I am REALLY ed off about Shelton going, like what in the , man? He was the best wrestlers on the roster, and had tons of potential. WWE don't give a crap about that, it's all about actors and celebrities nowadays. I mean, instead of pushing guys like him, here they are milking the fact that David Otunga is banging some American Idol reject. Mickie and Katie Lea going is Bullpoop too. Two of the best wrestlers on the diva roster, and yet The Bella Twins, Kelly Kelly, Maryse and Rosa Mendes are STILL on it. I agree with you on The Bella Twins, but Kelly Kelly is getting better, but I don't see her lasting long in the WWE. Rosa should stay a manager as I would like WWE to use managers a lot more. Maryse is the biggest heel diva on Raw, so she won't go for awhile. Man, biggest heel/face means nothing. Mickie was the biggest face diva on the roster and now look. Those 4 divas don't deserve to be there over Mickie and Katie >> period, fact and check mate.

I forsee more releases, from the Raw brand on the way...or in terms of development. I think they could do without Masters, Primo, Hawkins, Jillian, Hornswoggle, tyler Reks, Vance Archer, the Bellas, and a few others.

WWE sure hates women that try to achieve success outside of their universe.

Jesus Christ.....Shelton deserves alot more than this. Mickie too. Hopefully TNA has some interest in the Gold Standard. This. I'm quite shocked really, I mean Shelton freakin Benjaman c'mon.I mean even if they didnt think he was world title material, he should have been used in some main-event fueds.A more believable Mysterio if you will. TNA will definitley pick him and Mickie up, hopefully we'll see another Pope or Blue-print scenario.

I would definitely like to see Benjamin and Haas pair up in TNA,but I hope TNA wouldnt go for the obvious choice of putting them with Angle again. And they released Funaki ? this company.

Mickie never really struck me as the 'party even though I'm wrestling almost every night' kind of person. I can see her being tardy for the tour bus but not because she was partying into the wee hours of the night. How late could she have actually been that it would merit the release of one of the most popular diva's in the company?

Sad to see Mickie go. I think Shelton is one of their biggest missed opportunities in a while.

I always thought Shelton could be replaced by any random indy guy. Nothing ever stood out about him.

About the same thing but I'll post it anyways:
James was released because she more than once on the European tour arrived late for the bus, holding up travel. That was considered the straw that broke the camel’s back dating back to her being disciplined by being sent to Smackdown.

I want to know how late til your ass is fired most over decorated current wwe diva in the wwe since Trish retired..?

Even if Shelton asked for his release, WWE should have tried to talk him out of it. I mean rumor was Knox & Carlito have both asked for their release just to be denied. So why is this situation any different? He had talent and a fan base, so what more did they want?

She got released for being late?
Surely a suspension would suffice.

She got released for being late? Surely a suspension would suffice. I know. She was already jobbed out for a while but to release her is way to harsh and just stupid. 60 days til TNA makes her champ!

- Mickie James probably went off to decide to go with her country music career full time. - Katie Lea Burchill, I feel that they could have done something with. She had a gothic look to her and seemed to be going about that way, almost like Ariel only without the massive fake breasts. She could have been WWE's Daffney, and really would have differentiated from the happy colorful divas. Then again, why are WWE releasing her now when Paul Burchill went nigh on two months ago? - Shelton Benjamin most likely got talked into requesting a release from Charlie 'I'm an internet bitch, love me!' Haas, and they'll go and surf the independent scenes like the JD and Turk combination they are. Them in ROH would be great; in TNA...let's not go there. - Kung Fu Naki is the biggest shocker, to be honest. Not been on television since last year, can't of seen him lasting too longer. Steve Austin, his buddy isn't around much anymore too, and so WWE rightfully released him. - Slam Master J wasn't as surprising, but Jimmy Wang Yang wasn't either. They did just eliminate a team however, which further deteriorates the dead tag team division. - I can see either Caylen Croft or Trent Barreta, the Bella Twins, Hornswoggle, Zack Ryder, or Rosa Mendes, Primo, Mike Knox and Ezekiel Jackson on the chopping block. Also, now Fu Naki and Val Venis are gone, this leaves William Regal...i dont understand this statement Regal has been up and down when it comes to luck in WWE, like Venis last year, and Funaki this year. And adding Hardcore Holly. But now I'd say the waiting game for another up-and-down vet's release is on.

I hope TNA benefits from this....
RVD as TNA World Champion
Mickie James as K.O. Champion
...sounds pretty good in my opinion.

For some reason she looked as though she wasnt as interested in wrestling anymore. Waht was she sent to smackdown for?
