So the other night me and my buddy go to a movie the other night and I use my debit card and all so I remember that far. After the movie me and my buddy get Tim Hortons and I remember paying with my coffee with my debit card. I debited a lousey 3.48 cents or whatever it was. But yeah after sitting in Tim Hortons for five minutes my buddy and I get picked up and from that point I lost track of whether I had it on me until I got home. Now Ive called Tim Hortons and they found nothing, Ive ripped apart my whole house and no sign of it. Good news there was no money in it but I did have my school ID, birth certificate and socail insurance number. Thats what im really worried about. I have cancelled my debit card and gotten a new one so thats ok but im just really stumped where I could have misplaced it.
So youre probably sayin to yourself where is he going with this story, but yeah heres where im goin with it. Has this happened to anyone here? Im sure it has, just wondering how you felt after you lost it ? Me, i feel bare, Ive been without it for two days and I feel so gosh darn bare.

Check under your (or your friend's) car seats. I found my wallet there once.

Every time I lose my wallet the first place I check is the washer. 9 out of 10 times I left it in my jeans and accidentally washed it.

It must suck. Whenever I find a wallet, I try and get it back to the guy who it belongs to or turn it in. I'd hope someone would do the same if they found mine.

True but the worst is when you have a picture or a ''souvenir'' of someone who died ... .really that sucks .

Hopefully that guy that had the iPod found thread recently didn't find your wallet.

Careless people like yourself don't deserve to have stuff.." - JSYN Well him! I feel bad for you. I have misplaced my wallet but usually it was in my house and it fell out in the car so I would check in there. Sucks if you never get it but I wish you luck.

Did your wallet have your e-mail address in it?

I came in here to make a JSYN joke and am thoroughly disappointed I was beaten to it.

That sucks about you losing your wallet, i hope someone finds it and returns it. I gotta ask why did you have your birth certificate and social security card on you though?

I'd rather forget about the incident rather than think of it when it will just lead to nothing.
