3 of them, for very different reasons.
I Spit On Your Grave (original, not remake)-
Just abhorrent in terms of content, not to mention terrible acting and editing. How someone can think of the story and then imagine audiences would want to see it, is beyond me. Also why on earth would it be remade? The mind boggles.
The Hottie and The Nottie-
Yes I admit I watched most of it. Terrible acting, unfunny comedy. Just overall crap to sit through.
Tarnation-
Independent film. And it shows. Tries too hard to be clever and different, and is just depressing to see the maker put his whole life on screen in the way he does.

I also hated the film Daredevil, but i thought Michael Clark Duncan as Kingpin was amazing, so that alone prevents me from adding Daredevil here.

I'll stick with relatively mainstream stuff here.
Date Movie is one of the first that comes to mind, especially considering I paid to see it in theaters, I'll never forgive myself for that. Absolutely horrible. I haven't watched any of those spoofs since, but I'd imagine that they're all equally bad, if not worse.
A movie called Cursed, starring Christina Ricci, which unfortunately, I also saw in theaters. I had all I could do not to walk out of the theater.
Also on my list, though I'm sure this will be met with much opposition, is the Twilight series. Not only are they alarmingly abysmal, they're some of the most popular films in the world, which only intensifies how truly awful they are. I'll never understand the appeal, especially to those who are fans of the books. The fact that Stephanie Meyer doesn't find the films to be an insult is horrifying.

Saoirse walked out of New Moon.

Topic explains itself. For me I've got a few movies I just can not stand: Soul Plane Don't Be A Menace To South Central While Drinking Your Juice In The HoodOperation: Endgame Zombie Strippers Vampires Suck Epic Movie The Exorcist You Don't Mess With The Zohan Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo iMurders That was a comedic glorification of hood movies around the time, unless you watched Juice, Boyz N Tha Hood, Menace II Society, etc. you probably would think it was one of the worst movies of all time.

I've never read the books, nor do I have any interest in doing so, but I'll give Stephanie Meyer the benefit of the doubt and assume that her writing capability is far beyond what translated over to the screen. If it wasn't, I don't know how she would have ever been published. I have seen the films, though, and they're laughably bad. The worst part is that I actually Kristen Stewart to be fairly enjoyable in other roles, but ever since taking on Twilight, it seems like she plays Bella in every film she does. I've grown to really dislike her, which is sad, because I thought she was talented. Brad Pitt couldn't make the dialogue in those films sound believable.

I can't really think of any right now other than the latest Halloween remake (Zombies). The movie was just awful as was his first attempt. Also, Adam Sandler tends to make crap movies.
