a friend of mine at another forum asked this
thought this might be a good place to ask. I don't know much about comic book characters, but I thought of Lex Luther, but I don't think that's right.
I was talking with a friend of mine and she said her kid and friends were discussing a comic book villian that "was white, bald headed, had some sort of a red eye (either a cyborg type eye or lens over eye) and some sort of cape/cloak. Anyone know what this dudes name is?
