Ok so me and my cousin went to the TNA house show in Oklahoma City tonight, and it was a lot of fun. We had the VIP tickets and it was cool, they had tables set up when we first came in, and lined down them were Eric Young, Samoa Joe, Brian Kendrick, MCMG, Doug Williams, AJ Styles, Kaz, Beer Money, Matt Morgan, and Ric Flair. I got them all to sign inside my program on their page, but security were bung holes and i didnt get a whole lot of pics during that. Ill prob post pics of my program tmw. Id say Kendrick was the most laid back and polite, Beer Money kind of werent paying attention to anyone. Neither was AJ. But EY, Joe, Kendrick, were all real nice. Those 3 were wondering why JR's BBQ closed down here in Norman lol. Any way the show was pretty good too. Ill run down the results i guess, Match 1 Jeff Jarrett vs Kaz, Jarrett Wins, free backstage passes, Kaz wins no backstage passes Winner: YOU KNOW Match 2 Williams vs Young Winner: Williams via his german suplex thing. Pretty entertaining but was a total comedy match. Match 3 Velvet Sky vs Madison Rayne OK match, Sky wins. Match 4 AJ vs. Joe Winner: Joe via Muscle Buster, match of the night Match 5 Kendrick vs Morgan Winner: Morgan Via Carbon Footprint Match 6 MCMG vs. Beer Money Winners: MCMG Match 7 Kurt Angle vs. Ric Flair Winner: Kurt Angle via Ankle lock. Sry i didnt go into a whole lot of detail im really tired right now lol, but i may tmw. Here's some pics, i just kinda picked the best shots, my camera didnt work real well with the lighting, but i got my pic with Angle and Sky after the show for $20. They said absolutely no autographs only photos, but i asked Angle anyway and he didnt care one bit, and signed my program . I was really excited because Angle is probably in my top 3 and maybe even #1 on that list of all time. Here's a few pics.

Wow, Angle vs. Flair!!! You're quite lucky to see that man. Sounds like a good card too. I wish TNA would come back on the west coast for some house shows.

The security was horrible at this event. They were total dick heads. And so was Brian Hebner, he was the one taking the pics of people with Angle in the ring. I was standing in line waiting to meet my favorite wrestler, and theres like this im gussing like a ring crew dude with a TNA shirt taking the $20 fee. I ask him real politely, "Is it ok to ask for a quick autograph in the ring with Angle." He could have been like, "Im sorry sir no autographs" with a smile. But it was "NO AUTOGRAPHS" with a douchebag death stare. And he was at the guard rail of the ring. Then when u step in the ring, there was this big bald headed security guy, and he was telling me before i even got in the ring "HURRY UP HURRY UP, WE DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS SIR!!". And im like WTF im moving regular speed u moron i can only move so fast. And then he seen i had my program and sharpie in hand and said, just like the other guy "ABSOLUTELY NO AUTOGRAPHS SIR, WE DONT HAVE TIME FOR THAT". I said OK and rolled my eyes, and they have u stand by the turnbuckle while Angle meets the person in front of you. So then it was my turn finally, i hand my camera to Brian Hebner, and he says "SIR NO AUTOGRAPHS COME ON". They were all really rude, i can understand that they have responsibilities to keep the line moving but they werent polite at all. And as a matter of fact, if they were nice, i may have been polite and not asked Angle for an autograph, but since they were dick heads, i said theres no way im paying $20, getting in there and have security be total ass's about it, and then NOT asking for an auto. So first i walk up to Angle and shake his hand and said "Hi nice to meet you im a huge fan" and he said "thanks man thanks for comin out". Then we posed for the pic, and right after i flipped open my program to his page and said "and do you mind signing this for me please ive been a fan for years and your like my favorite wrestler of all time" He said "Sure man no problem at all" then signed my program, and as i was leaving he slapped me on the chest and said "Nice shirt man" ha ha. And wat i loved about it is i know Anglel was in hearing range of everyone that told me no autographs, and i know that all of them were watching me as he signed my book, and it was so sweet. Made me just want to yell "HA HA i thought no autos bitches!". Only bad thing was, i totally racked my self on the ropes getting into the ring, cuz i thought i would get in like a man through the middle, and the ropes were a lot harder than i thought, and i wasnt tall enough lol. Smacked a ruby. I went out diva style on my way out. Im gonna post some more pics within the hour

