Seems like the WWE has lost interest in gold based belts. The last three new champions have all been some non-gold material. The ECW, Diva's and now Tag Team titles bring forth a decline in "wearing the gold around your waist."

I'm not a fan of these belts. They just look so strange. Prefer the other ones, maybe they could have just non unifed the other ones if the tag division was bigger.
