Yeah, u need 20 Mattel Cenas to create his Wrestlemania entrance. And then you might as well have 20 Sheamuses to have an epic Highlander style battle right? I can't stand scalpers. I wanna kick them all in the face with my fist.

I bought 3 Hurricanes, 1 for my loose collection, 1 for my Green Lantern collection and 1 MOC. I only get select figures of my real favorites as extras.

If I buy a figure and it has a loose joint, or an arm that the bicep joint isn't connected right and can't be fixed, I might buy another of the same figure and use the old one for parts. But this rarely happens with Mattel figures.

The EG Piper I bought 6 of... 1 for my Legends display 1 for my Basic collection 1 for my computer table (which I also mess around with posing and such) 1 for a custom Elite 1 MIB
But if it's figures I really like I'll usually get at least 3- 1 for my display, 1 for my computer table/messing around with and 1 MOC...and maybe some for customs.

can someone explain to me the point of buying more than one of the same figure. i dont get why some people will get 4 of the exact same figure. i understand getting one to keep in the box and one out of the box but why get more than that? i get the same guy with different attires, for example i got the DM HBK, EG HBK and the DX HBK but im not going to get three DM HBKs. can you guys explain the reasoning to get many of the same figure? thanks I buy 2 of if I really a figure to have one MOSC and one (or maybe more) to display. Maybe I'll put one on my desk at the office too. Others probably customize on top of this..not a big deal to me....everyone has different preferences.

The only figure I bought twice (Mattel and Jakks) was Basic 7 Michelle McCool. I'd been waiting since her first Jakks one with Palumbo for a newer attire and I wanted the 2nd one to customise into her red attire.

My Mom in a few days span bought me three Hurricane figures as they were on sale at Marshalls. So, having a MOC one of him, I also have three others. One to display, one to use for customs and the other to throw into an actual hurricane to finally see Hurricane be at one with his own name.
