I have a few
My buddy knew the hotel where the Tampa Bay Rays were staying when they came into New York. Im a Yankee fan but wanted to and did meet Tino Martinez. We were waiting in the upper lobby when Batista and Ric Flair walked out. I didnt even realize there was a house show at the Garden that night. A limo pulls up and Maven and Randy Orton jump out to help put their bags in. I went up and got an auto from Orton and Maven as Flair and Batista were "busy" on their phones.
I used to work at a sports store in a mall that sold autographs and Daniel Puder came in. It was when he was on tuff enough. I looked at him and was like are you Daniel Puder? He was excited someone recognized him. He ended up leaving the store and returning with a few signed promos for me.
Met Bob Backlund at a Raw a long time ago he was running for office in hallway during the show.
I was getting food during a Smackdown and Ron Simmons comes up to the counter and is like "let me get 2 hot dogs" they just handed them to him and he walked away

After the HOF in '05, ran into Gail Kim & Doug Basham at an In & Out Burgers. Was really odd considering they'd be putting that crap into their fit bodies but to each their own. Doug was super cool. Gail....not so much. Well that sucks about Gail since I only hear good things about her. I have not met anyone outside of auto signings [would be cool] but the weirdest place I've met a wrestler at an official signing was RVD in front of a Carl's Jr.. Really a Carl's Jr? He was great though but looking back that was the weirdest location.

A friend once saw Victoria at Dunkin Donuts in Cranston, RI. She was nice enough to go out to her car and get some promos to sign (hell she could of just signed a napkin).
As far as myself, theres this chinese restaurant that all the wwe wrestlers go after a show in Boston called Kowloons. They have there own VIP room. I've seen many of them, from Orton, to Edge, to Santino.. Never bothered to go up to any of them as they were entering or leaving. I did however walk by Marsye on the way to the bathroom.

Saw Nunzio at a restaurant a couple years back with his wife and kids (who were playing with WWE figures). I didn't want to bother them during dinner. I kept looking over though lol.

I was sitting in the crowd at the first Smackdown taping following the initail One Night Stand pay-per-view in 2005 and Super Crazy and Psychosis sat right beside me. I had a Sharpie on me and casually asked them to sign my program. They worked the Velocity taping, then sat in the crowd and watched the show. Pretty crazy that no one else noticed them until they left.

Oh yeah I also forgot when I went to the Rumble in 08 at the Garden. I had floor seats and I look down the row and I see the Mean Street Posse sitting there. I talked to them for a few and Pete informed us that Shane O Mac was coming by and for us not to make a big scene. Shane was cool and he signed a magazine for me. It was cool watching Shane enjoy the show from the crowd. He did have to leave as people started to notice him and come up to him for pics.

I didn't talk to him or anything but I saw Alex Shelley in a Walgreens. Good thing you didn't talk to him, he's a prick. He isn't a prick, he is a quiet guy. I worked a charity show in 2006 in Toms River and Alex Shelley was there. I had heard rumors that he was an bunghole so I was cautious. We had a few beers after the show and he was a pretty cool guy.

I met Kenny Dykstra in Forever 21. (I swear on my life I didn't buy anything). It was shortly after he had been released by wwe. I had heard he was a doo doo head so I was hesitant to approach him. I'm glad I did. We talked for a good 5 minutes and when I told him I missed having him on my tv, he hugged me. No poop.

I met Kurt Angle, Matt Morgan, JoMo, Melina, and Joey Mercury at Golds Gym. I ended up working out next to Angle and then we had lockers next to each other when we finished so I got to talk to him for about a half hour. He told me about wanting to get into acting and about the Olympics and Worlds, and was just an awesome guy. I took a picture with him and he signed the back of a gym schedule for me before I left (it was all I had). I also briefly said hi to JoMo and Melina who were both really nice but Matt Morgan was a total dick.
I met Daffney, Mike Awesome, Midajah, Finlay, and Shannon Moore at the airport in Seattle when I was on vacation in like 99. Wasn't weird but their flight was delayed and I ended up eating with Daffney and Midajah who drew all over a picture of Stacey Keibler in a wrestling magazine I had with me. I thought it was cool.
I also just recently saw John Cena at a stop light on US1 in Boca Raton, I was on lunch from work. I don't know if he has a house in Boca, which wouldn't be a shock, but he was in a sick Maybach and he gave me a head nod. I wish I would have gotten to talk to him though because I have heard he is an awesome guy.

Gail....not so much. How comes? I don't know. I mean that Hall of Fame was soooooo awesome w/ the Piper/Hogan induction and the AMAZING live speech by the Iron Sheik. I had never been there as I'm from Texas but my buddy lives in Cali and suggested we go. As we're finishing up our food, they walk in and Doug was so freakin huge I was scared to go up to him. Well, I finally did and he was real cool and willing to pose and she just had this sour look on her face the whole time (even before we approached them). I just remember he got this massive burger which gave me a chuckle. I remember they were dating at the time so maybe that were arguing beforehand, who knows.

Was at Hooters and Eric Bischoff came in alone and sat at the bar. He looked over at us and we waved and he nodded back so I walked over and talked to him for a few minutes. Was nich enough to take a picture and shake our hands.
Was sitting at the bar in the old New Haven Coliseum before a show and referee Joey Marella came in and walked to the bar. I was about 6 or 7 and he said hi to us after we recognized him. Don't ask what I was doing in a bar at that age.
