I'd much rather have legends than current wrestlers. However I agree with not wanting ones like Terry Funk, Jake Roberts etc. I really really want Ultimate Warrior in this year

How are you getting that from 'change is coming'? I'm not trying to be a dick, but Create-an-Arena/Ring has never existed before, so how could there be any change involved? Well, the ring basically never changes so it sorta is a change if you think about it. I know it didn't make any sense. I just want in create a ring/arena so bad. I get where you're coming from. I just don't want to see you look too far into it and get your hopes up just in case we don't get it again this year. I wonder what the announcing situation will be for this game as there was announcer change with Booker T coming in after the Royal Rumble & Replacing Mike Striker on SD. I hope its not one announce team again this year. I've been wondering about this too. I think since they record the commentary so early on, that they may just stick with only Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler. It just gives them a constant team that'll never really be outdated like what we've seen in past years because of how frequently the teams change. Plus, it allows them to get more lines in for commentary, because instead of having to have however many guys record the same line(s) over and over again, they only need to have two. I would like to see Josh Mathews added to the mix since he does both RAW and SmackDown!. Also, having Booker T on commentary in the game would be hilarious. "HE'S GONNA DO IT!" (Why doesn't he say that anymore? I think someone must've told him about how often he did...)

I know this view will be in the monority but this year I would much prefer a smaller roster (wait don't throw stones at me yet) I am talking a smaller roster of about 30-40 guys but done in much greater detail with more character specific moves more complete entrances just better attention to detail. They will still have the ability to download CAWS so blanks in the roster could be filled in.

Yes, everybody wants Usos, FCW clones, and Novac the Rat.
I'd rather have Bastian Booger, Max Moon, and DDP in the game.

id like them to do something similar to EA's photo game face, in terms of customization. you link an online account to your psn/xbl account and use real facial images to create superstars.
regarding legends, i enjoy more modern legends such as rock, austin, and guerrero rather than superstars like snuka, piper, and slaughter. although i would NOT complain if savage and warrior made their way into this years edition.

When they say change is coming, I really hope they genuinely mean change. Like a complete overhaul really. More Directional Grapples, better animations and unique selling. I loved SVR11, but there just wasn't enough difference in gameplay. I regret paying the price I did for it (which was still almost a quarter off the RRP). It's a great game and I do still play it regularly, but there just wasn't enough of a difference to 2010 aside from the character models. Also, it's great adding in new features, but not in place of old ones. If they bring back stored finishers, allow it as an option.
Create an Arena would also be fantastic if we could past high resolution logos from a USB stick or something. The WCW arena refueled my love for the game so it'd be great to just have some simplistic TNA or ROH arenas in there by way of Create an arena.
In the way of Legends, Rock and Stone Cold are a must this year more than ever. I'd LOVE a current Bret Hart too, especially for Story Designer. As someone has said before, current Legends I welcome, but 'in their prime' models just throw off the realism. I made an 'All Stars' roster in my Universe mode (basically all the legends, half the default roster and a few CAWs). It was fun but the lack of realism just threw it off for me and it didn't take long for me to take most of them back off. That said, it seems that WWE are cool with Randy Savage again, so honestly, I'd love to see a classic version of him in the game. Warrior too if he made it. Otherwise, Steamboat, Snuka, Piper etc. are welcome, but they should use their most recent appearances (for those guys, WM25 I think).
Also, more alternate attires. I've found that most of the characters could also do with suits for DAS mode.

I just remembered something. I sincerely hope Nexus Punk is just an alternate attire or that he has normal attire as an alternate. No sense in getting stuck with a Nexus CM Punk when Nexus probably won't be around much longer.

No sense in getting stuck with a Nexus CM Punk when Nexus probably won't be around much longer. I've been dreading that myself. I also hope the Corre aren't stuck with Corre t-shirts as entrance attire too. This would be the perfect year for them to add something to Superstar Threads where you could just like add a Nexus armband to anyone you wanted. I'd hate to have anyone stuck as either a Nexus or Corre member. Especially CM Punk. I'm also hoping that if they include Cody Rhodes with his mask, that it's as an alternate to his Dashing attire.

I would love for Cody's current gimmick attire to be in the game, mask and creepy music included.

I imagine Sin Cara has a good chance of being in, he's probably a priority for them now considering how big he's becoming. Kharma I doubt will be in, but she'll be a shoe in for DLC.

speaking of Cody Rhodes, I hope during his matches the fans in the front row are wearing cheap paper bags...

Am I the only one who thinks that "Oh -SINGING MECCA-" means Oh, Radio? Probably means that Zack Ryder will be on the game with the Internet Championship

They definitely need to restore an emphasis on unique movesets but you can still have a large roster as proven by HCTP. It all boils to down to move selection and you can't have truly authentic or individual movesets if hundreds of animations are removed.
