Now with NXT starting and Legacy & DX pretty much splitting. It is a good time to start new tag teams. Chvo & Primo should team, I've been saying this for ages. It will give both something to do, turn Chavo face, have him "mentor" Primo to lead way for Hispanic wrestlers, they wear the same type of tights, both with a hispanic heritage, both have a famous wrestling family, why not? If not them, atleast put Primo back with Carlito for crying out loud. Send them both to Smackdown, have them in a nice small fued with Hart Dynasty & The Dudebusters. Maybe, just maybe put Bryan Danielson with Regal, I can see them as team, both OUTSTANDING wrestlers, have sort of the same look, why not? Maybe have Regal mentor him like he did with Ezekiel.

But I expect Yoshi and Goldust will be a team whichever brand they go to. At the moment I dont think the tag division is that bad i mean we have The Hart Dynasty,Cryme Tyme,Show Miz, Dudebusters,Straight Edge Society,Legacy sort of,Goldust and Tatsu and Mvp and Mark Henry. So realy I dont think a chavo Primo team is needed

I think Carlito & Primo/ Primo & Chavo would both be good teams (if Carlito or Chavo turned face obviously).
- Legacy (even though they are seemingly coming to an end) - DX (see Legacy) - Show-Miz - Goldust & Tatsu - MVP & Mark Henry (even as an on/off team) - Hart Dynasty - Cryme Tyme - Great Khali & Matt Hardy - Baretta & Croft (are they even really called The Dude-busters?) - Chavo & Primo
I like it. Combining the two tag team titles was the best move WWE has made in a while.

After WrestleMania, I would like these for teams:
Show-Miz The DudeBusters Cryme Tyme The Hart Dynasty Matt hardy & The Great Khali The Straightedge Society(I would put maybe Mike Knox in to team with Luke Gallows) MVP & Mark Henry(Occasionally) Goldust & Yoshi Tatsu Jimmy Wang Yang & Kung Fu Naki(I've always thought these two should team. They both do nothing.) Chavo Guerrero & Primo as a face Team OR Chavo & Carlito for a heel team
That is 9 teams plus Legacy may still be together, so possibly 10. That's more depth than the last 8 years or so.
Also, what ever happened to Charlie Haas & Mike Knox teaming? Maybe if Shelton Benjamin goes to SD! then The World's Greatest Tag Team could reunite.

I loved the past WWF tag divisions.
I really can't think of a good reason why they have decided to neglect that aspect.
Look at the single stars that the last real tag teams produced. Edge, Christian, Matt, Jeff...the 80/early 90s gave us Bret and HBK.

Watching Smackdown with two REAL tag teams competing in a good competitive match was refreshing and felt good (Cryme Time vs Dudebusters)

Great to see two teams competing who were actually brought in to the 'E as tag teams. They know what they are doing offensively as opposed to teams who were thrown together like MVP/Henry and Miz/Show (Not taking anything away from both teams though) When I saw that match on Smackdown! tonight, it got me thinking of what the tag team division could be like today and it wasn't bad. Smackdown! alone has 3 good tag teams in Cryme Tyme, Hart Dynasty and the Dudebusters.

I think once they split the brands it killed the tag division b/c you went from having let's say a 7 team divsion to maybe a 4 team division on one show and 3 on another. That really doesn't build feuds or keep things fresh where as if you had 7 all on one show fighting for the belts. I do miss those days of good tag teams instead of thrown together ones though.

Of course Cryme Tyme and THD should be ahead of them since they have been here forever and still not won gold for some reason. .

No clue how the Dynasty haven't been given a shot with the belts so far.

hopefully the Hart Dynasty gets pushed soon...The Great Khali + Matt Hardy seems so random

I hope Khali moves to RAW or released, it pisses me off seeing Matt Hardy brought to a new low teaming with him. The sad part is Khali is pretty much the leader of the team, they come out to his entrance and stuff.

Not sure if many have noticed this... but Smackdown currently has 7 teams, which is probably the most they've ever had...
Tyson Kidd & David Hart Smith JTG & Shad CM Punk & Luke Gallows Trent Beretta & Caylen Croft Matt Hardy & The Great Khali Slam Master J & Jimmy Wang Yang Mike Knox & Charlie Haas
Just thought that was a little surprising.

Carlito & Chavo makes much more sense than Carlito & Primo or Primo & Chavo.

Carlito & Chavo makes much more sense than Carlito & Primo or Primo & Chavo. Not really. Carlito and Primo are related. That explains that one. Chavo is a ring veteran whilst Primo is a relatively new superstar, so Chavo could mentor him... Oh and by the way, the tag team division has Cryyyyymmmmmeeeee Tyyyyymmmmmeeeee!

So, that means nothing in WWE. Look at DX. HHH turned on HBK in 2002 and they got back together in 2006. It's been less than a year since Carlito turned on Primo. True. But, come on, Triple H's turn on Michaels was way, way bigger than Carlito's tun on Primo. That barely lead to anything. Triple H put Michaels in a wheel chair, feuded with him for the next two years or more... and then Michaels just came back to help him in 2006 with Vince McMahon, and just like that, DX were back together. I realise Vince McMahon played a big part in them becoming friends again, but please... there was a hatred between them. They're back together now, and have been fine for a solid 3 years, and now people want them to split again...? So yeah, big difference in my opinion.
