I've never seen the EG Rock. He gets my vote. Never saw Legends 3 Rock or Vader but got them from TRU.com today. Basic 5 Melina and R-Truth I only saw once (bought R-Truth at CVS I think) and Basic 5 Cena never. And still no Basic 8 here yet.

Only thing I've never seen in stores is Entrance Great 2 Undertaker & Rock. I think everything else I've seen multiple times.

I have a loose Elite R-Truth with shirt if anyone wants. No mic or wrist cloth though.

I'll agree with the post that said Elite 6 Goldust. Took me forever to find him! Also, Elite 4 Kane gave me some problems at first. I found Goldust hard to find at first. But I can pick one up at almost any store now. I would say Elite 2 Randy Orton. Its the only Elite that I am missing and cant find one anywhwere. Hit me up if you have one MOC to trade or sell.

Basic 7 Michelle McCool and Basic 6 Kelly Kelly, I have yet to find them in any stores. I ended up having to order Kelly online. Michelle is next!

Right now for me it's DH Smith...I see Kidd everywhere but there is no sign of the cases with Smith.

None of the mass retail figures are rare. One could say Elite Series 7 Kidd and Smith are "rarer" than every other Elite, because they were produced in half the numbers as everyone else. But even they aren't rare by any means. As for the Rock as of yesterday you could get him at TRU.com or Mattelshop.com for $14.99 By rare they mean "hard to find". Wfigs have a problem with calling hard to find items RARE Exactly. Thank you. None of these figures posted are rare.

I'd say elite 1 jeff hardy. But of figures that have been released i'd say any number #1 of the 1/1000 Why is Number 1 of 1000 rarer than number 567 of 1000? Doh.....

Elite Jeff Hardy shouldn't count, he's not part of Series 1 and never released anywhere.
Instead, I'd say there are a couple of genuinely rare figures to get:
SDCC Undertaker: Only available at 2010 SDCC or online. RSC Elite Flash Rey Mysterio: Only available at Ringfest or online. Elite Series 1 Rey Mysterio: Only saw him once in stores during Mattel's launch and never again, until he was re-issued in the Best of 2010 series. Elite Series 4 Kane: Seen twice until re-issued like Rey. Basic Series 6 Kelly Kelly: Only saw her a few times and the only diva that didn't later become a pegwarmer. B8 Maryse may join her if she doesn't show up anymore. Legends Series 3 The Rock: Found only 3 times in stores but immediately sold out.

That's what makes him rare And as to the one who said what makes #1 rarer than the others... nothing. But having the first one brings a sense of "prestige" I suppose, which makes it more sought after.

Elite R-Truth was tough to find, but he's getting released again in elite form, so I don't really have anything to say but thanks to Mattel for being big enough to give collectors/fans more opportunities, though their distribution still seems wonky.

Some of the harder to find for me are Basic 5 Melina, Entrance Greats Jericho, and Legends 2 Jake Roberts & Kamala.

Actually come to think of it, my Sgt Slaughter MOC Prototype 1 of 1 is probably the rarest.
