Kids who don't know how to exchange the parts would not be smart enough to use a computer... lol Considering some of the people I've seen on the internet and on here... don't be so quick to say that Lol so true.

Probably my favorite Punk promo of all time, in contention with the Happy Birthday Princess Aalyah, and I would love that figure. I marked like hell for that whole thing. It just came off the awesome cage match that forced Jeff's "retirement" and it really sent Punk into a new level as a heel. I don't see why this wouldn't be considered a Defining Moment, especially based on today's Defining Moments standards. In addition to that, we have stated a 1000 times that DMs are more about elaborate attires than actually history making moments, and this attire would seem to fit the bill.

The "Jeff Hardy" character is owned by Jeff Hardy as evidenced by the fact that he wrestles in that persona in other companies. As such, WWE has no right to release a figure version of that character without a contract with Jeff Hardy. Doesn't matter if someone else is playing the character.

I don't see it happening, purely because if the Hardy gear was all removable... Underneath you just have a CM Punk figure in CM Punk attire with a painted face.
