I found it on tumblr by way of an AJ fan site, and the url indicates it's from the July 19th, 2001, edition of SmackDown.

Wow, nice find. Yeah, she's really awesome. It was great to see here appear on NXT this past week. Hopefully she gets called up really soon to one of the main rosters, because she definitely should have won NXT Season 3. She was the best wrestler in that group.

love aj lee. it's amazing that a girl with so much talent, a life-long passion for the business, and all the right tools to get over is stuck underground whilst talentless hacks like alicia fox and the bella twins, who could care less for pro wrestling if it weren't paying the bills and flying them around the world, get to live out the dream. In fairness, Alicia Fox and the Bella twins aren't the most annoying girl in the world. AJ is. As much as the Bellas and Alicia suck, they aren't irritating enough to make millions of people want to smash their televisions like AJ would be. |

It's awesome to see true WWE fans become "Superstars" in WWE. (ie: Zack Ryder Chris Jericho, CM Punk, Miz, A.J.)
That's one thing I don't like about Eve. She was not even a fan of WWE before she got there.