Glad to hear a report on the OKC show. I am shocked that they did tables. In all the house shows I have done.....NEVER have they set that up for meet and greets. Has to be great for autos....horrid for photos. But you got Samoa Joe, who almost ALWAYS refuses to sign during these things.
As far as the autograph with Angle thing......I'm glad you got your auto. Anytime someone is that big of a fan, I'll always be happy for them. But I dont think that was the right way to handle it and to say security was being rude cuz they got upset at you for clearly breaking their rule is ridiculous. YOU broke their rule. Of course they are going to be pissed. Its not an autograph session.....its a photo session. Just my opinion.

Agreed BUT at the same time, they didnt get upset at me for breaking the rule, they were ass holes all night and were dicks to me while i was trying to get into the ring for gods sakes. And Angle didnt mind at all, and IMO i think it should be up to the wrestler. And PLUS added on top of all that, James Storm came out, got in the ring and acted like a fan wanting to meet Angle, and this stopped the flow completely as the security laughed and let him take a pic with Angle, and then Storm stayed in the ring for like 5 min after that. They are hurrying ME up, when im the one paying. Idk, i get your side but if you'd have seen the security here you'd understand better, im not exaggerating they were rude to me before i did anything. Its not like i did something to make them rude, they were rude BEFORE i got the auto, which is one of the reasons i decided to go ahead and ask. And it took him all of 5 seconds to sign it. Posting some more pics now. And Samoa Joe surprised me, he was probably one of the nicest of the night, i kind of expected for him to be kind of rude for some reason.

Just posted more pics of my autos, forgot to mention i found a Flair 8X10 just sitting on top of a trashcan on the way out. No wrinkles or nothing like new lol, so i grabbed it. And also about meeting Angle, he could have easily told me no autographs which would have been fine Here's a youtube vid of the match finish i took if anyone cares.

Security seems to have somethng stuck up their asses for some reason. I dont get it. I also definitely see your POV that it should be up to the wrestler. But in case of the after show photo, I understand why TNA says no autos.

But in case of the after show photo, I understand why TNA says no autos. Yeah, it was kind of circumstantial too, im not usually like that. Like if it had been Hardy, i may have listened cuz he's not like my favorite and i could do with out an auto, but this could have been the absolutely only chance i ever had to meet Angle so i had to take a chance And like you said the tables were bad for autos, if would have been ok if it they each had their own table, but they were seated 3 at a table, and the line was rolling, didnt hardly have anytime to ask for pics. And like somebody said above me, that they got a pic with Flair and the security said, sorry it wont happen again. I mean WTF is up with that. But all the wrestlers were totally gracious and laid back, security said only TNA merch can be signed, and i had my program i just bought, but a lot of people had other stuff from WWE, and the wrestlers didnt care at all.

I see your point and agree. But I also see TNA's point. This is a TNA show. This is a TNA meet/greet. They can set their own rules. I dont like it.....but still. If this was an independent signing, then it wouldnt be an issue.

I thought it was weird when I read that Joe wasn't doing signings. Every time I've been to a TNA show he has always been one of the best with the fans. Just like he was last night, signing and joking around during the meet and greet, then he came out to sign after the show. I've been hearing the same thing about Pope lately and when I saw them in Joplin, Mo he was the best with the fans talking to everyone and signing everything. I had a sign that I made about Velvet Sky that I had Angle hold in the our photo and she asked if i had anything I wanted her to sign because of it. When I get to my home internet I'll actually put some pics up. But as always this TNA house show was a great time for the fans I thought.

I may have missed it, but how many people would you estimate were there? The State Fair Arena isnt a HUGE arena i think it seats about 11,000. The whole floor was full, and id say probably about half of the uppersection. Arena was about 50% full so just by that guessing id say about 5 thousand, that seems high though so maybe im wrong, but the crowd was hot and enjoyed the show
