Maybe because it was HBK's retirement match and it will definitely sell to both collectors and kids? I think that would be the correct answer. So you want another HBK figure because it would sell to collector's and kids.... Speechless. Absolutely speechless. THIS kind of INSANE logic is why I gave up collecting in the first place. We have 7,998 figures of HBK..."Um, what would you like?" "Um, another HBK" God that is why this place is crawling with idiots! WOW you need to calm down and think for a bit. I want an HBK fig because he's my all time favorite wrestler, and yes I was watching in the 80's. Also, I was stating in my earlier post the LOGIC behind putting "another" HBK fig in the WM26 assortment from a Mattel stand point. If you don't like it then quit again. I for one won't miss you or your childish rants....just saying!

Childish rants? You mean what I am saying is not logical? How MANY HBK figures will it take for YOU to be satisfied? Is that a rant? Looks like a question to me. Bret Hart is my all time favorite wrestler....Let's see...How many do I have? The LJN version. The Toybiz version with the loose arm, and the Classic Superstar version. Hmm...That's three. Mattel has made 3 HBK's yet you want more. I do NOT see the logic in that. I would buy a Mattel version of Bret Hart but alas, I would buy JUST ONE. I wouldn't be asking for 7883 MORE versions of him to be made. I would just want the one. I mean wouldn't you think I was an idiot if I asked for a Mattel HHH and why wasn't there one? When you KNOW Mattel just released one?

Sure we may have way too many HBK figs if you're counting all the previous toy companies but we're talking about Mattel here. If you didn't notice you're on the Mattel section of this forum so do I want another MATTEL fig commemorating HBK's last WWE match? Yes, yes I do and I'm sure I'm not the only one on this forum that feels this way. Some people like having more than one fig of certain Superstars so stop belittling others who don't share your views it's getting old real fast.

Asking for a Big Bully Busick say, and I would be pleasantly surprised. You wouldn't hear a peep from me. I would love a figure OF A NEW CHARACTER... But asking for a figure we JUST had 3 of....No wonder the toy companies KEEP putting out the same junk...YOU guys keep on asking for it. HOW many HBK'S will it take? I notice that no one has ever answered this... So you like eating the same meal over and over again day after day? Me? Not so much. I LOVE variety. It's the difference between a drone and a free thinker.

If you didn't notice what thread you're posting on we are posting about the WRESTLEMANIA 26 set! Is it illogical to ask for an HBK figure seeing as how he was in the MAIN EVENT which happened to be his retirement match, which was arguably the best match of the night? If you answered yes then I don't know what to tell you.

Yes, you're enlightened because you post 9000 word rants on a toy forum asking for action figures of obscure wrestlers from the 80s-90s that maybe 30 people would buy including you. Get over yourself and your dumbass idea that every single figure released is suppose to be a completely new character. Mattel is doing fine with everything, and wanted 1 last Shawn Michaels figure from his retirement match won't hurt anyone. They're toys, quit acting like a goddamn 10 year old.

You guys say you watched in the 80s....Yeah, I don't believe a word you say after comments like this. One last figure huh? Nope...Next month you will be asking for more HBK figures. And only 30 people would buy a BBB figure? Hmm...Yeah, that's why Jakks made Oh I don't know.....28 DIFFERENT LINES of CLASSIC SUPERSTARS FIGURES? Yeah, but they don't sell.... I am done with this thread. Wanting 8,000 HBK figures is the height of..................... Ok then, I will join the crowd....After awhile when Mattel has made 4,900 HHH figures you know what I will do? I am going to START ASKING FOR A HHH FIGURE! I mean it makes sense right. If you all are right and I am TOTALLY wrong then asking for something we ALL have would be the right thing to do right? Oh...I just cannot wait.. Boy I wish Mattel would make just ONE HHH figure.... Yup that feels good. Then I can buy all 3,000 of them and put them on my shelf and have them looking at each other like they just came from Robert Duvall's clone factory..

shop.EBAY LINK NOT ALLOWED/?_from=R40&_trksid=m570&_nkw=hhh+figure Lookie there! There are over 215 HHH figures to choose from. Following the mentality of THIS board I would want them all right?

^^^You'll find any reason to whinge about anything, don't know if you noticed or not but a majority of those are Jakks figures, this is the Mattel board, if you said that on the Jakks board then you'd have a point.
As for the HBK argument/whinging going on here, HBK constantly changes his attire so it would make sense to want a new figure in a new attire, like mentioned above it was hist last match so it makes even more sense.

Mattel arent contracted to make figures of you though, fool, they're making figures of WWE wrestlers and if HBK has a different attire then chances are they're gonna make it. I really don't get your logic or train of thought to be honest, its like it got derailed a long long time ago.

We have enough HBK and HHH figures. Jakks and now Mattel has made enough. Let's make some wrestlers who have never seen the light of day before. Busick, Dino Bravo, Skinner, Texas Tornado. Do you understand now? Or is that too illogical for you? Mattel is contracted to whoever WWF TELLS them to make. Got it? Stop asking for HBK when everyone on the planet including Ethopia has 500 figures of him.

What makes you think Mattel can make those figures anyway, how do you know they want an action figure of them made? Don't know if you know this or now but they can't just make a figure of anyone just cause someone on the internet whines about it endlessly. And as for the HBK figures, it all comes down to personal taste, some may want him in his classic red tights with hearts while others may want him in his red and white WM23 attire, why not just satisfy everyone? Going by your logic, what happens when Mattel have made a figure of every wrestler on the roster along with the ones you keep whining about, you expect them to call it a day and go back to Hot Wheels? Cause according to you, the thought of them making figures that have already been made is ridiculous.

See Jakks went out and got contracts with older performers and thus made Classic Superstars. See Mattel is a MUCH bigger company than Jakks and could do the same thing..Oh yeah...They ARE doing the freakin same thing with their legends line. No I don't expect them to leave WWF and go and make hotwheels. IF what you are saying were to happen I wouldn't open my mouth at all. Mattel would've made the wrestlers who were a part of WWF, then you fanboys could choke on all the HBK figures you wanted. Remember the LJN days? Course not, you weren't there. But anyway LJN made usually ONE type of every wrestler. We had one Jake Roberts, not 677 with different tights. One. And we were HAPPY with that one.

Hmmmmm strangely I'm 24, 25 in June and somehow I wasn't around for the Classic Superstars years, strange...
Did you really expect Mattel to only make the current roster? Surely you didn't, of course they're going to make the legends line as well, even if Jakks done it, like I said, its two different companies. Besides, were obviously getting wrestlers in different attires like Sgt Slaughter for example, and even new wrestlers, like Ricky The Dragon Steamboat. Yes, a new wrestler, no need for you to whine anymore!
As for people being happy with one LJN, again, it all comes down to opinion, just because you were happy with one, doesn't mean everyone else was.
By the looks of things, you're just finding any reason to whinge and keep the argument going, its boring.
