On at TNAwrestling.com The conference is held in the impact zone with about 5 people attending...major announcement -they're going 9-11, they had the option to go 8-10. -Dixie says shows will be live every other week. Monday night move is where they're staying -She eluded to other programming( which she is probably talking about the vault) -Hogan called Dixie..Disney...lol -Hogan and Disney keep telling themselves that they are the better show -Hogan doesnt expect any reaction to TNA move. He says the WWE talent is cheering TNA on -Hogan says TNA is like going to a church . then he rips WWE, surprise...says the people in TNA love being there...explain that to Kong, Beer Money, Daniels

I don't get the comparison of TNA and going to Church.

Definitley should have went 8-10. They're accomplishing nothing by going 9-11.

From PWInsider:
They were asked about the length of the Monday move. Dixie Carter said they foresee it as "happening forever." She noted some episodes will be live and some will be taped but they are in it for the long haul
Probably either the one live episode one taped episode order they were talking about but they didn't give any specifics on what the ratio between live and taped episodes were.

So when they say 9-11, they mean eastern time, correct?

So when they say 9-11, they mean eastern time, correct? You got it, chief. Bad move, on TNA's part, if you ask me. Going live EVERY Thursday should have been their main goal. Majority of people will continue to watch RAW and flip to iMPACT!, during commercials. Much like they did, with Nitro. Thank [insert higher power here], for DVR. I'll continue DVRing both iMPACT! and RAW. However, RAW might take a backseat... until 24 has ended. - Triple S

Luckily, for me being on the west coast, Raw and Impact don't overlap each other on my HD channels. Too bad I don't care enough to watch either one at this point.

I always hoped this day would come but sadly i'll be stick with Raw. TNA is going in a direction that i don't like. Not enough big stars for my taste. I watch TNA for Sting, Hogan, Hall, Nash, Waltman, Flair, Foley. Im getting my fix of those guys but not enough. Way too much of the originials. I have nothing againist young guys doing great things but the ones TNA has i don;t care for. Except Pope, but his push is coming too fast. I can't stand Hernandez, Morgan, Wolfe, or any of the others. I just want more Hogan!

Why they just couldn't focus on doing their own thing and trying to have their own identity, I'll never know, but hey, it's their decision...

Would have made sense. Hogan could quite possibly bankrupt TNA this year at his current pace.

If they really HAD to go to Monday's before going live on Thursday's then they should have gone 8-11. 9-11 is just a dumb-ass move.

Terrible idea. Not only is this WWE's best time of year, but with DVR being around and TNA having the same time slot, people are still gonna be able to watch both without any problems.
You're trying to compete with WWE while they're building for their biggest PPV of the year and they are putting our their best product. Wouldn't it have been smarter to wait until maybe spring/summer to do this, after WWE's product calms down again?

How do you know Kong, Daniels and Beer Money are for sure unhappy there? Did you discuss it with them over coffee? While hanging at the pool with them? OR did you read it on the internet?
