The one that was shown at Toyfair? I thought it looked really cool.

They showed it at SDCC last year. Supposedly it was just something that someone on the Mattel team made as a display piece. Mattel said if there was interest they might make it a line. But a lot of people on here said it reminded them of Barbie dolls and they wouldn't buy it. I personally loved it though and thought it looked amazing.

I think something like this would be more gear towards the female collectors. It's basically a Barbie doll...

to be honest, I'd actually buy that.
I'd also buy a Nattie and Laycool if they made them as well.

This one is just a bit too barbie for me... Geared towards female fans probably, as pointed out above.

When I asked bill about it at rsf he simply told me that they hadn't come up with a cost effective way to mass produce them.

Sorry but there is just something weird about guys wanting that no way around it diva figures are weird enough but you must draw the line at buying a actual doll.

In one of the interviews I had submitted a question about it that got asked. They said they weren't planing on making them into a line unless there was interest in it.

Are you telling me you haven't heard of Cy Girls or their Japanese counterpart The Cool Girls or the current ZC Girls. Dolls dressed in tight spandex and latex loaded with guns and swords. There is actually a long time message board called "menwithdolls".

I honestly can't fathom this line of thinking.
The ridiculousness of macho men who cannot abide a "Doll" or even a female figure because it's somehow effeminate or emasculating but who will have dozens upon dozens of of small 'figures" of highly muscular men, Most of which are wearing nearly no clothing, "Displayed" often in homoerotic "wrestling" poses all over their rooms/spaces.
Moreso the figures represent an idealized male figure, more often than not shaved down to hairlessness, oiled up and prettified.
But somehow the fact that it's female makes it questionable for a manly, manly man to have.
