Why are you guys naming off people who had dark matches and/or try outs? They weren't signed and the question was "How many former WWWE superstars are now in TNA?" which guys who weren't under contract weren't ever "former" WWE stars. AJ Styles, ODB, Roode, Joe, Val, Young, Williams, Shelley, none count because they weren't under contract. i dont really care i think its funny that almost every TNA wrestler has wrestled in a wwe ring atleast once! Considering TNA didn't exist until 2002, it's not surprising, but this list just sounds like a desperate way to keep the whole "TNA has no home talent; everyone's from the WWE" joke alive.

ODB had a developmental contract, I'd say that counts. As for the others, nope. - Triple S I don't think ODB was ever under a developmental contract, she was in OVW on her own (paying her way) so I don't think she was. Bingo. She was working in OVW while it was still a WWE territory.

But, she wasn't under WWE Devp. contract because of the fact she wrestled on 9/19/07 for OVW and then 6 days later worked TNA iMPACT. There was no way she was under a WWE deal and able to work a TNA even that quickly so she wasn't under a deal but there on her own so she was never signed by WWE for any time of contract.

I don't think it matters that TNA has some superstars that used to be in WWE. A lot of the names listed so far have either appeared like once, only been in developmental or have not gotten the chance to really shine in WWE and are now being used great in TNA (Dinero, Anderson etc.)

I don't even see the point of the question being asked anymore as it seems like it happens 100 times every year. I mean each company has talents that either started with one company or was made famous in the other its just apart of the wrestling business it happens.

Angelina Love (Had a development contract with the WWE but never made it to the main roster) Brian Kendrick Christy Hemme D'Angelo Dinero Dr. Stevie Eric Bischoff Hulk Hogan Jeff Jarrett Jimmy Hart Kazarian (Was with TNA before the WWE) Kevin Nash Kurt Angle Lacey Von Erich (Had a development contract with the WWE but never made it to the main roster) Matt Morgan Mick Foley Mr. Anderson Nasty Boys (Knobbs and Sags) Orlando Jordan Raven Rhino Ric Flair Rob Terry (Had a development contract with the WWE but never made it to the main roster) Sean Morley Tara Taylor Wilde (Had a development contract with the WWE but never made it to the main roster) Taz Team 3D (Ray and Devon) Tomko Granted some of the above are homegrown TNA stars, but they have at least worked one match in the WWE. Not counting the ones in bold because they were only developmental talents as you pointed out, I'd only describe a few of them as washed up or WWE rejects. The Nasty Boys, Kevin Nash and Scott Hall (who isn't properly on the roster but still) are the only ones who are washed up. TNA have actually improved Dinero, Anderson, Tomko, Morgan, Rhino, Kazarian and Tara, as they are being used better and made into bigger stars than they were in WWE. Perhaps Sean Morley and Brian Kendrick are the only ones who are WWE rejects as such, because they probably won't go far in TNA either. Hogan, Bischoff, Flair and Foley are all big draws in TNA, and if anything, they are very clever signings.

Well just to inform you that Doug Williams was Doug Basham 1/2 of the Basham brothers in WWE. But really this thread is pointless

No more than WWF took from WCW. I mean seriously, this complaint doesn't make any sense. When WCW let a lot of wrestlers go WWF signed a ton of them. You look at the guys that TNA has signed and all of them have something to offer to the company. Look at The Pope, the WWE had no idea how to use him and he's doing great in TNA. They messed up with Mr. Kennedy and now he's awesome as Mr. Anderson in TNA.

so then WWE makes....TNA Takes......
Abyss, AJ, Joe, Sting, and Storm are about the only superstars that TNA have that WWE could do anything with, that havnt been on the E's Main Roster before. and I predict before 10 is over. Joe will be gone with TNA
