Here's a serious question for everyone: If we are not allowed to post pics of figures obtained from China because they have to have been stolen to have been acquired, and we can't talk about the Jeff Hardy Elite because it was never released and hundred of them on eBay were stolen to have shown up on there, why are we allowed to post pictures of these re-packs and talk about them when they are pretty much theft?
None of the buyers on WF stole the figures from China but I have a feeling some of the members on here are re-packers, so why are we allowed to talk about, post pictures of one and not the other?

Yeah I know that it's people on this forum that are doing these re-packs. Only people who would do it are people who are that much into the hobby that they come on line to discuss/research it. I just wish someone would own up to doing this, at least one person that would be awesome LOL

It seems this is happening most frequently with the Elites because the boxes are easy to open and close without doing any damage to the package. Mattel would have to re-design the package which means they would have to re-calculate their budget for their Elite series with new packaging. It may seem like a little thing, but you have to take into account the paper/cardstock, ink, printing, specialized cuts for the paper, the plastic bubble, the designing and the actual assembly of the package. Mattel has their packaging set through ATLEAST Elite 9, so I don't see any possible changes being made until next year at the earliest. It really sucks people do this. Thankfully I personally haven't run into this problem myself, but anyone who is just laughing at this like it's not a big deal is obviously trolling.

in my opinion this is mattels problem not ours. plus, whenever this happens, i talk the manager into giving me the figure and another figure for free, so imo, its a good thing...
