Okay, since we already know that the belts are only comming with the Elites, I ask you this question. Anyone else only buying the Elite figures for the belt?
I am a basic collector that uses his figures for display purposes only. I want those belts though because they look awesome and your collection just isn't complete without them.
Anyone else?

Depends. If they come with a figure that I haven't gotten in Elite form yet, or an updated version I will. Like if a WHC came with Edge, I'd get it cause I have Elite 1 and would love a newer one. Same with Miz if he came with a US Title, if he was in his newer attire. Now if the WHC came with Cena or Undertaker, I'd pass because I'm fine with the versions I have. I will luckily get the IC and WWE Belts cause Sheamus and McIntyre are the first they get in Elite form, so I'll pick them up.

Most likely...they space out the elites enough that theres new attire updates that are worth the purchase

No, Im getting Sheamus and Drew, there I already have WWE & IC, The next Elite Miz, *or Daniel Bryan* will come with the US belt.. the only belts I'll probably struggle to get will be the tag titles...

I'd buy a legend just for the belt considering they are only $15, but Elites are $30, way to much money to spend on a little piece of plastic.

I have a feeling that it is going to be very hard to find these...or at least ones that haven't been vandalized.
At my local TRU, Walmart, and Kmart, pretty much every Legends figure that had a belt has had the belt stolen. Somebody took a box cutter and went right across the front of the bubble and took all the belts out.
I hate that people do this. And most of the Elite's have had their t-shirts stolen too.

Also I've been wondering how are they going to release the divas belt? The divas only come in the basics so I don't understand how that is going to work.

They could release an elite Diva, all they need to do is add another knee joint. I don't think, and would prefer that they don't, do that. They are Elite enough as far as articulation goes. Maryse would have been the perfect Divas to put in the Elite line if that is the only way we are going to get a Divas belt. Entrance coat, belt, done. They could do it with Layla. They could give her 1 or 2(for McCool) hoodies and the belt. However, I have a feeling they will put the Divas belt in with the rumored, upcoming Eve basic figure. The time frames of her having the belt and Mattel's planning schedule seem to match up. |

The belts aren't much smaller than Jakks belts. I dunno why anyone would pay for an oversized belt. If they scale them right though, I could see people buying just for the belt.

I have a McIntyre figure already, but I am so buying his Elite 8 figure mostly for the belt. The figure itself is nice too, so it's not like I'm wasting money.

Im buying just for the belts, but the figures are nice too. Like, if the figs were someone crappy, i'd still buy it for the belts, but we got lucky with sheamus and drew
