrontation; I thought it was alright except for the DiBiase mention. - Cena over Carlito is the right call. - Think Hunter would be really angry in the match, but glad he won. - Putting in the Cena/Batista feud is okay I guess. Hope you still utilize McMahon/Hart at Mania.
An okay Raw.

- I don’t see people being able to keep interested in a opening promo involving Sheamus, Kofi and DiBiase. I’ll give you credit that it is different so that is fine with me. - Good finish to get Swagger in the chamber match. A heel turn for Michaels? Awesome. - Good match between Orton/MVP. I’m not that high on MVP, anymore. - To think Cena seemingly could never beat Carlito. Typical to see Cena go over, again. - I would’ve liked to have seen the Miz get into the chamber, but oh well. HHH winning is expected. - well, Sheamus winning is fine as he does need to pick up some wins. Hopefully DiBiase is a big player in this diary, though. Interesting aftermath.. Interested to see where you go with the alliance between Sheamus, Orton and Cody. - Fine final segment as they pretty much actually happened. Nice addition to the Batista/Cena brawl on the floor.
